"Oh dear... With Hel?" Biskoto wanted to reach out to give Freya a hug, but the best she could do was a pat on the shoulder with the end of her tail. Did you know that snakes are like really long tails with a face? It was very devastating for the roleplayer when she realized this.

"Ah, do the both of you need to be alone for a while?" Thanatos asked, out of politeness than genuine concern; that was not his division. That was clearly Biskoto's, "We could always catch up at a later date, if so."

"No, please-" She lifted her head quickly, but then dropped it back down, and one of her arms flung up helplessly. "Keeps talkings. I just rests here and.." The rest of her sentence sounded muffled and inaudible, but she hugged Kettil with one arm and turned her head to the side so that she could see Thanatos - or she would have.. if her eyes were open.

Every so often she would blink and see him, and smile. But for the most part, Freya was just an accessory hanging off of Kettil while he caught up with his friend.

Jordan blinked and refocused his attention as someone spoke to him. A reaper, perhaps; she was prettily dressed and looked human. He politely took the tart she held out to him. "Thank you," he said. "Not a treat tart, I hope?" He chuckled and took a bite.

Then he remembered that she'd asked him what he was. The quick, reflexive query he sent to Ferros was answered, and once again he felt a rush of gratitude and relief that the weapon was back. "I'm a demon," he said. "Fallen angel. Are you a reaper?"

The food was free but Billy was still very much out of his element. The only time he'd ever seen this many people were festivals days at home, but he always knew everyone there and a good chunk of them were his family. At this occasion more young people seemed to arrive every second. He wasn't uncomfortable in crowds but he was extra shy when he didn't know anyone.

Thankfully Victoria was being nice enough that Billy's tightly crossed arms eventually sagged and his frown slowly became less severe. "It's okay, being away from home." He wasn't exactly sold on it yet. "Jus' busier than'm used ta I guess."

"After this celebration we need to head back home." Estelle politely informed Victoria. "We're missing our town's Halloween celebration and Billy's family is a very important part of that!"

Billy, sensing his familiar's attempt to boost his ego, shut her down as best he could. "S'not that big'a deal." His lips did quirk a bit. Almost a smile? Maybe a smirk. A smirk was good enough. "We've gotta farm. Biggest aroun' where we live. So we're pretty 'mportant when it comes ta gettin' punkins, gourds an'all out for Halloween."

Finally a smile did crack and he turned a little pink. "Kinda feel like'm cheatin my way outta work, bein here."

Bright plumage gave an excited flutter as the grue slipped through the crowd to join their little group. As he neared the feathered tip of her tail swung around curl along the monster boil's hip, and she offered him a very tight one armed hug as he said his greetings, positively purring at the endearment that came her way.

Crimson eyes turned to the fae-hound still holding her hand. She didn't think Than would mind in the least if another friend joined their midst, so it was him she looked to for an answer. "What do you think, can Nahm tag along?" The chimera's tone clearly portrayed her want of him to say yes. "The more the merrier, right?"

And while she waited, introductions. "Nahm, this is Than," she lifted the hand still holding the mutt's, and bent to offer the other boil a quick nuzzle to the top of his head. Careful of his horns. "The boil with the pretty "tattoos" is Yosuke, a guest like myself." A wing unfurled to point back at the monster in question. "And you might already know Aksaja." They were both students, so it was a fair guess.

There was not enough popcorn in the world for Jude as he tilted his head to watch the spectacle that ensued with a denizen, Otto, Eva and Gale (whether or not he wanted to be involved was the question). Jude tilted his head toward Robert and offered a rather unnerving grin, "This is getting fun," he announced quietly.

...Jude was apparently just a little bored until just now.

He winced when Otto's golem punched the denizen. Oh yes. This was good. Best of all? It wasn't happening to him! Squee!

It wasn't the first time he was hit by a ghoul, but it had escalated more quickly than he thought. It did hit, but one thing Otto didn't take into account was that their tails were still very much tangled. When TG fell back, his own tail tugged down on her own.
