Layna is somewhat of a extemist when it comes to paper work having always had the best grades when it came to written exams and still doing well when it came to her field training, though the skill she had on the field had never been truly shown from when she had been trained by the Yamanashi clan who had taken her in as one of there soldiers, she is in fact a loyal member who would kill anyone she see's as a treat to the clan without hesitation.
Layla during her school days was always cold to others and very strict to her class mates and was even more strict one knowledgable than her own teacher's some times even being seen teaching the students and teacher of her class and correcting him or her depending on the class on numerous occasions which had at one point led to her being offered a job as a teacher which she had turned down.

Shikai Ability: The chain or blade is almost awlays covered in a unseen sheath of her spirit energy, this allows Layla to move her chain around like a snake to her will.
1- Lenth- this ability allows Layla to while in chain form, to make her chain grow or shrink in length at her will allowing her to attack without getting close to change the length to match her plan, the maximum size is 50 ft in length (Usable only in chain form)
2-sharp: This ability works in both katana form and chain form and is almost always active. Layla's entire weapon even down to the normal chain pieces are very sharp because of the spirit energy covering it, this always Layla's blade or chain to be extremely sharp giving it great cutting ability to the point where she can cut through re enfoced steel with perfect persition so use her chain to fly trough a building without being slowed

3-Bellerophon : Layna either trows her sword or chain at the enemy to use an extremely powerful attack that resembles an arrow of light. this is caused from her the spirit energy which covers her weapon and is intensified by the trow which allows it to reach the speed of a bullet, though it can only be used three times at the very most per battle
( usable in both katana and chain form)
4- chain dynasty: Layna create round distortions in space around her to make portals around her to fire chains out of to ensnare the enemy

Hisashi Yuusashi had a terrible life. Just awful. Hellish, really, though since he's a bit of a pessimist, Hisashi could be exaggerating just a bit. He does not remember his former life, being born in the Rukongai at all, it's possible that he may have never had a life on Earth, though this possibility has never really bother Hisashi all that much. Hisashi was born in the first district, already on the fast track to success, not that him being from the first Rukongai district had anything to do with that, really. No, a desire for ultimate freedom and an utter ruthlessness in achieving his goals did that for him. Hisashi did what he wanted, when he wanted. So why did a man, so passionate about his freedom join the military organization known as the Gotei Thirteen?
Maturity, as well as an encounter with several shinigami, radically changed his view of the world and his place in it. Hisashi, while still caring very deeply about his own freedom, began to temper that urge. He began to practice civility, act far more reserved, and so on, until Hisashi decided that he had developed a desire to protect others. It was then that he decided to enter the Soul reaper Academy and become a part of the Gotei Thirteen.

Spatial Tearing: Using his sword, Hisashi is able to open small[two inches] to medium-sized[six feet] "rips" in the current plane they are inhabiting, as well as an equal-sized hole somewhere withing eyesight. This creates a small portal with multiple uses. Hisashi can only have two portals [two entrances, two exits] open at one time. Hisashi can close this at any time, and anything caught within them is disconnected from whatever it was previously connected to, including Hisashi and whatever he put in there.
Spatial Storing Hisashi can store things in a pocket dimension, for use later. This includes items, but can also include hado and bakudo small enough to fit inside an entrance hole made by a sword strike. Opening another Spatial Store can redirect a stored Hado/Bakudo, or some other projectile attack.

