Omega - Danger Room - Advance and Vanquish. Pt. III
Still using the dumpster at his back for cover, Christian was able to fix the sights on the rifle he picked out with relative ease. It was a tough chore considering his head was swimming after getting blasted by a rather hefty energy shot from the Omega’s leader. But, he knew that was going to be the consequence of him saying something. That was the plan all along though, he knew even with a rifle that he was boned if the thing messed up, got jammed, or straight up shattered. Now, it was just the fight to work through the haze in his mind.
It was no small shock when Jacen appeared behind the same dumpster Christian was using for cover against the hail of gunfire. “What’s goin’ on, bro?,” Christian asked his former roomie when Jacen greeted him. Just like that though, Jacen jumped up from behind the cover, flipped the gun he was using around, and smashed one of the guards across the face with the gun’s butt. “Survival? I think you’ve got a good start on it.”
The moment Christian said that, he turned to his left, putting himself out in the open, and began to take aim at some of the encroaching guardsmen. The thing about the rifle he chose was that there was at least half a second between shots fired. Luckily for Christian he had been using a 30.06 for most of his formative years stomping around the Northwestern wilderness and he had loads of practice in using the aforementioned weapon. While he popped shots off intermittently into the waves of guards that seemed to be swarming in the streets, he heard a good portion of the chatter coming through on his communit. Roland had Lorelle with him and gave the offer of cover fire for the others at street level. Megan was trying to find a clear way around the fray. And he wasn’t quite sure, but Christian could have almost sworn he saw Maddy on top of one of the building’s roofs, taking out some of the opposition’s topside cover.
To his chagrin, Christian saw a door open to a building to his right. Without a second thought, he immediately ripped off an energy blast just above the doorframe, sending masonry and carpentry crashing down on the guardsmen’s heads. Not only that, the discharging of some of that damnable energy did well enough to clear the haze in his mind. Then, just like that, he ducked behind the dumpster yet again, this time because the intensity of the gunfire was picking up significantly. While he stayed ducked down, he slowly drew a breath in, held it, and exhaled even slower. In that moment, it seemed to him that time was slowing to a crawl. That’s when he figured it best to open with a volley of his own.
Rolling out to his left again, Christian dropped to a knee, sighted his next target and pulled the trigger. Just like that, he had plugged a guard in the chest from roughly fifty yards away. “Do what you gotta do, Jacen. I’ll cover your six,” Christian said while he pulled the bolt back and slammed it right back into position before aiming at the next target; a guard that got a nice slug right in the shoulder. In the split second it took for him to release and slam the bolt back into position again, he heard a shot from an extremely high caliber rifle. The noise startled him, but not as much as the massive hole that was created in the dumpster to his left.
“s**t!,” Christian yelled as he sprang forth from his crouching position and sprinted roughly ten feet to his right, using the freshly created pile of rubble for cover. Feeling a moment’s respite, Christian spoke deftly into his comm; “Building at the end of the road, where it ‘T’s off. There’s a sniper. I’ll try to handle it. Just keep me covered.” As he said that, he found himself putting his rifle straight into position to scour the building’s windows for an accurate count of the opposition. One on one, it’d be a challenge. Two on one, even more so. Three plus, well that’d be damn near impossible without having to reposition himself with each and every shot. While he sat prone behind the pile of concrete rubble, Christian visually scoured the building roughly two hundred and fifty yards down the road. That was the benefit of having hunted game since he was a young child; he had infinite patience, even in the middle of a firefight.

Name: Leonardo "Renaissance Man" Rossi Team: Alphas Location: At The Mall With Bella And Aurelie... And Then Everyone Else I’m Pretty Sure There’s A Song About This… As Bella stated that she only cared about his safety and not his rather rebellious actions, Leonardo eased. So it looked like he wasn’t going to have to give out his speech right now… but Scott or Emma would want an explanation, that’s for sure. Maybe he could use his speech then… if Emma didn’t give him a migraine beforehand. Leonardo smiled slightly as Bella joked about making the decision to kiss or kill the both of them… and at the moment, he felt that he deserved the latter… maybe. He knew that in his mind, he was completely justified… but he did break a few rules that would probably end in punishment. At least his leg hadn’t been gnawed off… yet. He watched with interest as Bella apparently traced a radio frequency or something to free the captive Aurelie and Aquaboy. It was amazing, to say the least. Was there anything Bella couldn’t do with her ability? He had seen her do so much… but was it only the tip of the iceberg? Curious Leo was taking over… Tactical Leo needed to set in. Shaking away his thoughts and storing them away for later, he followed Bella to the terminal room along with Aurelie and Aquaboy, keeping watch in the hallway.
