Riku just glanced around curiously for a second, waiting to see who would pop out. Strangely enough someone dressed up as a police officer entered and then greeted her. Stammering a greeting back, the girl then simply watched as the lady took her pokeballs and then disappeared into the back. There was a chiming signaling the machine was done as the girl saw a Porygon go pick up the pokeballs. Handing them to her, she thanked the pokemon while hooking the balls back onto her belt. The girl then decided it was time to head back to her land, change and shower and then head over to the tournament to sign up. Once more glancing at the door that led to the back room strangely, she walked out of the center. Pokemon Centers were a lot stranger then they appeared... and she was starting to learn this firsthand.

Professor Allison would smile then ....it was a soft one.

"About 12 hours, not long ....you have been out like a light. It's already dark outside."

"I know you only want to help, but this is part of the punishment dear one." "No, you can't help ....though you meant well .....this is the situation your decision put those under your care. If you aren't well and whole, you can't help those that are not."

The woman would declares lightly.

"And, as for Pink Island ....nothing has changed ...not yet. The information you gave is very valuable ....and I am still working on the those pokemon and with the samples you brought back. That means, I won't be spending a lot of time talking to you here either, and if one of your pokemon come into my labotory while I am working."

"Well, I have no problem with giving them the boot. Just simply, everyone will be stuck in here with you, so maybe, you should ask them to tell you stories, while you are on lock down."

"You have another what .....36 hours to remain like this."

The woman would snicker as she took it out then. The med kit as she places it on the foot of her bed.

"Also, you have kind of gained your full status as Medic student." "I am giving you your medic kit, though it will be a while before you use it ....this item will allow to heal your pokemon on the go." "Though it's a slow process for now ...see here, this is where I hollowed out the Apricot berry .....and you will place your starter here in this slot.

It will heal a pokemon as you walk for the same amount of hp as your starter's level. So you need to make sure you train your Gligar well."

The woman explained.

"For now, it won't do much for healing wounds like burn, poison, and such ...so that will be up to your Happiny to cover. But, it can recover a pokemon from faint, and you should already know ...not from death."

"It has slots for potions, places for vials inside, as well as slots at the bottom where you can place berries. And best of all, it gives you recognition as a student of this class, so no more mix up with the locals either."

She smiles at that one. She was sure that Jasmine wasn't aware she knew that little tidbit.

Jasmine took it in, but by bit... 36 hours... But not allowed to move out of bed, she tried to imagine how frustrated she would be by the end I this....

Professor Alison was being gentle about it, but still, it didn't feel much better, her punishment it seemed, stuck to the bed, was self imposed, even if she wanted to get up, she was sure she wouldn't be able to until she got her strength back...

"Alright... I understand, everyone will stay with me, I don't want to interrupt you with that research..."

"Although," She laughed nervously, "I have a feeling any conversation we'll get will be a little one sided, so stories might be a little hard to do..."

Of course, Jasmine had missed the small revelation on the nurses communicative abilities...

Nightingale looked up at the new item presented, [Wait, does this mean with the Medikit, Jasmine can talk to us-]

The Happiny had to stop her question, instead suddenly sitting on Jasmine's hand when the girl went to reach for the item, shaking her head.

Jasmine peered dismayed at the Happiny, "Really...?"

[Not one finger!] she sat cross armed, not hurting her, but at Jasmine's current lack of strength, she couldn't even budge Nightingale's minuscule weight! [Not like you can even reach the foot of the bed anyway! Lindbergh?]

The Gligar was off like a shot, her tail curling around the belt, pulling it back to Jasmine's lap and laying it there for now. [Stat!] She saluted.

Jasmine could only laugh and shake her head, or she would have if the cast didn't strangle her laugh, then hold her head still on the spot, looking to Joy, "I'll wait here, but may I ask at least one favor?"

"It wasn't just yourself who gave me tasks... Can I please borrow a phone to let the store clerk next door know I gave Rachael his details? She'll need supplies very quickly?"

