Sayo saw his car and smiled, "Its a very nice car. Good color too. Perfect for a family, or maybe you'll trade it in for a Minivan?" she laughed as she got in the car and buckled herself up

Sayo sounded a little unreasonable but that was just the hormones working, right?

Sayo liked the fact that he was acting like a gentleman, "Thank you." she stepped out, closed the door and linked arms with him as the walked into the house. They were greeted at once with shaking of the hands "Welcome. Please have a look around. The information is all right there on the table." It was the same male on the phone. "I'm going to check it out." she kissed him lightly on the cheek and went to wander off to the table where she picked up a chocolate chip cookie "The place has already been inspected." he said

Sayo left the table, wandering into the kitchen. It was beautiful and spacious, perfect for cooking holiday meals and for parties. Marble counter tops, tile flooring, stainless steel sink and appliances. And a large window to look into the backyard.

"I'm surprised how spacious it is, considering we are in the city." Sayo looked at what would be the dining room, then the living room. Only the living room had carpet, the rest was hardwood and tile flooring. She wondered what it was like upstairs.

"This can't be selling at the price we were looking at. This is at least worth triple that. Can you go ask the owner while I look upstairs?" Sayo held his hand. So far this place was perfect. A lovely home for a child, a family.