Once Bella had set the transmitter, they were moving down the hallway again… back towards the main area. He nodded at her as she tossed him the shirt, uttering a small “Thanks” as he pulled it over his head. It fit well… perhaps a size too big, but it was good for now. “Perhaps it was better if I wasn’t shoeless either…” he muttered, looking down to a shoe rack that was beside the coat rack. He worked quickly, taking the shoes and fitting them to his feet rather uncomfortably since he didn’t have socks… and they too were a size too big. Lacing everything together tightly so they wouldn’t slide off, he caught back up with the group. Not that he wouldn’t be noticed anyways… you tend to remember someone you had beaten up only an hour ago. Sick bastards… the pain in Leo’s side was still there, but he was able to push through it. Bruised ribs were all it was; he could still fight.
Leo’s heartbeat raised a few levels as he could hear the screams and shouts emanating from the main area of the mall. Was it really that bad out there…? It was. People were running wild… families clutching their little children behind overturned chairs, fearfully looking towards the exits for an opening… a way out. Leo had the biggest need to tend to them first, but there seemed to be bigger fish to fry… especially the other enraged mutants. Leo started doing threat assessment right away, looking at the ones who were causing the most trouble. The electricity-based mutant wasn’t causing any sort of lethal damage… just defending itself. The spider chick was just menacing… but not about to kill people. When his attention was drawn to the strong man that Siren had saved some bystanders from, he knew that had to be the first target.
Again, Leo was impressed by Bella’s skill as she made a man seemingly drop cold with a single word. Now usually you only hear about things like that in rap or pop songs… but with mutants, sometimes that was a reality. Then she gave the orders to only use non-lethal force; Leo was used to that. SHIELD had taught him to be one of their best non-lethal weapons, so not killing people was something he was actually good at. Actually killing people and his skill in that area… was something he didn’t like to talk about. Bella’s last words echoed in Leo’s mind: ‘unless I give the order’. That in itself was spooky. Leo was completely ready though, if the order did come though… he hoped.
“Siren,” Leo turned to the Alpha leader, his tactical mindset in check and his voice combat-ready. “Big guy is the biggest threat right now. I suggest we take him out, then spider-woman over there. If the other humans see that we’re actually helping them… maybe we can calm them down.” It was only an idea, but in the heat of battle, you tend to trust people who help you, even if it’s in any small way.
Just as he was about to go towards Big Guy (that was his name now too… it was better to come up with names rather than descriptions), he heard gun shots. Immediately ducking for cover as instinct told him, he did a quick scan of the crowd in order to see who had the gun. As of yet, Leonardo had never met a mutant that was bulletproof. Spotting the man, Leonardo was getting ready to jump over to him with spider agility before he saw a dark… beam of some sort knock it out of his hands. Looking up, Leonardo saw a woman from the Academy (Bianca) clutching her arm… she had been grazed. Better than being actually shot, Leonardo thought as his attention turned towards the gun. Other people had already started to notice it and scramble towards it, but Leonardo got there first. Performing a mid-air cartwheel, Leo scooped up the gun before anyone else could get it. Tucking the small revolver into the pocket of his pants, Leo looked back at Bianca.
“Looks like the cavalry is here…” Leonardo said, hoping that Bella would catch what he said. Then suddenly there was an explosion from outside. “Jesus!” Leonardo muttered, looking behind him to see what had caused it. That was when he started to see the other Alphas through the big glass doors of the mall. Not having time to meet up with the other Alphas and explain the situation, Leo turned his attention back to Big Guy, who was threatening other patrons of the mall with a table, swinging it around like a baseball bat. Sprinting towards the man, Leonardo switched his power to ant strength again and jumped, rearing his fist back and slamming it into the back of the man’s head, stopping him from nearly killing a woman that was running past. Big Guy seemed stunned… but not out. He at least dropped the table. Turning around, the super-strong mutant picked up Leonardo by his armpits and threw him across the mall. Smashing into the McDonald’s and sliding into the kitchen, Leonardo managed to get himself up, coughing… the wind had been knocked out of him.
One thing was for sure though… this needed to end. Soon.
Emerging to the McDonald’s, Leonardo thought to himself, Well, that was a failed attack. He looked to Aurelie and Siren to see what they were doing and how he could support. Because frankly… he wasn’t doing well with the whole commando-going-alone thing.