And while Jasmine would wait for that answer, Nightingale looked expectantly herself, eyes on the belt now on Jasmine's waist and waited to know before she spoke again... Would it make her understand now too?
PostPosted: Fri Jun 29, 2012 5:38 am

Professor Allison froze at the door. Of course, she had forgotten of that that was the student's problems as the woman would cross her arms and glare at Jasmine this time.

"No ...means no, you aren't even allowed to get on the phone." "Afterall, you on punishment, and ....."

She would fish in another drawer and this time, she would pull out the device she had forgotten to give. It was their new take on a Pokedex, no longer was it one of those hand held models. Instead, it was more of a earpiece with a small screen that went across one eye ....if you wanted the information on a pokemon you pushed the button on the side and it gave you the information. It also doubles as a communicator ...as this she would toss on the bed.

"I kind of forgot about that problem."

"I will leave you with this ...in replacement of a phone."

She told Jasmine, and with that she would truly finally ...be gone, and the girl would be left alone for the next 36 hours.

Jasmine sighed, but nodded, or rather, tried to nod before the collar stopped her again, just avoiding a wince she would see the communicator, at least now she had items, at least now she was a realised trainer...

"Alright... I understand..." it didn't mean she had to like it, but she'd gotten off light enough not to add that last thought out loud.

She took the communicator, at least it seemed Nightingale was too busy waiting NOT to stop her, looking expectant as the girl placed it over her ear, wincing as it bit alongside her glasses... "Okay, tight fit..."

She hit the button, and turned to Nightingale, or at least glanced at her, watching as several statistics and moves information suddenly appeared when the screen flipped out, just neatly over her glasses, "Hey, not too shabby!"

[Oh, thank you, but it wasn't much, I just saw your glasses needed tweaking.]

