Tybalt could only respond with a grumble, as Remi laughed and ruffled his hair. Clearly the kitsune had won this round. But! There was always next time! Tybalt would win for sure next time! Or so he liked to think. Remi was wittier than the black dog gave him credit for.

His hair now a mess, Tybalt, like Remi had predicted, swatted at the kitsune's hand, not a second after he snatched it away.

"Tsk!"

Though, fortunately for those having to listen to their squabble, any other insults would have to wait. Shortly after, Amphi arrived, calling out to each of those she knew and distracting Tybalt long enough to look in the direction of her voice. Which might have looked silly with the wide eyes and his hair sticking up in all directions.

"You appeared to be busy, and I thought that you might wish to go at your own pace." Not that that pace was any different than Yin's. No, not at all. Miss Danny was already here, but busy, and he glanced around to see who else was already there. Ah, there was Mort, and several other students he knew.

"I am glad that you found your way though."

This path was getting longer by the minute, and he continued to check his phone. Barth was probably sleeping. No point in sending more messages. He had been good to at least tell him what was happening, but he felt bad for making the boil worry.

"Glad to hear it! Hold onto that feeling, this school can get...painfully stressful." Amrita's returned smile was just as genuine, though hers was edged with a strange sort of shyness. But as the floodgates opened and the questions started to flow again, the patchwork couldn't help but give a very long, very distressed whine in her head. One at a time was best, right?

"Err, um...I-I'm a Third Year now...I've been here at least two years though, and a----" She paused, turning her head sharply to stare at the Kelpie whose hand she had yet to let go of. The ghoul only stared, her face managing to darken in a splotchy sort of blush at his compliments.

"I...I've never done that!" Amrita whined, embarrassed but in the best of ways. Calder's shoulder received a light punch, and she finally gestured towards him. "Taima, this is Calder. Calder, Taima." She introduced the pair, a little too eager to get the subject off of herself. "He's been my friend forever, through the good and the bad! I think I woulda gone crazy from the last field trip if it weren't for him."

"Busy? Oh..ya, I guess Mitzi caught up with me, but you were already pretty much gone by then." He pointed out, still smiling, even if the bad feeling in the pit of his stomach only seemed to worsen the longer they stood here, waiting for whatever was going to come.

"Yǐn Cáng I---" He hesitated, not really knowing what he had to say, even if he felt like he needed to say something. Even if he just used Yin's full name, which probably indicated that whatever it was he needed to get off his chest was serious, but as he stood there, his words cut off, the silence stretching out, he suddenly seemed to deflate, and he reached up to brush his fingers through his hair. "Never mind. I forgot what I was going to say." He lied. Really, he wanted to tell the other boil to be safe, to let him know how much he cared about him, and to confess to him that he did not think that this was such a good idea and that they should leave. But he knew better then all of that. Knew that YIn knew how he felt, and knew that there was no way they were going to leave. So instead, he turned, shifted his gaze to see who else had made it this far, only to see the familiar face of his zombro as the other boil shuffled his way in.

"Heya Mort! You made it, buddy!" Offering the zomboil a grin and a thumbs up from where he stood.

Calder moved on, making sure to not drag anyone and keep in page. He was being very mindful of his hooves.

"Oh, nah, not really. See there's good trouble...and then there's not-so-good trouble." Amrita nodded in agreement to Calder's words, and when she went to add in her two cents, she made her hands move to mimick a scale (and in doing so, moved Calder's hand as well). "There's the fun trouble like...Hellma catching a group of us playing Truth or Dare in the forest and we get sent to detention~" Her hand scales tipped so Calder's hand was the lower, for the moment. "And then there's the...bad trouble. Er, I have a sneaky suspicion this little walk'll end in the bad trouble." She let their hands drop, her free one moving to rest on her hip. "It'd take too long for me to fill you in right now, but..." The ghoul had dropped her voice again, trying to keep as much of it between the three of them as she could.

"Uh, let's see...sneaking into the secretary's office and ending up down a secret corridor, only to follow directions from a stranger's cell phone to get into a hidden place in the school...kinda reeks of the bad kind of trouble, doesn't it?" Amrita couldn't help but grin, the hand that had been on her hip lifting to gesture around them. "And yet here we are. Welcome to the club, and if you feel like you're going nuts, I'll give you my skelephone number when we get out of here!"

"Oh! You can have my number too!" Calder volunteered. he liked talking, and Barth and Christof weren't that chatty.
