Unfortunately. sweatdrop It feels like my face is flustered but it's not. And it feels a little puffy on top of that...My stomach was turning over earlier. I really hate this intense heat.
I kind of get the same things, though mostly I feel really flushed, dizzy, and nauseous. I try to drink lots of water and take a cold shower if it gets too bad. Do you have an a/c or a fan at all? THe fan is meh but it helps a little.
My ac is on blast. I just had the unfortunate task of running errands in the sun all day.
