The people around them was startled by his sudden out burst and stopped in what they were doing. It seemed as if they were preparing for an announcement of attack or something before resuming their daily lifes as he settled down. To think he meet a second year meister on his few days in this city. This was progress by far in the slow days. Though when he looks on over at Aislin, she was unfazed by this out burst. It seems there was back bone to the second years after all. "Oh, awesome. Just like my dad - a scythe." Aislin said with a bright smile. She had trained with all sorts of weapons but never a scythe. She wondered what it would be like. Aislin wondered what having a scythe for a partner wouls be like. Then it came to her. "If you're new that means you probably don't have a partner yet, do you?" she questioned.

Well well...looks like I'll have to become better weapon then him" as a smirk ran across his face. It was a challenge he was willing to accept. There was many possible outcomes if he was to be matched with a meister. "I rather fight on my own. Though a partner would be useful." Finishing up his cup of coffee and sets it aside. Though he hated to admit being a first year, he had no other options but to fight alone.

"Same here. I have a weapon gene allowing me to change any part of my body into a weapin but my mother always reminds me that the power of two is always greater than one...true in most cases, sadly not all. The spirit will always persevere." she realized by now she was prattling on. "I'm sorry. I get a little wordy sometimes." she apologized. She did admit she would like a partner but her last two partners weren't such great experiences. She looked outside and saw that a thin layer of snow covered the ground outside.

He wonder why did they leave her. Maybe it was that they weren't compatible with her skills. He'll never know unless he asked her. Looking back outside he saw a thin layer of snow settles upon the sidewalk. This year's winter may last longer then the usual previous year. It was gentle snow that wasn't so compacted, as the old folks would say. This is the only beginning of the storm to come. "Do you wish for power, do you wish for a weapon?" Asking her honestly and straight forward.

Aislin looked thoughtfully and seriously at Kyo when he asked her the question. Did she want power? She already wanted a weapon but power? What was she truly striving for? What was her goal? Why was she at the DWMA? Then she remembered. She wanted to become a great, powerful meister like her mother. Than the answer was clear. Yes, she did want both of those things. After her thought provoked thinking she answered plain and simple : "Yes."

He did not ask for fame nor of all the riches he can get his hand on. But rather to do what was right within his powers. He did not desire to be first but to become the one best of the few that would be able to turn the tides of this war. If she was to strife for power then he shall lead her towards her destination. Aislin was surprised by his use of old language. She thought of Shakespeare for a moment but mentally slapped herself to concentrate on the situation at hand before her mind could wander any where else. "I gratefully accept your offer, Kyosuke." she replied. She had never felt as close to her goal as she did with her previous partners. That itself had to mean something. "So, Kyo, where does our journey begin?" she asked.

They had more important things at hand. Scrolling across the room towards the exit next to where Aislin was sitting. "Our contract must be made..." He opens the door, hearing the clear bell ring he exits the cafe and on to the empty streets now filled with 2 layers of snow. He rolled up his right sleeve, revealing a red seal. This was another way to set up the contract of agreement. The seal on his right arm shined and a magic seal appeared on the ground and snow beneath him. "Step into the circle and state your name and who is your weapon." His voice was almost transparent, like another upper being was speaking through him.

Aislin followed Kyo out the door and watched as he did something. An emblem burnt through the snow. Her eyes flickered to his arm and she saw a similar mark on his arm. This reminds me a whole lot like Black Butler. Except he won't be a butler he will be a weapon. A very red one. So not Black Butler. Red Weapon. she thought. He gave her instructions which she followed of course. Aislin stepped in the circle and cleared her throat. "My name is Aislin Evans and Kyosuke Akiyama is my weapon." she stated. She looked at Kyo as if looking for approval. Hopefully she did that right.

The emblem under their feet burst out waves of soulwaves ripples that blew the snow to the sides. A pillar of red light shone strongly throughout the city. "It shall be so" says the being using Kyo as a medium. In a blink of second the light diminished slowly and vanishes as it fell onto Kyo. His hair that was flickering in the wind stabilized as the seal on his arm manipulated into a crest. "Whew...didn't think becoming a weapon for a meister would be so intense..."

"That was...interesting." Aislin says as she straightens out her hair. "Are you alright?" She looks at Kyo who looks just slightly astonished by the recent events. She wondered what and who Kyo exactly was. She was curious but she persuaded herself to let the events unfold by themselves.

The contract that was just made was a Demon contract that bounded his will to hers. If she would've died, he will die as well. Though at the same time with this contract their souls would be more compatible and complex then others. "I'm alright, though just I don't know if something changed inside me or not." Grinning a bit as he hung over on his knees with one eye closed. "Shall we get going then?" Looking back at her for directions, he did not know his way around town for sure. Just this little cafe.

Aislin observed Kyo skeptically not sure whether he was telling the truth or was feigning no pain. She felt a small tingling sensation and assumed it was a side effect of the previous event. After she was sure he was okay she nodded. "Should we head somewhere and give this partnership a try? My house's training area or the training field at school." she suggested.

Composing himself so that he wouldn't have a blackout or something. Following her lead towards their destination. The snow was hardening with the chilly air lowering the temp.