"..."

~~~~~~~
It took Jasmine about an hour to adjust, A little longer if you counted the time it took Jasmine to cease the panicked squeal, it was only quick thinking that Lindbergh clamp over her face to stop her each time that prevented further incurring Alison's temper just now.
"So... You guys can understand me now..."
[No.] Burnout sighed for the fifth time. [We could always understand you... But now YOU can understand US...]
"...Oh..." Jasmien grimaced, wondering now, just how many incidents she would want forgotten observed by this small gathering of voyeurs now...
[And now, we have 36 hours of peace... It may not be time enough to fill all the voids... I'm sure we all have something important to tell you...]
[That's right!] Nightingale suddenly piped up, puffing out her chest. [And Racha of Pink Island, she said-]
[Hey!] an excited purple bat clambered over Jasmine's arm cast like a perch. [I'm the partner, just like Joy said, I get to go first!]
Jasmine laughed, looking at the pair, "It's okay, fair to say, I think you both have plenty of time..."
They had two days after all...
((Whee, at work posts, gonna try to make them all count, lol))
Professor Allison shut the door. Yes, she knew she hadn't been as rough as she should have been, but it was hard. She was a patient even though she was a student, and so, she couldn't go all out.
"But, when she got back."
The woman would declare darkly as she changes clothing again. This time making sure that from head to toe everything was black and she would even take out a fake beard with the matching mustache and she would place both on her face as she cackles evilly.
Yes, she would deal with her perfectly ....as she rang her hands together as her Porygon would float next to her. A psychic move would rip the mustache from her face and drop the beard to the floor as it would shake its head at her, and the woman would sigh.
"Fine fine ...I can't be evil."
she would sigh.
"I never get to do the good parts."
She would saunter back to her work.
The room was far more relaxed now, as Ironclaw preened her feathers, Burnout hung from the top of the room, resting from an old lantern hook ironically enough, whilst Nightingale went about cleaning and organising any medicinal supplies she could find, anything to pass time between checking on Jasmine until she would have her time to speak to the girl...
Meanwhile Jasmine sat there, her good arm elevated on a pillow itself with a New IV attached there, as Lindbergh rambled from one subject to the next, from the absolutely inane talk of how she wanted her dinners prepared with just the right kind of crispy insect larvae, to her newest decision in wardrobe fashion...
[Taa-daaa~] the Gligar flung claws wide open, revealing a large nurse cap that now sat snug on her head. [How do I look? Is it me?]
"Is it supposed to be Nurse Alison?" Jasmine would volunteer perplexed, watching as the Gligar fell limp in disappointment.
[Nooooooo... We're a medic team now! We're supposed to be all about the nurses and bandages making everything better!]
[I'm going for a theme here, I'm your starter, I'm the one who gets their ball in the Apricorn or whatever.] She stuck out her tongue, holding up the Medikit with a swagger.
"...That is something Joy stressed... We do need to help you level up quickly..."
"..." Jasmine paused, and thought back, Lindbergh cornered by all three of those Tactics students, unable to recall her, even as a Gliscor, unable to do anything, powerless as she was slaughtered, and brought back as an egg...
Here she was, back as a Gligar, and the Razor Fang they used to evolve her gone... Who knew when they would find another? All that remained was that snaggle toothed grin the Gligar had that reminded her of it...
[Academy to Jasmine!] Lindbergh's tail rapped off the cast with dull thunks, but gentle enough not to hurt the girl. [You okay in there?]
"Oh! No, no, it's... Fine... Just... Lindbergh... How much do you remember?"
The Gligar looked puzzled, [Remember?]
[I only remember like... Waking up and then we went and left for the Pink place!]
Jasmine thought back, the eggs hatching, both she and Claudandas...
Nightingale looked up from rolling a bandage firmly into a roll with a. Puzzled expression. [That's not true, you said you remembered a Doctor who fixed Jasmine didn't you?]
Jasmine bit her lip, wondering for a moment... "Take a moment Lindbergh..."
"Think back... I'm sure you remember..."
The Gligar paused... [I remember a Buizel...]
Their first battle, the one hit KO and the Pokemon Jasmine had been chasing after ever since...
[Then playing, I think, with Jasmine?]
Some playtime, Jasmine's lips pulled a hint at the nostalgia, being sliced to ribbons by the insubordinate Gligar whom wouldn't listen to her until she showed her dominance.
[Then... It's kinda blurry... I think there was a Parakeet or something?]
The Chatot, Jasmine's smile fell thinking about it... And the Cherubi who gave its life protecting them til Lindbergh had been reborn as an egg, that was the first time she'd died...
[Then that darn fleabag Claudandas dragging me through the jungle!]
That was later, Lindbergh hadn't finished Beginner's Island... It was only when they went back they ended up on mirage, and tried for her crimes and her twisted sense of morality, she had been released to Jasmine again...
