Marosa aimed quickly, biting his lip as he tried very hard to hit the thing with his gun. His wings fluttered out ever so slightly as he balanced and aimed, firing off his gun and hoping it was accurate.
It missed by a mile.
Marosa dropped again, now getting agitated. Just how far would his bad luck run? He'd missed again, really?
He turned and stared at the cannon with narrowed eyes, wings stiff. He wanted to try again. Right away.
He was deciding if that was a good idea.

Watching the gnome reunite with his friend was... not satisfying in the least to the half beast but Bul had no reason to egg the little guy on further. He certainly didn't want to deal with a grumpy patchwork either, especially with Christof making goo-goo eyes.
Instead he turned to the cannon with bright eyes. All the BOOMS and launching of flying objects was happening here wasn't it? It must've explained the flying gnome that passed Jericho's booth too.
Eager to try the game next Bul yanked up a gun, subconsciously checking to see if it were the gun he'd done so well with against Jericho in paintball, then proceeded to wail out-
PULL!

Aiming carefully as the cannon was launched, Bul fired at the creature stuffie but missed completely.

One thing was for sure, Bul had NOT picked out the lucky gun like he had in fitness. "Thanks there, Christof!" he said before setting the gun down and wandering off from the campaign booth. In search of more chocolate coins.

At this point, Bea was getting used to the sound of the cannon. After watching a couple of other students trying it out, perhaps it'd be fun to give it a go herself. She watched the students carefully when they aimed at the plushie soaring through the air.
Ohhhh! Out of excitement, Bea took one of the paintball guns from the cart and yelled
PULL!

Marosa was bound and determined to shoot that stupid plushie. He was stubborn, and he was a little bit miffed that he kept missing it. He waited until the pretty ghoul had told the patchwork to fire, and then waited a moment for her to hit it. He then took the same gun he'd had, and glanced to Christof with a determined stare.
"PULL!"

She was so soft and smelled so wonderfully of chemicals and preservatives, there was hardly a touch of gangrene. Christof's heart was fluttering, even if he hadn't realized just where that third hand had drifted. BOOM!

The patchwork boil pulled the string, and there goes the cannon cat plush toy flying in the air. Bea's heart was beating so fast from the adrenaline, she could hardly hold up her paintball gun!
Pop!
Bea shoots and missed it, just barely. Bea's grin quickly turned to a angry frown which just as fast, turned to a pout.

Cady had lost her deputy. She thought she'd spotted him somewhere near Ash's booth (the artist formerly known as DJ table), but her furtive search was rewarded only with dead rodents. Popping it in her mouth like candy, she swallowed it cheerfully while continuing to search the crowds. THERE! She spotted a flash of purple, and shoved past random passerby to reveal... A very purple booth. Drat. Just as she was about to turn away though, the reverberating boom of a cannon sounded, sending a winged cat plushie sailing through the air. A cat, from a cannon. Huh. Cannon cats. She almost didn't notice the impressively hunched and bulbous figure wielding said weaponry. He looked a little like- no, no. He was bigger, definitely. And with longer hair. Almost, like. Like a mane. Some part of Cady's brain felt this distinction was important, and stowed it away for later. She was distracted from this line of thinking by gunshots. It seemed like people were shooting at the cats, with limited success. Cady picked up a gun from the table, holding it near her hip in a fast-draw pose. She hoped she was allowed to eat one if she managed to shoot it out of the air. She'd have to ask the not-Christof. She wondered why he'd never told her about his cousin. Hmm, maybe more like brother. Yes, the resemblance was somewhat striking. And so Cady stepped up to bat, gun cocked in her right hand. Following the other's lead, she shouted in a trumpeting voice, POOL!Well, it was close, anyway.

Close enough that the cannon went off- Christof was so distracted he not only did not register Cady's pronunciation, but also intently ignored the sudden itching at his right hand. Master Barth was trying to summon him? But... but... but he was busy! BOOM!

Marosa AIMED and FIRED. He was already pretty upset, but missing the last few times? He felt like he was losing his edge. He just barely missed the plushie, grazing it's side, but it didn't explode or anything. It was apparent that Marosa was getting more agitated by the moment, each time he kept missing. He wasn't normally like this, but the damn thing just kept avoiding his gun somehow. He reached up and started to straighten his hair, setting the gun down. Yep, Marosa was agitated; he was now combing his hair with his fingers.

The cannon fired. The cat flew majestically through the air. And Cady prepared to make cannon cat history as she aimed from the hip, one hand held out to steady herself.  BANG.As the smoke cleared, it became evident that the ghoul had missed. Horribly. She ducked as the shot ricocheted off the side of the cannon and zipped dangerously close to the booth. Fortunately, a toy was there to take the hit. Cady twirled the gun around her finger, fumbled to keep from dropping it, and set it on the table. "I meant to hit it all along. It was like, you know, a trick shot." Riiiight.
