Adeladie sat silently, with her legs crossed. She couldn't really do anything else. If it wasn't for the shackles on her wrists, she would have ran away. If it wasn't for the shackles on her wrists, she would have burned down the building she was being forced into. If it wasn't for the shackles on her wrists, she would have given everyone in the room a painful heart disease, one in which would spread, until all of humanity would be wiped out. If it wasn't for the shackles on her wrists, her captors would be dead. What an accursed eyesight I have. It was true. If she had just noticed noticed the man sneaking up behind her she wouldn't have been in this dreadful place. Or maybe, maybe if she had listened to her father, and trained to increase her strength, everyone around her would be on the ground, dead. But no! Let me simply increase my magic like my mother, she had said, no one will be able to defeat me then! Now, she was trapped. What would she do then, now that she was trapped. She tried to play around with the energy-decreasing shackles, but all she gained was a harsh, "don't," and an an avidly depicted threat. One, in which, she muttered back, only changing a few words here and there. At one point, she became incredibly bored. Of course she would first have to make sure it wasn't restricted, but after that, she would have gladly gone on a long conversation with one of her fellow 'slaves', talking about how she was actually royalty, and this was all simply one big misunderstanding. But there was one key detail, that would make everything else useless. One key detail, that she should have noticed a long while ago. Everyone was preoccupied. No wonder the captors were paying all their attention on her. They were most likely simply bored. It was understandable. She didn't want to communicate with anyone anyway. It wasn't like she wanted a handsome man to greet her, and take her from this prison as if she were a princess. Oh, wait. She already was.Couldn't this place shut down, if not magically, then what about court? She had never really got into that sort of thing. Law was her sister's thing. But, because Adeladie was captured here, this place could possibly shut down! She was so clever.

((Sorry for not using pictures. I'm on an XBox right now.)) Leon made his way through the crowded pet shop, browsing amongst it's various occupants. The young billionaire was faced with an important decision today. He wasn't searching for a mere slave to serve under him, after all. Rather; he was looking for a loving bride and companion to walk by his side for the rest of his life. Despite his wealth and power, he hadn't had the best of luck with relationships. He was convinced, however, that he could turn his luck around and find that 'special someone' here, at the slave market of all places. Suddenly, Leon's attention was drawn to a stunningly beautiful raven-haired girl sitting alone in her cage in the corner of the room. He could see the pain and despair in her lovely crimson eyes, and it broke his heart. Somehow he knew, deep down inside, that this was the girl for him... the one he had been searching for. Leon approached Noxaura's cage, an expression of pure kindness on his face. He reached through the bars and gently took a hold of her hand, then brought it to his lips, giving it a kiss. "Don't worry, love..." he said "I'm going to get you out of here." He then turned to the nearest pet shop attendant, paying for her with his credit card. He waited patiently for the girl's cage to be unlocked and opened. She deserved so much better than this!

Noxaura ~ The Demon  Noxaura had been sitting in her cage, ignoring the events in the 'shop' and wrapping her arms underneath her bust... that was until she felt somone take ahold of her hand causing her to look up, a growl starting to form on her lips towards the male when she heard him call her 'love' and say he was going to get her out of there.
She frowned in confusion and disbelief as he paid for her, the cage being unlocked as she was lead outside. He looked as if he almost cared about her, but her brain told her it 'wasn't so' and that this was all some elaborate trick to break her spirit. The guards pulled her roughly over to her new 'owner' by the lead attached to the colour on her neck and she looked up to him in silence as the guards handed him the lead.

An expression of anger came across Leon's face as he watched Noxaura being dragged out of her cage... they were treating this beautiful young woman like an animal! When the lead was handed to him, he merely let it go. He then reached up, gently removing both the leash and the collar from the girl's neck, and tossing them into a nearby wastebasket. "It feels good to be free, doesn't it?" asked Leon. He stepped forward, wrapping his arms around the girl and pulling her into an embrace. "It's nice to meet you, by the way. I'm Leon Hawke... and who might you be?" Naturally, Leon wondered if the young woman had recognized him, or at least his name... Being a billionaire and the owner of a major tech company, he was quite famous after all.

Noxaura ~ The Demon She blinked in shock as she felt him remove the collar and leash from around her neck, looking up at him as he embraced her she bit her lip asking "T....this isn't some elaborate trick?" as her eyes scanned around the shop for anyone who may have come in with him, and was watching them closely ready to announce it was 'fake' but as she saw no-one else in the shop she turned back to him saying softly "My name is Noxaura..."

 "No, this isn't a trick..." said Leon softly. "You're going home with me, and you will be cherished, loved, and adored each and every day..." He gave her a kiss upon the cheek, then wrapped his arm around her. He slowly started leading her towards the front door of the slave market, where his limousine was waiting outside.
When they finally stepped through the front door, Leon stopped in his tracks, taking a deep breath of the cool, fresh air. After being inside of that disgusting slave market, it was nice to be outdoors again - and he was sure that she shared the same sentiment.
"Look, Noxaura..." said Leon, gazing deeply into her eyes. "I didn't buy you to be my slave. Rather, I want you to be my bride, my companion... I'll treat you well, and give you everything that you could ever want. All I expect in return is that you will stay with me, and do your best to love me." He watched her face carefully, eager to see how she would react to his words. He only hoped that she wouldn't be frightened or put off by his intentions for her.