[And....] she looked behind herself, then compared herself to Jasmine's height. [It just me? You're kinda bigger...]
The deciding battle... Lindbergh and Claudandas finally had their battle together, it was when the Gligar won, Claudandas had finally accepted he was part of the group, and only then when Lindbergh evolved into the large Gliscor...
[That's about it, I think.]
Jasmine smiled, half sad, half glad... She remembered important thins... Bugs. Lot of heartache was gone... This wasn't the same Gougar she'd been given. And she looked at her there, a grin rising, was it just the hat or had her ears always been so long and floppy?
She reached out and pulled lindergh closer into a hug.
"I promise you, we'll be great partners now... And this time, we won't make the same mistakes as before..."
Lindbergh blinked... As before?
She didn't know what to make with it, but she just shrugged and cosier in, her slate was clean, she'd lost much of her strength, but she'd lost her cynicism as well... And now from here on in, it would be a new start for them...
"Soooo... Does my partner nurse want to help make this cast look less plain?"
A show of fangs and that overburden grin. [I thought you'd never ask...]
Back in her lab, she would work .....Allison was breaking down the matter of dirt. She was boiling and cooling samples of water, and she was taking blood from one and then ...the other.
There wasn't much she could do with the Gastly. The woman wondered if she could even if she came up with a cure or something to at least stall the process help her.
Ghost pokemon always took special type of medical advancement.
They weren't flesh and blood, and that made things a hundred times harder, since, it took quite a bit to make them sick ...it took quite a bit to make them well.
She would sigh openly as she continued her work.
[So, how's the arm, princess?]
"It feels far better now it's stabilised... Just don't ask about my backside, I think I've lost all feeling down there having to stay like this..." She managed a half laugh as she looked to Ironclaw, the metal bird had wandered over and watched Lindbergh working away on Jasmine's cast, dangling from the extended arm, curled around it, at every instance possible she would find new places to graffiti the cast, resplendent in her new nurses cap to boot.
[Where did she even get that thing?] The Skarmory clacked her beak disapprovingly.
[Where do you think the Audino get them?] Lindbergh would stick out her tongue between a rather less than spectacular mural of her defeating Claudandas...
[Third drawer, top right cupboard] Chimed in Nightingale, who was busy with Jasmine's bag on the floor, material strewn all over her corner of the room, meticulously working away...
Ironclaw shook her head, noting the Happiny sporting one as well. [Long as its not required uniform these days...]
Jasmine smiled, just a little... This talk, had not been one she looked forward to either, and after the first talk with Lindbergh, she'd taken a little courage working up to it... "Ironclaw... I wanted to say sorry... For... You know..."
[For getting yoursef hurt?]
"No, I-"
[For getting our wings tucked while we're grounded with. You?]
"No, wait, what?"
[For flinging me at an all powerful Spiritomb deity?]
"Well, I guess, I, no, well... All of the above," She groaned, running her free hand tiredly through her hair, it was extraordinary how sitting doing nothing could be so exhausting, and this wasn't even a full day!!
"But, it's about your eyes..." Jasmine looked at the Skarmory there, the way her eyes were hidden almost behind those opaque pink goggles...
[What about them?]
Jasmine blinked. "Well.... The fight, you and Burnout, when we caught you, I-"
[Do you have glasses?]
"Well, yes, I-"
[Do you expect an apology from someone just because you can't see right without them?]
"....No?"
[Well, there you go.] She flacked happily. [I only have a little to say, not as much as the others... Heck, everyone here, I'm the one whose the newest of the group...]
[What happens in battle, stays in battle, I'd have been far worse off out there in the world, Jasmine, with you, I got a chance.]
[But that means I count on you, just like the others do, even if sometimes we don't admit it.]
Her beak reached up and tapped Jasmine lightly on the head, an equal sort of pat that at least didn't make Jasmine wince. [I think I'll lead it there for now... Anything else I say... I think Burnout will want to say more than me...] she nodded up at the lampent, and began to turn.
[Anybow, not like I'm not nearby to talk to anyways!]
Jasmine blinked, that seemed far more surreal than so far... Was it her aerial attitude, light and aloof that held Ironclaw do carefree?
She sighed, not sure what to think as she went to pull the covers back.
[Where do you think YOU'RE going?] Nightingale asked without even looking back.
"Well... I need the bathroom?" Jasmine looked back, and saw the most terrifying shape in the world. "..."
A bedpan.
"Please tell me you're kidding."
[What do YOU think?]
(4/5)
Searching, researching, and dissecting ...not the fun parts of her job, but they are needed. The woman was getting a pretty good idea of the virus overall, she could see ways to suppress it, but so far, nothing to do away with it completely.
