After rescuing the one lady and seeing everything was under control, Melvin returned to Hot Bod and the little nuisance that was still bothering them. Since he had no weapons on hand anymore, he went for just plain kicking the damn dog for all that he could.
Luckily, the creature hadn't noticing him striding over, and he gave it a hard kick, punting it against a wall. Yelping as best as it's melting face could, it rushed over to n** at his heels.

Now that he didn't have a couple of bottles to spray at it and the mutt was paying attention, it was a lot harder to hit. What was worse was that, after he had hit it with his shoe before, he noticed a melting goop on his sneakers that made him want to throw up.

The pup stopped just before his feet, and raising his shoe, he slammed it down with a crunch and a wet squishing noise that made the dog splatter like a over-ripe mango.
Covering his mouth, he wiped his shoe on the floor as best as he could and looked over to Hot Bod. "Well, I'm done with all of this." He wanted to find some place to hide and rinse off his sneaker. Melvin HP: 10 A Certain Someone's Foxfire HP: DED

"I don't know. Maybe we should check down by the door just to see if there is." Cass suggested to him on the note of shoes - but it looked like they both had a little interesting...character..to look at now.
Hers was looking less adorable by the second, though.
"..It's..um.." she bit her lower lip before she looked to Marcus and - okay, looked like he didn't have a problem with the hitting of cute fluffy things. "Note to self, you're not allowed to get a dog." She wasn't allowed one either. Which made her sad for some reason.

Killer turned his head to watch Uni flail, about to rush and assist when he was righted on his own... and Killer himself became subject again to the lizard's uncontrollable aggression as it took this opportunity to coil around Killer's leg and sink teeny sharp terrifying teeth into his upper thigh. He yelped as they managed to get through his trousers and quickly used his table leg like a cue to the lizard's face, prying it off and boom- head shotting it. It was still alive, but barely. It writhed around shrieking before finally falling still. Soulless eyes staring up at the sky as it's face began to drip back like heated crayon wax.

It seemed like a good idea as any. That way if they had to go out they could- not that he wanted to- bed was still tempting, though the arrival of snappish unsightly little things made the current location undesirable. Sigh, meet a cute girl half naked in bed with you and have to get dressed and leave. Better than what it could have been..he guessed. "I can get a dog." He didn't know why, but that upset him slightly. "This isn't a dog." "I think it's not at least." Dogs couldn't glow like this one. Or smile like it did..creepily. He eyed the creatures edging closer all around, apparently looking for the next opening to jump in and take a bite. "I don't think fighting them one on one is going to work," he said. "Maybe there's something that can deal with the little shits in whatever containment area they busted out of. Feel up to running the gauntlet?"

Killer nodded in agreement as he finally realized his hands were just dripping with blood. He couldn't stop now though. Stopping meant death, right? He smiled lopsidedly at Uni, "You think Scarface will want to come too or is it just you and me, man?"
Hot Bod was still frozen in place white-knuckling the knife as she stared down that dog-thing. She stared at Sweet a** in horror, he was done? He was the one that killed those things rather successfully. Not her. She couldn't even bear to advance on the one. "Yeahhh... I think I'm pretty useless here...."

As Solia fought for her very soul, for her lacking in the being a magical girl department, she got the sense that maybe, there was someone older, wiser, and probably handsome that might notice her. Someone to make a lunch for on top of a roof or run to school with toast in her mouth and hope they saw her while flower petals fell- She felt this person existed, and she felt that they probably wouldn't cope very well with dealing with anything that might have been larger than the building she was in. And that eating people was rude. It was a very specific sense to be sure, but inside Solia it tingled. Or maybe that was just hunger it was hard to tell. He quirked an eyebrow at her. Did she really just- A small smile tugged at his face as he went back to trying to fend off silver shiny spooky thing. "Is that so? Maybe that's where the marks came from then. You showing me who's boss?" He didn't say anything past that, rather focusing on the minipet in front of him, swatting at it and its attempts to hit him with its rainbow covered paws. A crunch- well, that took care of that.