Omega Ability: Psychic Laceration Location:Danger Room. He’d not given much thought to the model of gun in his hand; by feel alone, Dominik was sure it was handgun of some kind, which for this outing would more than suffice him. Idly, he flipped the object over in his hand, feeling every crevice and groove with his thumb, noting quietly that firearms still felt foreign to his touch; he’d not had much experience shooting one, but the precision which fell to using his mutation would likely help his aim a little.
Aren walked in just before the simulation began, the generally quiet Slovene sending a smirk his way as the walls around them melded, a vast and derelict city erecting itself in their place. ”It’s the leather.” He remarked sagely, watching Narcissa obliterate one of the holograms without reaction, save the joking lilt that ensnared his eyes. ”He probably has some kind of a fetish. Me? I’m not so fond of leather, whips or chains.”
He stood far enough away from the pair that ducking wasn’t required, though a moment later had to sway sideways to avoid another green beam of light. Right…probably not the time for banter, but he couldn't resist. Quickly, the Slovenian righted his gun and shot—once, twice; the first a miss, the second enough to turn the accosting hologram to dust. Score!
Dominik’s form rolled behind a wall as shots pelted the building, darting into sight again just quickly enough to send his abilities towards another hologram; those hits were more precise, at least…and while he hadn’t yet acquired the strength to cut through limbs entirely, a clean cut to the jugular would be aptly fatal.
Actually, the whole dust thing? Miles better than blood. Blood was messy, which equated to his power being called so as well. Call it an occupational hazard, or what have you, but the thought of what real missions would do to his uniform made the foreigner's eyes narrow. Ah, well--pushing the thought away, Dominik’s body again sank to the brick wall at his back, the movement made in enough time to just narrowlymiss another shot. Still, using the wall wouldn’t do him well for long—and just as Dom started to dart from it, movement caught the corner of his eye, only seconds before the crack of another shot usurped his full attention. ”*Kristus! To sranje boli!” He relinquished his native tongue in a terse growl, the statement geared more from shock than actual pain. Dom was prone to dealing with the latter well—he’d just not expected the ******** hit.
Alloting himself a moment to rub the marred portion of his arm, with eyes quietly scrutinizing his comm as his percentage fell a tad, Dominik set off in another direction. All too soon, he spied Kerrigan dangling from fire-escape. Despite her position, the red-head was doing remarkably well, shooting while another set of fire clipped the hologram in a window behind her.
Ever quick on his feet, the Slovenian darted into the building, breezing over a flight of stairs with eyes scanning the area to pinpoint where the hologram had been. When he hit the room, the thing was down, though another had just joined it there; Dom fell against the wall, firing shots at both of them…and managing, by the skin of his goddamn teeth, not get hit in the process. The Slovenian’s form edged itself carefully towards the window, the man risking a moment to snake his arm out of it. ”Need a hand, Knoxx?” He asked seriously, eyes darting hastily between the red-head and the room encompassing him, studying the latter with generous circumspection; his skills with a gun were somewhat lacking…so the absolute last thing he needed was to be caught unaware.
