He attacked the beast again but it did not go well. It was better than his previous strike but he knew he could do a bit better. Mike did not feel good now at all and had to stop fighting. He slowly left so he could try again after feeling better. How he was now he couldn't help this much and he hated that. He hoped the others could defeat the snake-like beast.

Jay shot at the creature more, anger pulsing through him. So many people died for this.. To become part of ... whatever that was! Creation. It had to end! They had to be more than just memories.. they were beings. Beings will feelings, thoughts and dreams. They weren't disposable! Jay reloaded his gun and prepared himself again.

Jay shakily took aim at the snake, feeling his vision blur. He shot at it, hitting it despite his condition. He was shocked but didn't think much into it. He dropped to a knee, panting heavily. He reached and grabbed the gun. No more... He couldn't shoot again, he needed to rest. He picked himself up and retreated, looking back at his team... after some rest... he'd be back to finish.

After stabbing the creature, it had hit her hard in retaliation and sent her skidding along the floor! "Eek! O-ow..." she yelps before mumbling as she finally comes to a stop..
She wasted no time in getting back to her feet, but... Her stomach was still reeling from the hit... Maybe Chocolate and Juice really weren't such a good combo... Fortunately, she'd skid right next to her bookstore! Quickly, she rushes in and drops off her stuff before finishing off the last of that water she had! Once she was finished, she rushes back out with pole in hand to fight the thing!
Only... The creature had... changed... For a long moment she just stared at it frowning... Oh dear... Well, better get too it! She thinks before rushing at the serpentine creature! Unfortunately... She wasn't watching it's tail very carefully... Before she could even get close enough to strike, she was smacked away and sent skidding along the ground again... "O-ow..."
