Once Paradioa disappeared Kiera sighed to herself and walked over to the Tv she kept in the corner of the room, turning it on to watch news as she finished her paperwork. It always did her good to find out about current events while she was planning her next steps. Now where was she next... Kiera then saw on the news lots of camera's were directed to a guy walking down a street and into a building. She didn't see the face, but then saw the headlines in Japanese '神童' Which she translated to be 'Child Prodigy.' It then showed a picture of Kyle, not really much to her surprise but the next bit of information did shock her. Kyle was running in an election against his father to become leader of Japan. "That young?" Kiera exclaimed. But of course, they didn't know Kyle's real age. He looked very much like a 17 or 18 year old in the pictures. Although Kiera hadn't seen him for a while, so it was still a shock to the system. He really was growing at a too alarming rate. Faster than she'd ever seen a Phoenix grow. She wondered what Mordekai thought about all this. After not seeing his son for so long, he comes up in this.

Ameillea picked a diffrent plushy out this time. One that was sorta snake like and she hugged it. But veria didn't understand, "hun you have real snakes yo uhug all day everyday if you wanted. Why a snake." Ameillea smiled, "becuse it remeinds me of you momma. Your symbol is the snake." She nodded, "I want this one."
Meanwhile shortstraw walked into the office, "Hey hun." He closed the door behind him, "sorry I havn't been home..." He walked over to her and offered a hug, "i'm really trying to get the castle biuld so the kids have a safer place to be. And everyone so cramped here." He smiled, "everything alright on your end..." he pulsed and noticed the news. "Well I'll be... just as i thought." He blinked, "Kyle never liked his dad in that seat."

Kiera shrugged. "But it shouldn't have bothered him once he moved into his void." She scratched her head then took down some notes as text came up. "There's probably something else in this. I just can't see it yet." It was the first drastic move that Kyle had made so there was obviously some kind of serious planning into all of his actions from then on. She then smiled back to Shortstraw. "And its fine. I know you're just working to get it all finished. That's good. I'm fine here just doing work and going to meetings."

*Shortstraw sat on kerias lap and hugged her, "oh dont give me that." He kissed her, "Say it... I miss you my lovly shortstraw, i'm lonly come home to me." He teased. "And i saw this coming Kyle will take care of some things i persume that effected him before hand. I know his fathers possition was somthing he didn't like. So now he will take it away from him. Thats all there is too it. I'm sure of ir. First he broguth demi back, then he left everyone to be spacious. Then he does this. DOnt you see it? These are stepping stones."
Veria for the first time in her life actully pulled out some money and payed for an item. However as the person at the counter rung it up veria tryed to make small conversation, "i seen many others do this... however this is my first time." She giggled, and looked to ameillea, one of there good fequint customers it seemed. "It's not so bad."

Kiera nodded. "I guess it does make sense. Although it is a little strange for me to be looking at such a young boy who's already achieved so much." She looked down to her notes. "He's 'achieved a masters degree in law, sciences, psychology, philosophy, languages and more.' They say he just popped up from nowhere." She sighed. "He does scare me sometimes." She then looked back to him with a little grin. "All right. I miss you my lovely Shortstraw." She kissed him. "I'm lonely here in this stuffy office, stay home with me." She kissed him again.

*Shortstraw turned red and kissed her, "nah." He teased as he laughed and nodded, "okay i guess they can handle the rest on there own." He nuzzled her, "I'll stay here with you for now on." He made her breast into pillows, "did i miss anything?"

Kiera smiled. "Well for one thing I've talked to the other kingdom leaders and we've all agreed to take off Veira's banishment from the kingdom. So now she's out enjoying her freedom with Amelia." She scratched the back of her neck. "I really feel like... I did something good today. I guess. Veira looked so happy when I came back and told her. Finally I've done something that's not counterproductive."

*Shortstraw laughed, "Yea... we will see the after effects of that monstrocity in a week." He nodded, "it's good though i guess. Now she can go places with us, and with cale and her doughter. In her shoes on that matter, i would deffently understand." He looked up to her, "anthing else?"

Kiera thought about it and eventually shook her head. "No, I don't think so. Unless there's something I'm forgetting. I'm not sure. I only got back from the meeting today. Staying overnight in one of the leaders mansions can be a little uncomfortable if you're not familiar with the place." She sighed then remembered her talk with Paradioa. "And there's something.. something that happened there and.. just before I left a few days ago."

*Shortstraw blinked, "I can sense it was somthing bad. What happened. Did someone get hurt? No one died right?" He looked to her with open ears, "is it somthing about donte? I know thre was somthing going on with him for a while now."

Kiera shook her head slowly. "No.. well.. I'm not actually too sure what it is. But it's got me a little scared." She looked to him calmly. "Over the past few days I've been getting sudden rushes of anger which.. I'm not all too aware of. While I'm angry, I see weird things." She frowned. "I see hundreds of versions of myself dying, all in small flashes. They're all different.. some disgusting and..." She looked pretty upset about it. "I.. I just have no idea what's happening.. I don't know what it means.." She looked to him again. "Am I going to die?"

*Shortstraw froze and looked up to her. He got up and took her hands, "you should have said somthing sooner." He hugged her tightly, "i sure hope not. Maybe it's someone placing images in your head, or somthing messing with your emotions." He whispered to her now, "did you tell anyone else yet?" Now he was both in wonder and afrade she could be right. "Could also be depression of some point." He pulled away, are you depressed over anything?"

Kiera shook her head quickly. "No. I'm not. I'm the happiest I've ever been.. until this came up I guess." She then shook her head again. "And no. I haven't told anyone else. I don't really trust anyone else with this kind of information. And I've been away for most of the times that it's happened. So I haven't been able to see you." She looked to him, starting to get quite worried from how he reacted to it.

*He smiled and hugged her, "well i''m gald you told me. And i'm deffently going to stick around. So it's all going to be okay. Let me know if you notice it happen again." He poked her, "it could be a sign of lack of food." he teased as he usally would to loosen her tensity alittle. "I love you kiera." He smiled and closed his eyes feeling her warmth.

Kiera smiled a little and hugged him as she also shut her eyes. "I love you too, Shortstraw." Now that Shortstraw knew the technique Kiera always felt more comforted around him. Before of course she was hesitant but now being with him was a sanctuary to forget about all of her problems. No matter how scared she was. Kyle cleared his throat from the doorway and Kiera opened her eyes to see him standing there. "Kyle!" She seemed a little alarmed. Not only because he always popped up out of nowhere but now because of how tall he'd gotten. "It's nice to see you two again." Kyle started formally. He still wore the blue jacket he always was seen wearing as if it grew along with him. "It's good to see you too Kyle." She smiled, going straight from a true Kiera to a working Kiera. "We've seen you on the news and everything." Kyle nodded. "I've been meaning to speak to you about a few things, actually. Now is the appropriate time to discuss them."
