Personality:
Nicolae is easy going and good natured around other Cherub, Elves, and Sluagh, freshlings, and in general those smaller then himself. But when it comes to the taller nightmares and daydreams and those he isn't familiar with, he feels intimidated and shy.
Growing up, Nicolae always loved music, singing and playing any instrument he could get his hands on. When the Cherub and Sluagh agreed to join the rest of Above and Bellow, he jumped on the chance to see the world, and became the music teacher at the Academy. It was a struggle bringing his instruments and finding a place, but he answered a personal ad and found a charming roommate.
Music is Nicolae's greatest love. His greatest treasure is his harp, but he also enjoys playing the flute, piano, violin, and anything else he can get a hold of. But that isn't to say he doesn't have other interests. He has always been adventurous, wanting to see more of the world, and never fully understanding, as a child, why he couldn't leave the city. Now that the Cherub had rejoined the world, he is ready to adventure far and wide.
There are three great pleasures of travel, for Nicolae. The first is to learn about the music other cultures play, what instruments they play, the sorts of songs that are popular, it really gets Nicolae's blood pumping. But aside from the music, he is interested in the foods they eat, ever the lover of decadent foods and parties, visiting other lands opens him up to more foods and parties. Finally, and perhaps not surprisingly, is the art in other lands. What do others find beautiful, and what can he bring back to his home to make it even lovelier then it already is. He just... has to make sure his roommate wouldn't disapprove.

Nicolae was born to a pair of lunar cherub and placed in a cloister, which is where he learned to love and play music.
He currently rents a house with Arthur Blythe (iMoony).

Career goal:
Nicolae is currently the music teacher at Asphodel Gardens Academy. He is content for now, and has no plans to leave any time soon.