She sighed openly.
She needed the original carrier for that ...this strain wasn't as pure, it was starting to mutate. Though some of it's basics were the same, she could see the thread she needed to pull it loose, but without the picture of the complete puzzle ....she just couldn't make the pieces fit.
It was frustrating to say the least as she would take the compound and put it to fire an then ice, and then electrifying it. There had to be an element that can stop or slow it enough for her to maybe ...figure out another way to put those pieces together without knowing what the puzzle had originally looked like.
Professor Allison sighed.
She was hard at work with this one.
((Dafnab, I wanted to get home and surprise you when I'd have like all of this done, now I need to make this happen double time, lol~))
Nightingale tended to Jasmine however seen fit, and really, Jasmine didn't have much of an answer but to accept whatever care the Happiny deemed fit, sitting there embarrassed, or having to have her vitals read, or having to watch the Happiny check and change dressings.
It almost seemed like there wouldn't even be enough time to talk to her, so busy was Nightingale during the whole experience...
And then finally of course, as Jasmine sat there, and tried to look up at the Happiny wrapping bandaging around her forehead, she found herself speaking out loud, "Didn't you say... there was something important you wanted to tell me? Like, right before Lindbergh leapt in?"
[Oh, well I'm glad you finally showed some interest~] Nightingale would hop down there from Jasmine's head and the pillows she had used to keep her stance, instead hopping onto the bedside table, looking to Jasmine suddenly more solemn. [Rachael gave us some very sound advice... and I promised her I'd let you know exactly what she had to say when I was first able to speak to you!]
Jasmine blinked as another roll of bandaging was wound round her head. "...Go on?"
The Happiny coughed and cleared her throat, raising a hand pointedly there. [She said... and I quote... a good medic learns young. You must learn to take care of yourself, so that you may die saving someone, rather than dying making others try to save you!]
Jasmine paused there, not sure how to really respond... Rachael had been so angry with her previously, she couldn't imagine what had happened while she had been so out of the situation.
She could barely remember much of it from the time she had been injured, it had all been a haze of pain and disappointment... "...Makes... sense, I guess..."
She'd receive an idle glower from the Happiny.
"I'm sorry, I don't know quite how to reply to that..." Jasmine looked back at her rather drained, "...I only remember her being angry at me... like, really angry..."
"I caused her a lot of trouble after all..." Jasmine considered, watching as suddenly bandaging was being wound around her arm. "And... I really feel bad about it all..."
[Well, then, now you know.] Nightingale answered, more softly. [She wants you to learn from your mistakes... as does Professor Alison...]
[You have much to learn... but there's one very important lesson to be told as well, another medical saying in fact.]
"...Uh-huh?"
['Physician, heal thyself'.] She would nod decisively as Jasmine hand was being buried into a gauze mitten.
Jasmine pondered... it was the same message Alison had as well... that she couldn't fix patients while she wasn't well herself... that she had to fix herself and her own problems before others...
"...I think that's a hard one to address... Maybe even harder than any other instruction I've received..." She considered, watching further as gauze wound round her legs now.
"I've got a lot of things to address... and... I really sometimes don't stop and think... just how much there is... the things I've messed up... the things I still need to fix... I still need to return to Beginner's Island to face Spiritomb again... there's a lot of unfinished baggage with me..."
Nightingale only smiled, her tiny hat patting jasmine's shoulder. [You have us to help... and whatever you need to do... we'll help.]
[But you need to learn to be more careful... getting stronger doesn't mean putting yourself in danger, it means, learning how to get others out of it!]
Jasmine smiled back. "...I guess that works well enough..."
[Good.... good...]
"...BUT, I do have a question?" She spoke up, waiting a moment, "...Why am I being mummified here?"
[Oh, that's easy!] Nightingale chuckled, as now, Jasmine's healthy arm, her legs, her hips, her shoulder, and almost all of her head was wrapped in gauze! [Lindbergh needed practise!]
The culprit sprung, giggling as a roll of bandgaes wa strung to her tail, dashing atop Jasmine and pulling more of the material as she went!
[She's gottta learn hwo to be a nurse sometime if she wants to earn that cap!] She nodded affirmatively. [...]
[That, and it seemed the easiest way to make sure you stayed in bed during the night.]
"Wha, but hold on, you ca- MMMPH!" A set of cotton and bandaging went into her mouth, right before Lindbergh rolled round once, twice, three times, and she looked back and forth between them, trying to squirm in her bonds, but completely immobile, the thickly gauzed body on display now, unable to even yell to boot!