((*Christ! That s**t hurts. OOC: Blahh, if I missed anything or anything needs editing, lemme know. u.u))

Alpha - Garage | Mall - Break it up! There was a lot of standing around, waiting for something to happen, Raine crossing her arms across her chest. Some of them were talking about their abilities, others were postulating as to why they were called here in the first place. The brunette tossed her curls over her shoulder out of habit, hazel eyes moving over to the sound of a sports car as Varis pulled up. Tsukino offered her a wink as it was clear that she was being offered a ride with her fellow team mates. She offered a smile, not wanting to accept before she knew exactly what they were being called here for, but at the same time not wanting to be rude and keep them waiting. Thankfully, Rogue, Wolverine and Gambit entered the garage, calling for everyone's attention. Raine's expression changed to a blank slate, clearly giving her entire attention over to their superiors. The firefly was quick to pile into one of the vans with the promise that things would be explained en route, though she had to admit that her mind kept wanting to go to the worst case scenario. When their attention was called for once more, her eyes set up front, listening intently as Rogue explained to everyone about the riot and the fact that their leader was already there. If Siren said that the situation was out of control, then it had to be pretty bad, which was not exactly the situation that she wanted to be in. But this was the kind of thing she signed up for when she was moved to the Alphas, and at least this time they were really acting to protect the public, even if it was from themselves. As the vans continued on their way to the mall, Raine closed her eyes, taking a deep breath as she used the time to steady her nerves and make sure that she was not going to have a bad reaction when she found herself in the bad situation that she now knew was coming. --------------- Time Skip --------------- As prepared as she tried to be for any situation, Raine wasn't entirely prepared for the sight of the mall in such chaos. As the van parked, Raine nodded when they were instructed to always stay in a group - it was an instruction that she would certainly have no problem following. After all, she had no intention of doing something so stupid in a situation such as this, though she had an inkling of suspicion that someone would try it at some point. Her hand moved down to her bag, which was still slung over her shoulder. She would have discarded it, except she had no place to carry her comm on her considering her dress. Her hand dipped into the bag, fingertips sliding over the device to make sure that it was there before she nodded to Rogue to show that she understood. With that, it was time to get to work, the groups lowly starting to make their way across the street towards the chaos of the mall. Raine's steps were quick as some of their group moved to help others in the cars, helping them get out of the way of accidents or protecting them from some of the more violent rioters. The heat of the cars and some car fires that broke out at various places throughout the parking lot burned slightly, causing beads of sweat to break out across her forehead, hair blowing in the wind. A woman's screams caught her attention, Raine turning to see her crawling through a shattered windshield. " Here, let me help you," Raine called out over the noise of the parking lot, rushing forward as she offered her hand. The woman took it, the Alpha firefly helping her slide down the hood of the car and get some steady footing. With the amount of metal around in the cars and like, her powers would not be the best while they were outside. The last thing she wanted was to accidentally fry someone that she was trying to save, though whether someone could be electrocuted by lightning striking the outside of their car might have been a myth. Either way, it was not a chance she was willing to take at the moment. " MOMMY," she heard a small scream, turning to see a blonde toddler crying in the street. The screech of tired sent a lump into her chest, the brunette sprinting forward to grab ahold of the girl, throwing the both of them out of the way. She was quick to make sure that she landed on her back, the girl bouncing off her chest and stomach onto the ground below as a car slammed into the car that had previously been behind them. The girl's shrieks renewed, Raine grimacing as she got to her hands and knees, turning towards her. " Hey, it's ok! We'll find your mommy, ok? Just please….stop crying!" Her brown hair fell into her face as she reached out to pick the child up, only to hear a woman's scream from behind her. " Camille? You leave her alone," the woman yelled, Raine turning to see a woman with a large cut on her forehead throwing a punch in her direction. Raine was quick to duck out of the way, almost losing her footing as she spun out of the way from the woman's continually approaching form. The woman kept screaming that the little girl was her daughter, Camille blubbering as she rushed forward to clutch the woman's leg. " I'm sorry, I didn't-" Raine started to explain, an explosion from a car fire in the distance causing all three of them to jump. Rushing forwards, Raine wrapped an arm around the woman's shoulders as she clutched her young daughter to her, the girl's screams nearly deafening despite all the noise around them. She started to lead them towards the street they crossed that would lead to the parking lot, hoping that there would be someone there that could lead them the rest of the way to relative safety. No sooner did she give them a gentle shove towards the movie theatre parking lot that the sounds of men's shouting erupted to her right, several grown men engaging in some sort of brawl. All this, and they hadn't even made it inside yet. If this was the safe entrance, she hated to see the rest of them, but at least some of them were staring to make some headway in getting inside. This wasn't something she would be able to handle by herself, however. Growing a bit frustrated, Raine approached the fighting group, forming a ball of electricity in her palm that she quickly threw into their midst. It would be painful, but nowhere near deadly - ilke sticking your tongue to the end of a battery. " HEY! Break it up, and get out of here," Raine bellowed, forming another ball of lightning in her hand for intimidation factor as the three of them rounded on her. When they saw electricity glitter across her skin, they quickly took off running, Raine's hazel eyes traveling over the scene as she tried to make note of where the rest of their team was. The last thing she wanted was to straggle behind.

Codename: Tempest Ability: Aerokinesis Team: Alpha Location: Close to the mall Thinking: It's not a true riot unless someone throws a chair.
“I’m sure there will be time enough some day,” Lexi said to Alex, “But why would you want to dye your hair when it’s already pretty awesome?” She couldn’t help but to smile and laugh a bit when the blonde remarked in the extremely slight difference in their names. “I’ll make a deal with you. Just call me Lexi, and things will be brilliant.” If anything, it’d save the two of them plus all the other members of the Alphas some confusion. Besides, the only nickname she had really liked was ‘Lexi’; the last boy that called her ‘Alex’ got a swift kick in his netherregions and a broken nose.
