Alana sighed. "Dont letbyour past cobtroll your future." Shebpaused forva moment. "That anger inside yoh can be ised diffrently. Theres no need to always be angrey. I am a horible cause of letting my past controll my future it made me shy and down right terrified. But I am standing here threw my anger and sadness trying to help someone. I guess what im saying is you juat have to push threw the pain and jist try to live a good life." She had a few tears going down her face. It just made her think of life.

 Hiro KashinoMy soul is like a broken glass houseShattered into piecesAlone again. Perfect. He extended both hands to the side and formed two fireballs roughly the size of an average softball. He then placed both hands infront of him making the fire in both hands double in size. He made it slightly bigger and hotter as he shot it into the distance. The grass was covered in small fire. Since his fire wasnt magic but pure fire the grass was still slightly on fire. He made sure to made it disperse and looked around a bit.

Sammy had fallowed him to the trainning grounds. She watched him for a moment not wanting to dusturb him. She sat on the ground a little distance away. She dident say a single word she jyst watched him.

Better yet, 'Dragon Mouth' He thought He took in a deep breath. He waited a second and spewed out a large flame from his mouth. He clenched his fist and made all the fire disperse. Now time for a steady flame. Or...' He placed his right hand behind him as he made a small fireball in his palm. He thrusted his hand forward and let the ball fly out his hand. The ball soon became a straight line as it started to thicken and spiral. He moved the same hand to the left as the fire moved in the same direction. He clenched his fist and the fire dispersed as always. He looked behind him and noticed Sammy.

Sammy watched him train. She was amazed at how he could contoll the fire and even breath it. She then bega to wonde if she could beat him an a fight. But quickly shot the idea away. When he looked back at her she offered a soft smile abd wave.

He made his arms become engulfed in fire. He crouched and quickly shot his body up along with his hands sending a large wave of fire up into the sky. He turned back around at Sammy. Care to try?

Sammy bit the inside of her lip at his offer. She would, if sge knew who to use fire but sge cant. And sammy wouldent show the "living wepon" part of her. She dare no use her succubys power. How fo youvtrain a force feild? "I dpnt kboiw how." She simpleyvstated not wanting to use her powers.

It doesnt have to deal with any of the elements. Practice your striking if you need to. But it's best to atleast get some exercise in. He walked over and put his hand out to help her up

Sammy sighed. "I guess I could try.." She replied shyly. To her practicing her fighting would be practicibg a power. She was scared that she would lose controll again. she took his hand then stood up. Dropping it to wipe the dirt of her clothes. "So what do I do?"

It depends on what you have the most trouble with. I needed to brush up on my skills and see if i can make it stronger. Im not sure about you. Maybe you arent great with Hand-to-hand combat, maybe you arent great with a natural ability. I couldnt do what i just did ten years ago. Now i understand how to find ways to improve.

Sammy really dident know what needed improvment. Soon she saw a medium sized rock and a rock that was a bit bigger. She smiled and picked up the rocks she held out tge rocks to him "When I tell you can you tgrough the smaller rock at me and then the bigger one. Bothe as hard as possible?" She asked.

If they were only a bit bigger he'd do a few bicep curls. He got ready to throw and waited for her signal. You sure you want me to throw it with ALL my strength? I'd have to get angry for that.

Sammy prepard herself for in coming throw. "Just throw it!" She yelled over to him. She hopped she dident seem mean or pushy. But she was qite anxious to see how far she could strech her power. Sammy. Was used to getting small rocks thrown her way never rocks like these.

He wasnt going to throw it hard until he knew what her strength was like and her limitations. He placed his right foot back. He took a step forward, spun, stopped his spin while he looked at her and took a step forward with his other foot and threw the rock.

Sammy saw the rock comeing her way. The rock wasent comeingbtovfast so she dident bother using her power. Insted when it came close enough she caught it. Sammy scrutched up her nose for a moment the catch burned her hand a bit making it sting. "You dident throw itvhard enough.." She told him. Throwing thevrock back hopeing hevwould eiher catch it or let it land next to him.
