 Devi shrugged, "Hopefully I'll be here next year." She told him with a smile, completely relaxed as she watched him. She shrugged, "Only if you want one...
they're not necessarily required for a fight." She pointed out as she rang her fingers through her hair, pulling her hand back with a hair-tie around her wrist.

"No...I must prove my training is working," he told her. He then took a firm stance. His scythe being held by two hands as he stood and looked at her with a fiery passion in his eyes. "Here....I...GO!" he shouted as he dashed forward with his scythe high at hand ready to slice her.

Devi nodded, watching him as he ran towards her, she sidestepped the blade reappearing behind him, her small arm stretched across his back, pushing him forward with surprising force, using his own motion against him to push him forward before stepping back, so they were a safe distance away again. "Prove
to who? All that matters is that you're getting stronger right? If you're training you
will surely grow stronger..." She shrugged.

He back fliped in the air and then threw a azure flame at her. "I must prove my existence to my father!"He shouted. Demon magic: Azure Circle!" he said as he threw more around her in a circle.

Devi frowned, "And your existence lays in your power?" She asked him, jumping from spot to spot as he threw fire at her, seemingly unphased. "Who are you
living your life for?" She asked, suddenly behind him again. His magic had power, the power of emotions, yet it was unfocused. Magic reflects the heart...
She thought to herself.

Yami spoke in his mind."I think it's time you let me help you." he said with an evil grin in his mind. He nods at the thought as he threw his mutated arm around to hit her. He then grabbed her with the mutated arm. He then expanded his big arm to squeeze her. "I will prove my exsistance to my father! Godslayer magic:Yami death finger." The hand glowed and tied to burn her through her clothes."

Devi watched him, noticing his visible change. "Seems you have an interesting
spark to you, huh?" She asked as he grabbed her, "Guess I should stop playing
cat and mouse then..." She observed as suddenly bench flew up and slammed down on his arm hard, forcing him to let go as she jumped back. "I really don't
want to hurt you..." She sighed, "but seems you've been ingrained too deep..." She observed.

A maniacal laugh came to him as he pulled back from her attack. "Yes....Yes! Fight me Devi! Fight me till your last breath!"he said as he opened his hand and aimed at her. "Shinigami Slayer magic: Zetsubo Cannon!" he exclaimed as he shot a giant black fireball at her.

Devi frowned, what was going on with him, she understood getting into the battle, but it was like he was a completely different person. She waved her hand, thr ground seeming to stretch up to block the attack before sinking back down, below him the solid ground below started moving like waves under his feet while leaves from nearby trees shot at him like torpedoes, thin and the edges sharper than they should be as they flew at him, cutting everywhere they hit, some minor and some deep. Devi glanced at Selena briefly, dodging another attack before sliding behind him, giving herself a brief moment out of his attack range. "After
I'm done here." She told her, her eyes never leaving Shini as she, rolled away from another attack.

Selena smiled "This looks fun" she said. She stepped in front of Devi "Just let me try once" she asked with a pleading look. Without waiting for an answer "Music Magic: Sonic Blast" Magic surged from her hands and crashed into him.

He jumped away from Selena's blast and then punched her in the face with intense speeds. His eyes grew into a dark, pitch black color and showed that he had no pupils. "Get the hell out of this fight!" he said to her as he sent her flying away. He then looked at Devi."Now for you!" he shouted as he charged at her with his scythe held up high with dark aura surrounding its blade. "Shinigami scythe magic biggrin ark roar slash!" he exclaimed as he slammed at her making the aura hit her.

Selena flew backward. She hit the wall with a thud. She touched the spot where he had punched her. It stung. Now she was mad "You're gonna get it now. Hell Magic: Demon Swarm!" Dark magic flew at him and knocked him down. She used her speed to get to his side "Demon Magic: Devil's Fury!" she threw dark burning balls of strong flame at him" ( I don't know his name what is it?)

He ate the dark flames and his magic rose. Shinigami let out a monsterous roar. "Thanks for the meal!" he shouted at her as shinigami slammed her into the wall and made it impossible for her to move.
