Marcus shrugged slightly, moving his hand a little closer to Nerine's without her noticing. "Well if the killer thought rationally like he should, then the movie would have been over a while ago and he would have already killed them. Same goes for the person that's going to be killed, if she would think instead of being so afraid, she could have whacked him a while back as well."

Marcus nodded as he moved his hand closer, it was now almost touching her hand as he continued to watch the movie. "Well it's always the kids that seem to think more rationally than the adults. Still it's this silly ending that just makes me wonder why he didn't just give up on killing them and take the car or something."

"Well no one really knows, still it would be pretty scary if something like that happened in real life." He stayed sitting there lightly leaning on Nerine, not really wanting to move.

Marcus felt her hand take hold of his and felt a blush come on as well. He gripped her hand gently in return and felt a wide mix of emotions flow through him. He smiled as he relaxed again, wondering whether she was doing so simply cause she was worried about him, or whether she truly did like him.

Marcus looked at her and just smiled and shook his head, though it was obvious what was wrong with the blush that was still plastered to his face. "It's nothing, just feeling relaxed." It was an obvious lie, but he was trying to act strong. In all honesty, even though he talked a big game, he had never had a girlfriend or even a best friend that was a girl. He was completely oblivious to the dating scene, but talked big to try and cover it up.