Noxaura ~ The Demon Noxaura took a deep breath as they stepped outside and at tiny smile crossed her lips. Hearing him speak once more she turned to face him and bit her lip softly as she listened, whilst in her mind she wondered why he was attracted to her. After all she represented nothing but darkness and death, whilst he seemed to be rather kind and full of life....
"I want to agree but you should know something about me before this goes any further....." she said to him seriously as she crossed her arms around her waist and would take another deep breath and bit her lip before she spoke saying "T....the thing is.... i'm a demoness..."

Leon was surprised, but not in the least bit displeased by Noxaura's revelation. "I don't mind at all, Noxaura..." he said, smiling happily "In fact, I'm happy to hear that. You see, I've always dreamed of loving a demon girl... but I never actually imagined I'd meet one in real life. This is like a dream come true for me..."
As they stepped closer to the limousine, one of the back doors slid open for them, revealing it's luxurious interior. Leon's limo was truly fit for a king - with a large flatscreen TV, a minibar with a variety of fine wines and spirits, a small aquarium filled with colorful exotic fish, even a refrigerator and microwave. He sat down on one of the comfortable leather seats, grinning and gesturing for Noxaura to come and sit on his lap.

Noxaura ~ The Demon Noxaura blinked at his reaction to what she was, to the point where he admitted he'd wanted to love a demoness and that this was a 'dream come true' in his eyes. Letting out a breath of relief she smiled once more and followed him into the limousine.
Stepping inside she blinked in shock at the interior and would walk towards Leon and perch upon his lip and in silence. Her mind still processing all the events that had just occurred in the last few minutes and how she was now 'free'... even if her freedom had come at the price of being married to a man she knew nothing about.

As soon as Noxaura had sat on his lap, Leon wrapped his arms around her, holding her tightly. The driver started the engine, and they began to roll through the streets of the city, towards his mansion.
"So, Noxaura... care to tell me a bit about yourself?" asked Leon. He was naturally curious about his new 'friend' after all, and he wanted to know as much as he could about her... How she had become a slave, and the kind of life she had lived before... Essentially, he wanted to know who she really was.

Noxaura ~ The Demon She leaned into him slightly as he wrapped his arms around her and she replied "Well i'm one of the many children of Lucifer and when i was a young girl i decided to come an see what the human world was like.... i got too comfortable up here and let my guard down, which ended up in me being caught by traders" she took a deep breath and looked down after she'd spoken before adding "And i've been a slave ever since then"
Shrugging her shoulders she licked her lips which were rather dry as the guards never gave her much water at the shop, pretty much choosing to leave her on the edge of dehydration so that she wouldn't have an 'attitude' and fight back against them like she would have done at full health.

"I'm sorry to hear what you've been through, Noxaura..." said Leon solemnly, gently caressing her face with his hand. "I promise you, things are going to be much better for you now, though. You'll never see the inside of another cage for as long as you life. And if you'd ever like to go and visit the demon world for a little while, feel free to."
Leon figured that Noxaura must be thirsty - so he leaned over and opened up the fridge, pulling out two bottles of imported spring water. He handed one to her, keeping the other one for himself. Considering the conditions at the marketplace, he had a feeling she was probably hungry as well. "So... what would you like for dinner, my dear?" he asked "I can have my chef fix us anything you want, and he'll have it ready by the time we get home... You do eat regular food, don't you?" Considering that she was a demoness, he wanted to make sure that she didn't have any dietary requirements that were different from an ordinary humans. If she did, he would gladly help her to fulfill her needs.

Noxaura ~ The Demon "That was all a very long time ago though...." she replied softly as she took the offered bottle with a smile saying "Thank you Leon..." hearing him speak about food made her stomach rumble slightly and a blush form upon her cheeks. "I do eat normal food, although blood helps me keep my powers strong and my demonic abilities like healing.... but i haven't had any in a long time so i'm pretty much as weak as any normal human" she informed him with a frown upon her face as she bit her lip and sipped water from the bottle slowly.

"You're welcome, my dear..." said Leon kindly. "And if you are feeling thirsty, you can feed off of my blood at any time." he added. "By the way, how would you go about drinking my blood? Would you sink your teeth into my neck and suck like a vampire? Or would I have to extract it for you myself, using a needle?" Having his neck bitten would definitely be more enjoyable for him, as it would fulfill his dark fantasies... but he would gladly help her to sate her thirst for blood either way.

Noxaura ~ The Demon Nodding she said "Whatever you are most comfterbal with, i don't mind either way...." she blushed slightly at the conversation before asking "Can the chef cook pizza?" with a curious, but slightly hopeful look upon her face.
