Spottedteddybears Robayn SettingCharactersAntecedent ActionThis is the entry to our room, not the ball. the Queen is having a ball at the castle! Every noble in the kingdom is invited to celebrate the Boy King's nameday, and they are encouraged to bring their own courts. The more the merrier!ConflictThe Prince of Thieves arrives and is not content with admiring the upholstery. He overhears the Bard singing a ludicrous song about how the only thing that can't be stolen, even by the Prince of Thieves, is the Queen's heart.... so he steals it.Rising Action With the loss of her heart, the Queen is acting very strange! The Knight is going crazy because whoever has the heart controls him, and whoever controls him and the Queen controls all the knights and soldiers! Co-hosts and hosts are to be especially dramatic and over react about everything in order to drive the guests into chaos as well. Interact, interact, interact. Drag people along with you while looking for the heart, or use them to hide from others, depending on if you're on the Court or Thief side. If they call you out then promise revenge and then run away, grabbing onto someone else.
the Prince decides that the heart is too dangerous to carry around so, while the Bard is not looking, he puts it into the singer's lute. Basiwolff can then decide what to do with it.
the Prince and Tatiana have a big argument because she thinks they should have kept the heart, but he likes to see the castle in chaos. She storms off (and maybe finds a love interest)
the Prince disappears I will be using this time to cameo in other rooms...
The heart changes from hand to hand, despite the attempts of the court to regain it. The co-hosts MUST demonstrate the power that the heart has over the Queen and the Knight by making them do something crazy and, that way, give the guests the ideas to make them do crazy things themselves. Something like making the Knight cluck like a chicken or act like a dog and telling the Queen to dance on the tables.
If any of the guests make an inappropriate request (like telling the Queen to strip naked or make out with someone, or the Knight) then the Prince will appear to steal the heart away from them (because they are abusing it) and pass it to someone else.
[MUST NEEDS FILL IN MORE RISING ACTION]
Climax The Little King finds the heart in his possession, and instead of telling his mother and the Knight to obey him (like everyone else) he makes a heart felt plea for everything to go back to the way it was before because he's scared and he misses his mother.
Because of the "selfless" act the heart is magically returned to the Queen and everything goes back to normal... relatively.Falling ActionWill be to clean up after the chaos, addressing it however is most appropriate for the characters. It could be interacting individually with the guests, with one another, or RPing out literal cleaning.
Maybe this is where the Bard and the Queen have mushy-stuff time. This is what we have so far, but I'm sure I've forgotten something. Everyone should contribute to this: more rising action, specific events to trigger others, ideas for the antecedent action and leading up to the Prince stealing the heart, and to the falling action. don't get caught up discussing one thing over and over. We need to flesh out all the bits. :3 Okie dokes! (mushy-stuff time? XD) I was thinking we have a thread with the official plot timeline, but we have to many thread! Thread clean-out! EDIT- I tried, but it was too hard... They're all important!

Any input? Anyone?
This is the time that you get to put your ideas in so that when the final draft of plot is written you can't say you didn't get to put your ideas in!

Robayn Any input? Anyone? This is the time that you get to put your ideas in so that when the final draft of plot is written you can't say you didn't get to put your ideas in! I want a kitten. (In the plot...) So another rule is you can't make me hurt my kitten. ^^ Seriously. And I also want to crossover into other rooms. I think maybe I either lost my kitten (Well, not a very nice excuse... Mebbe?) and went searching for it, or because I was wandering away from chaos and got sucked into a time portal? I don't know, I'll let the main plot or you guys control this... And when I'm gone, the Knight will, of course, have to harness all heart's control. It'll be funny to basically see the Knight's brain go into overload. Maybe then is the time for me to return and the King gets the heart and make a heart-felt speech... I think I'll leave in the midst of the chaos (Day 2's afternoon?) so people still have time to make the queen wacko... I want a tiny bit of excitement in the beginning. I hate how nothing happens in the first day because we're all waiting for the guests... I don't know, I'll leave this up to you. I think that's it. ^^

I think it will be more difficult (and less entertaining) to demonstrate the power of the Queen's heart without the Queen present. It may be difficult to demonstrate this adequately with the time constraints (due to the 2 days we have for plot and the schedules of our co-hosts) so if the Queen disappeared it would be even harder. That' just my initial thought, though. My mind isn't set in stone and I'm not saying you're 'not allowed', lol.

Robayn I have been known to come up with colourful euphemisms.. Colourful euphemisms are a great strength of mine, as well.
Now, on to business!
Antecedent Action I think we need more to highlight the dream state, but I have no idea how.
ConflictRobayn The Prince of Thieves arrives and is not content with admiring the upholstery. He overhears the Bard singing a ludicrous song about how the only thing that can't be stolen, even by the Prince of Thieves, is the Queen's heart.... so he steals it. Yay! I'm important! I'll get on writing that song... Perhaps he could sing it specifically for the unamused Prince, who then thinks he's been identified and the Bard is teasing him. Really he's just singing about the chastity of the beloved queen, and how much it sucks to be him because she's so chaste. The boy king could overhear it and have a classically childish reaction to the bawdy insinuations. Or a classically puerile one to the mushy love stuff. (both are "blech!" which I think would be hilarious coming from royalty. Someone could chastise him for acting unroyally.) Which brand of heart-song shall I write? Bawdy "Sucks-that-the-queen-be-not-a-strumpet" or sweet "Oh-purity-of-love-and-the-queen"?
Rising Action I'm important again!
- It's discovered when the Bard tries to lift the queen's melancholy with a song and it splats out of his lute. (wait... is it a legitimate heart, or one of the crown jewels or what?)
- The knight recognizes it and accidentally blurts out what it does?
- The Bard WANTS that heart... with all of his own! In brief times he holds it and knows about it, he tries to make the queen listen while he confesses... but gets intercepted each time? (Queen is on her way over to him, someone else grabs it and makes her throw the suckling pig at the guests while the Knight juggles the apples from each end.) He plays it cool when he's caught, of course.
- Maybe a duel with the Prince? Is the quill truly mightier than the sword? The Bard could use the heart to make the Knight champion for him. Or simply show off his magnificently muscular... wrist. That would be an amusing exchange. Robayn If any of the guests make an inappropriate request (like telling the Queen to strip naked or make out with someone, or the Knight) then the Prince will appear to steal the heart away from them (because they are abusing it) and pass it to someone else. Genius. Can someone have her flash her ankles, though? Just for those who are paying attention and well-schooled?
Climax Sorry, nothing to say about this. Everyone jumps for the flying organ? Or it's a solemn moment of strange RP beauty?
Falling Action The Bard can be dumbstruck that she would have listened whether he used her remote or not. And discreetly clean up all the random graffiti he left around the castle making fun of various dukes and earls and dukes-of-earls.
- Someone gets splashed with mop water? - Another suckling pig is presented for the feasting and the knight cannot shake the feeling that he might have reached into the nether regions of just such a meal? (Do they remember what they did while controlled?) - The Prince is put in the stocks next to his friend (wasn't that who his happy ever after is with?) who has a hairpin and is double-jointed (and therefore can get the locks open) so they return to the feast? - The thieves turn out to be fantastic fools and actors?