Bankai Name: Burakkuho-ru [Black Hole] ( Not Achieved )
Bankai Incantation: Open wide, Burakkuho-ru.
Bankai Description: Burakkuho-ru fuses with Hisashi, turning into black, skin-tight clothing as well as its physical zanpakutou form. Underneath, Hisashis' skin turns completely black.
Bankai Ability:
Spatial Tearing 2.0: An upgraded version of Spatial Tearing, the bankai version does away with the size and sight requirement, and Hisashi can open tears mentally as well as physically, but Hisashi cannot create an exit or entrance-hole if that space is occupied by any sort of solid matter: I.E. flesh, stone, ect.
Spatial Ripping: Anyone unfortunate enough to be cut by Burakkuho-ru is in for a very bad time. Wounds created by Burakkuho-ru are covered by a spatial tear, a hole to his pocket dimension, preventing healing. These "rips" are removed when Spatial Tearing is used again.
Spatial Explosion: Hisashi can now fill his spatial tears with unstable reiatsu, causing them to explode and create a large portal that sucks everything within range into a pocket dimension from where there is no escape. These explosions have an injury range of fifteen feet, and anything sucked into the portal is considered dead. Anything beyond that is completely unaffected. Can only be used once every ten [10] posts.

True Weapon Ability:
1) Cresent Shadow: (sword form ability) Ralien uses the energy from her black and silver colored Reiatsu energy to make a cresent-like slash at her opponents. This attack can be made at a diagonal, horizontal, or vertical position, however it leaves the person's back open to attack.
2) Meteor Revenge: (sword) By using Ralien's reiatsu she is able to slash 3-4 times in a row, sending off bits of silver reiatsu like meteors or small bombs that the opponent must dodge in order to attack her.
3) Shooting Star: (Whipchain) This is an ability where the user spins the whipchain at incredibly high speeds in order to strike at the opponent or fend of attackers. The whipchain's previous form is sharp on both sides of the chain making it leathal for one to get to close if their attack is ill-timed. However it is meant as a long range attack and is therefore much weaker if the opponent is inside the attacker's range.
4) Moon Flower: (Whipchain) Moon Flower is a technique where Ralien creates a high area of centrifical force with the whipcain making, what looks to be a silver flower blosoming open, however this isn't just a pretty flower for looks the attack is built using the whip chain at high speed going at different angles around Ralien making it hard for a person to attack, however this attack last only 2-3 posts because it requires a high caliber and lots of strength.
5) Hell's gate: (whipchain) Using black reiatsu Ralien forces the sword to stay in whipchain mode wrapping it around her opponent or their weapon in order to hinder them while she attacks. This method can also be used in reverse causing damage to the opponent because of the whipchain's bladed edges.
6) Demon's Angel: (Combination of sword and whipchain) In this technique Ralien starts off using her black reiatsu, which covers her sword and makes it 3-4 inches longer than it originally was to send off a barage of slice attacks at her opponent before her silver reiatsu kicks in and outlines the black expanding it into whipchain form making it easier for her to use slices and lash attacks in a barage-like style

Diablo en Musica 92 Sorry about that, Hmmmm, - Is that the only shikai ability? Are you not going to have overall branch the main ability off like techniques/ dances/ songs like some shinigami? If not that is your choice. - Your Shikai & Bankai needs an overall weakness, it seems to be extremely powerful. Like Aizen or Tousen's blade was to gain immunity of the his blades ability one had to touch the blade/ hilt in some way ( Shikai and Bankai ). - I have to deny your Bankai ability. In away it would seem a bit much to copy a techniques of others. Not only that it would cause too much of an issue that would create detest. I do apologize, I'm not targeting you...I'm currently thinking of the guild as a whole. Please quote me when you have made these changes or addressed them too me... Sorry I didn't get back with you sooner, I was busy with real life. I'll just ditch my bankai for now and work on fixing that later. As for my shikai, it was really intended to only have the one skill. It's "weakness" is that my zanpakuto will become useless as a katana/weapon while I'm invisible. Or do you think that's not enough of a counterbalance?

- I see no issues with fixing the Bankai later
- However the Shakai it counterbalances yes, however please do understand there are other ways to counter Illusion/ Kido based blades. The guild is designed for such ways...

If you are a weakling then don’t count on him to help you up from the dirt, instead imagine him placing his foot on the back of your head and forcing you to stay down until you fought your way back up. However, even though his belief in strength is so high, he still gives females an easier route or even easier training than the males, as he views them as the gems of the world. That is as long as they are on his side.