"Mmmmmph.... mmmm..."
Nightingale just giggled and waved as Jasmine's eyes began to close. [Just take care and rest... we'll handle it all from here for now..]
And with a last roll fo gauze, Jasmine's eye was covered...
Alison would sure have a surprise in the morning when she went into that room to see the girl, not unless they got up early enough to unravel her before Alison showed in!
[Sleep tight Jasmine~]
Lindbergh would only stop aside Nightingale there, looking up eagerly, bandages still trailing from her tail. [How was that?]
[Perfect!] Nightingale giggled. [Now we just need a little more work....]
As everyone would settle for the night, like it or not...
PostPosted: Sat Jun 30, 2012 5:29 am
(5/5) It would be closer to midnight when she would have the break through ....when she would see a way past the sickness ....though it wasn't a cure it was the start of one.
She would smile as she manages to condense it into a tablet, a pill, but how long would it work. What would be the effects, no she got that much. It would stop the disease in the creature and keep it from spreading further, but it doesn't kill the virus only repress it.
That makes a bit differences as she would yawn.
It would work for those two ....but that last one ...the lickatung ...she wasn't so sure it would work.
She groan at that thought herself.
For the night, lights would go off ...as the woman would sleep almost to Noon the next day. She would wake herself with a start and yawn loudly....as she looked at the clock.
Oh hell, she had made a mistake, but, she was sure Jasmine could have made use of those last few hours of rest as she gather the pokemon food in their dish. As she looks back over at her own pokemon ....as the Porygon brought food for the girl.
IT was time she got moving towards the tournament grounds, and it was time to see how well she fared with her command of no moving.
The woman thought to herself as she went into the room where they should be resting.
((Aaaaand, I was absolutely exhausted yesterday <_< *Looks at post* Oi, that didn't turn out how I wanted...))
It was the dead of night, but it was unlikely that everyone was asleep, especially not with Joy working on a cure, and especially not with Jasmine there, and certainly not one of her team.
Jasmine struggled there, wrapped up as heavily as Lindbergh had ensured and Nightingale had supervised, but finally, finally, there was a little glimmer... and she pulled, and in a gauze mitten she yanked away the bandages covering the good side of her face, gasping out loud as she let her arm fall back and she tooka few grateful breaths...
"Gotta hand it to her... Lindbergh should learn Wrap attack at this rate..."
She calmed herself, breathing easier as she saw the rest of the room, wrapped in shadows, everyone was asleep, Nightingale and Lindbergh were curled at the foot of her bed, and Ironclaw seated and nestled by the bed's side, but it was not all dark.
There was a crackling fire there against the far wall... and as Jasmine looked there, she saw a shadow.
An Arcanine shadow.
"Burnout?" She spoke out loud so suddenly, as the shadow turned, but would not reveal itself.
[You should be resting.] Came the former Arcanine's voice.
"I... well... it's hard to rest when you've been doing nothing but resting the whole day through..." She still stared at the shadow, wondering what she was looking at, before finally she couldn't contain the thoughts long enough, "Burnout... you're... you again?"
The shadow stayed still. [At night, I remember myself.]
[But it is but a mere illusion, a little trick to indulge myself in... When morning comes... or if but a single light opens, it will break, and I will be nought but the flickering flame inside a lantern once again.]
"..." Jasmine watched on, the massive form, she remembered it, bearing down upon Raven and herself... the scars, the fury that was Burnout.
[...I think, in these nights... it's the scars that I miss the most.]
[There are many memories attached to them... attached to the Jasmine before yourself... and the Skarmory that she had also.]
Jasmine sat there, remembering the talk on the island... the 'other' Jasmine... so many comparisons made to her... "I never got to meet her... Jasmine. Your Jasmine I mean... What was she like?"
[Impetuous. Self-Righteous. A busy body who stuck her nose wherever and whenever it did not belong.]
[...I sometimes forget when I look at you... that you and she are seperate... but then, perhaps my forgetting you are not her is what has lead us to situations such as this.]
Jasmine thought as she watched him, the head of the Arcanine shadow shook, then closed her eye, "It's not your fault... it's mine, Burnout... we both know that..."
[But you are my charge.] He turned the shadow, and two burning embers lit like dying coals, watching her sadly. [And it is time we talked earnestly, now we have the chance to do so.]
[When you caught me... when I burnt you... and left you as you are today, Cheza spoke with me, as did Solo.]
[And they bequeathed me a task, a simple one, if I ever wished the redemption and freedom I so long wished, that I never found since leaving my original trainer, Victor.]
[You may be the trainer... but I am to mentor you.]
