"I know that.. I'm just almost always afraid..." Millie said in reply. Looking at Jamie, Mille walked to the couch and curled into a ball in one corner, placing her chin on the arm of the couch.

Millie just lay in the corner of the couch, her chin pressed into the arm of the couch. Her eyes were slowly starting to close as she stated getting drowzy. She never took naps and hardly got any sleep because her uncle scared her so much. She had actually gotten a good night's sleep the night before and knew that she'd probably be sleeping a lot more since she didn't have to be afraid of her uncle hurting her anymore.

Jamie smiled and walked over,sitting down at the table,watcihng from a distance so he wouldnt disturb her.maybe he could take a picture and send it to Victor to get a good reaction out of him

Millie lay there for a little longer before she eventually fell asleep. She was sleeping peacefully, yet she shivered from time to time curled up tighter and her tail wrapped tightly around her. As Millie lay sleeping on the couch her dreams were short but very frightening. She never woke up, but she shivered and even cried softly as she curled into a tight ball on the couch. Her nightmares were very bad and she thought it was real. She thought that she was back at her uncle's and that he was beating and torturing her.>Two Month Time-Skip< It had been two months since Millie moved in with Victor and she was actually enjoying herself. She was just coming home from going shopping and she bought several tops for herself, as well as a few for Jamie. She grabbed a pricy bottle of cologne that she absolutely adored and was going to try her best to talk Victor into wearing it. Millie wasn't near as shy as she had been in previous months and she was actually able to go out in public and talk to people instead of keeping to herself. She especially loved going to parties which was a huge change for her, considering she had been terrified to be surrounded by a large group of people all at once. She walked inside and headed to the couch; placing everything she'd bought on it and sitting down, her tail wrapping around her legs.{{Edit: Added to this because I was bored xd }} {{Edit: I did that time skip we'd talked about and I hope it's ok.}}

Victor stretched and ruffled his hair as he started to walk home from his daytime job.his mind wandered through the past two months,it has been interesting.It has been lighter seeing Millie everyday,that thought brought a light blush to his cheeks before his thoughts came to his brother.Jamie has been coming over practically everyday,counting monday to thrusday.not that he'd admit it,but he was actually glad his brother came over.Millie was more vibrant and happy--che! blushing and coughing into his hands to move his mind away from her,he opened the door,saying he was home as he closed it behind him (XDD its cool) (X3 he's not gunna admit he likes her alot~)

Millie had been sitting on the couch as she heard the door open and Victor saying he was home. Looking up at him, she grabbed the cologne she bought, walked to him and wrapped her arms around his neck. She did this almost every time she saw Victor and she very much enjoyed hugging him. She pulled from the hug and held out the cologne saying, "Smell this. You don't have to wear it.. But I really like the smell." In Millie's mind, that cologne was like cat n** and she absolutely loved the scent.

A blush came onto Victor's cheeks before slowly hugging her back right before she let go.He raised an eyebrow and looked at the cologne she presented to him."hm....alright....let me see.."taking the cologne bottle,he sprayed it onto his wrist and rubbed his wrists together before raising a wrist to his nose.sniffing lightly,he mused silently it smelled nice.well,nice for a cologne.it actually upped up for him since Millie said she liked it."it smells nice..."

Millie watched as the bottle was taken. She waited, hoping that Victor would spritz even a tiny bit into the air. She saw Victor spray the cologne onto his wrists and Millie's eyes got wide. Her tail swayed from side to side as she purred softly. After hearing that Victor liked the cologne Millie replied in a happy, almost dazed tone, "That's good." The scent of the cologne traveled up her nose and she began purring like a kitten as she got lost in the scent.

Victor chuckled softly at Millie's dazed look.it was slightly cute."alright,alright..."he gently ushered her to the couch,he smiled and silently made a note to hide it somewhere in his room just in case she wanted to take a whiff,"so how was your day Millie?"

Millie felt herself being moved to the couch and she sat down. She was still in a bit of a daze, due to the scent of the cologne that flooded her nose. "Huh, wha...?" She replied snapping from her dazed state before adding, "My day was fine. You can see I went shopping and I always have a good time shopping. I could make dinner if you want?"

He chuckled and shook his head,"nah...its okay...you've cooked yesterday...my turn remember?"he playfully flicked her forehead with a light smile before he got up,"what ever you want to eat,i'll make it...."

Millie smiled and gave Victor a quick hug before he flicked her forehead playfully. Her ears lay back a little, but not because she was angry. "Alright. I was thinking we need to do something with those salmon fillets. I'm not sure how we should prepare them, but it doesn't really matter." She grabbed her shopping bags and said, "I'm going to take these to my room and then I'll be out. I'm going to change first though." She smiled at Victor and hugged him again before heading to her room, the scent of the cologne making Millie purr softly.

Victor chuckled and walked into the kitchen,"ah....salmon fillets eh~?i can whip something up for us that you'll love~" as he started to get things out he hummed lightly,"alright then..."
