Shino Tenpi  -------------------------------------------------------Age: 17 Nationality: Japan Level: 1 Main Style: Absolute Zero -------------------------------------------------------Shino walked into the libary and returned his book and walked around till he spotted a weapon style he was interested in learning, he grabbed the book and walked up to the counter and place the book down on the counter "...I'd like to check this one out..." the librarian took his school I.D and scanned it after scanning the book to confirm his check out and smiled at him as the transaction was complete "..." Shino just nodded slightly at her and walked out after getting the book and I.D back. ------------------------------------------------------- --"No trait is more justified than revenge in the right time and place."--

Li finally decided on starting with the first stage book of his main style, the 4 winds. He could hardly contain his excitement while he checked the book out and quickly left the library to start training. This was perhaps the first book he ever actually wanted to read.

Entering the library the first order of business Jack attended to was returning the book he had already checked it out. He wasn't necessarily done with it, but for now he learned all he could from it without going past the level limits. Now he was searching for a martial arts style book that would help him increase his overall mobility and acrobatics. So after he returned the book, he scanned the bookshelves until he found himself a book that caught his interest, the Art of Caperioa. So taking it to the table he sat down and started reading.

Darion walked in behind Jack and followed him around until he found his book of choice, once he did he would follow Jack to the table and sit across from him."You know another way to level up is to win fights...If we fight other people we can level up faster and learn more." Darion whispered as he looked around the library before he continued."The trick is finding who to fight, So far i can already rule out a few people...Marcus otherwise known as Fenrir...I'm pretty sure I can take Emma on now, but just to be safe I should learn a couple more moves... Come to think of it, I think I've only fought Emma..." Darion said as he leaned back on the chair balancing it on the two back legs.

Averting his gaze from the words, Jack focused his attention on Darion. Fighting to level up? While he did enjoy fighting every once in awhile, he really only fought seriously when any sort of injustice was occuring. If that condition wasn't met, Jack would have rather avoid combat all together if it was possible. Speaking in a whisper, since it was a library, Jack said, "I fight when I need to, and would rather not level up using that method....", Jack thought about it for second, a realization coming to mind, "But then again....I would rather not go through one of Gunner's tests if I could help it either....". Jack sighed, "I guess I will be opportunistic..I don't like fighting others just for the sake of testing strength..and I would rather not go through any life threatening escapades...but since I don't have much of a choice, I'll take either".

Darion sighed at Jack's unwillingness to do either of the methods."Well if you're so unwilling to fight I guess..." Darion though about it for a moment, when Darion first met Jack, Jack said he was waiting for somebody."Hey if you don't mind me asking, who was the guy you we're waiting for when we first met, and what was his level?" He whispered in curiosity.

Thinking about it, Jack said, "Hmm..I think his name was Matt. Nice guy, you'd like him". He leaned back into his chair, "His level was 1 I believe..don't think you would get much benefit out of beating the snot out a newbie huh"? Jack picked up his book again and started flipping through the pages.

Darion crossed his legs and thought about it."No not him alone but maybe two of them I could handle..." He said as he looked at Jack's book."You almost done?If not can we do this someplace that doesn't have the smell of old books...Mainly food...I'm having a munchies day today...Not sure why.." Darion said as he looked at the walls covered with books.The smell of ink and paper always bugged him.

Reading the book, Jack scanned the contents of the text absorbing its information. He heard Darion though, and responded with, "I already had something to eat, so I will be heading to the track field. Your free to head the cafeteria if you wish...I will be at the field if you need me". Closing the book, Jack stood up and walked towards the librarians desk, checking out the book he was just reading. Putting it in his pack, Jack headed out the door towards another fine day of training.

Only through howls of lust and fury
While Fenrir walked with Athena to the library he trained the last and most simplest skill in the general skills good, the Strike Raid. The idea was pretty simple. First he practiced channeling his Ki into his dagger. This was a pretty simple exercise, one he'd mastered since learning the dull edge technique from previous general skills.
After his ki was perfectly resonating with his blade, Fenrir felt a string of control with it. It was like he was physically connected to his weapon. He decided to test that connection. With a simple toss Fenrir threw the dagger away and then tried to pull it back with is Ki.
The first try was a little flimsy but it came back to him. This success was soon multiplied with further practice. In no time flat Fenrir could toss the blade away and have it return to his hand like a boomerang. It reminded him of that skill Emma used against him in their last fight, but a much simpler version.
In any case Fenrir had mastered the general skills book. He turned it in to the librarian and picked up the first stage of Capoeira this time. It was a style he'd been meaning to master, and with Athena wanting to head to the beach this was the perfect opportunity for him to start learning.

Maxine Collins Max finally found the library, after what seemed like hours. She had to run back to the room to pick up a notebook and pencil so she could take notes, but they she had completely forgotten that she didn't know where the library was. She had spent a good half a hour trying to get some clue as where the library ways. Another half an hour after getting her clue and here she was. Her eyes widen at the sight of all the books. Now the hard part was trying to find the ones that she needed. Thankfully Max wasn't in any rush. Level: 1

Maxine Collins Max was so confused at the moment. She just could not find the section for the books that she needed. It didn't help that she would get distracted with the other books that she could come across, which she could look through then temporarily forget why she was in the library in the first place. She was so deep in the library so trying her way out to ask for help would just be a waste of time. "Why didn't I just use one of the computers," she whine softly. Max found herself walking through another aisle of book, when something caught her on one of the selves. A huge grin spread across her have when she took a closer look at the book that caught her eye. "Hello there, Mr. Medical Book. I've been looking for you everywhere," she muttered as she pulled out the book from the self. Thankfully the book was at eye level with her. If the book had been any higher then Max, wouldn't have been able to find it and/or reach it. The hugged the book to her chest, feeling a giddy that she had made progress in her quest. "Now to collect some more of your friend." Level: 1

Maxine Collins Max managed to find two more medical book and spent twenty minutes trying to find the front desk. Once she found it, Max rented out the books then walked out of the library. ((exit)) Level: 1