"Mentor me?"
[...Do you have any objections to this?]
"...None in particular." Jasmine spoke after careful consideration.
[Until now... I found little chance to imagine how I would begin training you so, but now, I have the capability to do so... and I will not allow doldrum and distraction to make me a hive mind any further.]
[When you went to take the Murkrow, I did not speak up, I did not even reach out to stop you... perhaps because I thought you were my Jasmine, perhaps because I just fell in line...]
[But Ironclaw made a point, that you have ourselves, that when you did so, we should have stopped you, we should have thrown the line ourselves.]
Jasmine stared onward, and waited a moment. "...So, you'll teach me... how?"
[Do not concern yourself with this...Your lessons will begin in earnest soon, when you are well.] He declared. [Your Professor has spoken, that you are not to move from that bed, I may mentor you, but I do not outrank Alison.]
[You must first concentrate on healing. Then, only then, will we begin.]
[And you may well wish for that bed again after I do so.]
He turned away, and the fire lit further, warming the room onward... [For now, sleep, rest while you can.]
[You'll need it.]
Jasmine was quiet for a moment, but finally, closed her eye over again, a half smile there. "Good night, Burnout..."
And he would only wait, until she was asleep, before speaking himself. [Good night, my Jasmine.]
Jasmine looked up as the door opened, and Joy would see her there in bed, as she blinked, "Good morning, Professor?"
She was still in bed, still propped up by so many pillows, Nightingale had once again tamed her hair, and by her bedside, where her cloak and necklace sat, now a second set of material lay.
But luckily, all the bandages were gone, apart from of course the ones necessary, Alison sleeping in meant she had luckily missed the sight of Jasmine being mummified, but instead now, Lindbergh in her new nurse cap was using Jasmine's leg as a medical test, still trying to perfect her bandaging.
Jasmine just sat on display, her stockings and skirt replaced, a small braid in her hair tied down into a pony tail, and scribbles now all over her cast, varying from pawprints of her team, to pictures and strange semi-english messages of 'g3t w3uu 500n'.
All in all, she looked far healthier than the day previous!
"I think that's just about right?" She offered to the Gligar.
[Needs to be a little less loose on the turn however...] Nightingale would speak up, still tidying the room as she'd close another drawer and turn, bowing to the Joy and Porygon there. [Good afternoon, rather.]
[I changed Jasmine's bandages and her IV, she's been kept in bed as you've asked, marm.]
No comment passed from Ironclaw, too busy preening through her feathers, sharpening each with her beak as she did so.
And neither did comment come from the Lampent who hung in place of a lightbulb, seemingly sleeping quietly on the roof.
But Jasmine looked from Nightingale, back to Joy. "Is everything okay?"
((xD Saw you were replying halfway through my writing this, had to add in this bit now, lol))
The woman would yawn slightly.
"Yes and no, i haven't find a cure for the virus as of yet, but I might have found a type suppressor for the virus." "I want to test it out, but ...." and she would yawn widely again," I need to take it out on a trial bases."
"I think you are healed up enough that you can be let out of some of those constraints now." "You shoulder should be at about 80%, so no jarring it ...but it came come out of the cast."
"I have to give the Doc credit on that invention of his, make field medic work a lot easier."
She would yawn again.
"Anyway, I am sending you to the tournament a bit earlier due to this." "I want you to gather your things and head out ...once ready. I will escort you to the starting point."
She would yawn again.
"Oh before I forget ....I tried the suppressor on those two you brought in the Rhyhorn and the Lickitung, you may take them with you if you wish, but you will need to keep them on the suppressor."
"Though, that is a choice that is completely up to you ....I might want to add."
The woman would stick in the door way then as she waited for an answer.
Jasmine was a little conflicted at first, her shoulder certainly don't hurt as much, not even with Lindbergh hanging off the outstretched arm, but she had attributed it to the rigidity of the cast itself.
Truth be told, it was a little nerve wracking to have an injury that serious disregarded in a day, but more than anything, it meant she was free of casts, she wasnt going to have to wander the tournament grounds looking like an embarrassment...
And the Rhyhorn and Lickitung... This meant she had a chance to train them.
Jasmine nodded once, firmly.
"Okay... Can you please give me a little time to gather myself?"
"I'm pretty sure my assistants can help me remind the cast safely for one thing."
"Is there anything else I should know, about the medication, or Aether?" she pressed on the ghost type of course, as she was already shuffling, inching her way into a seated position with that cast, turning until she left her legs dangling over the bed's edge whilst listening and watching for Alison, the others moving with a sudden vigor to the offered food!