Vesquar lived in the 80th distract of North Rukongai, and had always wanted to become a Shinigami. When he found a random sword resting by the river bay, his dream came true as he was instantly inducted into the academy for soul reapers. Knowing no one, Vesquar, along with his blade Belthazar, fought their way to the top. He was always training, and always working hard to show everyone that he can be strong and a great Shinigami no matter where he came from. Due to this attitude and his previous home he always got into fights and things of the such. He won a few of them but lost most, and hated himself for feeling so weak. It was then that he developed his out look on life and decided he was going to become the strongest.
Continuing to train hard, Vesquar became the best fighter in his class. He was now about to graduate from the academy and begin his life as a full fledged Shinigami, when he was challenged to a fight against two other people. They wanted the spot of best fighter and knew that the only way to do this was to beat him in a fight. However, they wished it to be a death match, so with the approval from their teacher the three began. Vesquar easily killed off one of the boys before he even saw the strike coming, yet the second was actually very skilled. During this time, Vesquar knew that the only way her was going to win was to unleash his true strength and show them why he was the strongest. Unleashing his Shikai, he took hold of the fight and sent the last challenger to hell in a blaze of glory.
Having graduated the Academy, he was instantly sent to the 1st Division due to his strength and fighting prowless. It wasn't long though that he got a mission to prove that he was strong and deserved a spot as a seated member in the Division. His mission was to destroy a hive of hollow before they could become a Menos. This seemed easy enough, as Vesquar took the mission on with pride and rushed off to complete it. Upon reaching the hive he realized that this wasn't going to be as easy as he thought as the hollow were almost complete in their transformation. Reacting fast Vesquar headed off to destroy the hollow's before they were complete, however he didn't succeed in this. Instead of running ,however, Vesquar decided that this Menos was going to die anyways and decided to destroy it.
The battle with the Menos lasted for hours, but with the help of Belthazar and his abilities, Vesquar won and made his way back to the Seireitei to report his success in not the original mission, but in destroying the Menos. Upon his return he was applauded for his courage and strength and given the position of Seated Member, without doing any prior training to do so. Taking this as his moment to shine he began to work hard and prove his strength again to all as he would one day become a Captain of a Squad. Vesquar was also given the nickname, Vesquar the Demon upon his promotion and return as he did the one thing that most Shinigami wouldn't have tried.

Shikai Name: Belthazar, the Demon of Wrath
Shikai Incantation: “Burn in Hell”
Shikai Description: The zanpakutō Belthazar, the Demon of Wrath uses the command "Burn in Hell" to transform into a sadistic looking red bladed Uchigatana. Its blade has a bunch of symbols that shine like the fires of hell. It has three techniques: first, it turns the ground beneath an opponent's feet to lava by speaking the phrase “Melt with the fires of hell”, second, it has the ability to send a cyclone of blazing black fire that shreds and scorches the battlefield let alone what it will do to the opponent if it hits by speaking the phrase “Disappear with the Blazing Wind”, and third, it inflicts wounds that will not stop bleeding unless covered with earth or mud, like a river cannot be stopped unless dammed. The third effect is constant after unsealing.
Shikai Ability:
1.) Creates Lava that covers the ground under the opponents feet with the command, “Melt with the Fires of Hell”
2.) Sends out a Flaming Cyclone with the phrase, “Disappear with the Blazing Wind”
3.) Once your cut with Belthazar, you will continue to bleed unless covered with earth or mud.

Bankai Incantation: Rise to your Throne
Bankai Description: Belthazar doesn't change all that much but it does however, surround the wielder in a blazing aura of black fire. Anything with a weak Reiryoku Level would be instantly destroyed as this aura will always protect the wielder. It also hightens the distance of the weapons slashing making its bleeding effect harder to dodge. Belthazar's other techniques pretty much stay the same, just increase in strength and distance.
Bankai Ability:
1.) Covers the user in a Blazing Aura
2.) Lengthens the Blade of Belthazar (as well as retaining the attacks from its shikai release.)