“Wish I had an answer for you, Reg,” the purple-tressed girl said to Reggie when she heard her teammate’s sigh. Lexi didn’t like walking into a situation unaware or unprepared, which was part of the reason why she was so nervous. Seeing the people she’d been getting acquainted with throughout the day did something to slightly calm her, but seeing Rogue, Wolverine, and Gambit walking into the garage could only signal one thing. There was some major league business happening. The parameters were simple; under the guise of students on a field trip, they were to try and quell a riot. Or at least try to put up a good effort to start the cessation of said riot.
Secretly, Lexi wished she could just take to the skies, to avoid being cramped up inside a sardine can of a vehicle. But, if appearances were meant to be kept, then they were meant to be kept. She sat as far back in the van as humanly possible, hating every minute of it. Being cooped up, facing a rioting populous, and whatever the heck else could happen only made her expression grow sterner by the minute.
**
The moments following their arrival at the mall were a massive blur for Lexi. She was quite shell-shocked, for lack of a better term, when it came to what she saw. The rioting mass of humanity that just could not for the life of it cease at all. Between the explosion going off, the sounds of guns being fired and the random shouting and cursing of the people, Lexi had a slight problem trying to figure out what to do. That wouldn’t be an issue for much longer. Setting her comm to the proper frequency, Lexi set about doing whatever it was she could to help.
She was still within visual range of the group of Alphas, yet while she walked towards the Sears entrance, she was starting to get sucked into the edge of a small crowd. It freaked her out beyond all comparison, feeling fingers clawing at her skin, tugging at her hair. She almost had a finger poke her eye, which just sent her over the edge. Bringing her elbow up as swiftly as she could, she felt her limb crash into someone’s face. A few shoves from her got her out of the grasp of some of the other clawing hands, yet she still was not out of the woods at all. Lucky for her, being out in the open air like this made it extremely easy for Lexi to use her abilities. With a simple split second thought, she commanded a gentle breeze to wrap itself around her body, then propel her up into the air.
“Christ! Y’all need to just settle down!,” Lexi yelled at the crowd of rioters as she lifted herself higher and higher into the air. She was maybe ten feet from the ground when she started to concentrate a bit harder, trying to will a massive gust of galeforce wind in an effort to at least subdue these idiots. The moment she closed her eyes though to put her plan into effect, she felt something hit her hard in the shoulder.
“Ouch, what the…?,” she shouted as she felt another rock hit her hard in her stomach. That second shot she took was enough to completely break her mindset, sending the girl crashing hard to the concrete below. The landing wasn’t as bad as one would think, she’d taken many falls and tumbles with her background in both martial arts and gymnastics though it was unfortunate that concrete wasn’t too forgiving. Lexi was able to regain her bearings and pushed herself back up to her feet, a not so friendly scowl adorning her face.
Without warning, she finished what she was trying to do while she was airborne and sent forth a massive gust of wind, knocking a few people off of their feet. She knew that they needed to stop this riot, but these people were out of control. She had two rocks thrown at her for Christ sake. Letting herself get taken up in the air again, but not so high up as last time, she began to manipulate the currents of air around her in preparation for another massive blast of wind. The only thing on her mind was if someone was going to throw a rock at her again, she was going to kick them in the head.

Alpha - Garage // Mall Parking Lot - Taking on the Mob(s) The surprise was evident in Dimitri's reaction to her allowing him to hold her hand as they left the game room and made their way to the garage as instructed. He even laced their fingers together at one point, the brunette not reacting in either way. It was all a mystery with her, but she would let him think what he wanted for now. The pair broke apart once they were in the garage, piling into the vans with the rest of the Alphas as they went to move out to the mall. She ignored anything that didn't come from the mouth of a superior, though that didn't mean that she didn't hear everything that was said. If one thing could be said about Tara, it was that she was observant, and that skill had certainly saved her a** several times. But, those were war stories for a different day and a different situation. It seemed that it took longer than it should have for them to get going, though as they drove through the streets towards the mall, Rogue filled them in on everything that was going on. A riot sounded like something that would at least give them something to do, but she was glad to hear that their leader was already there, trying to take care of things until the rest of the calvary could make it. If she had known they were going into the heat of things, she would have changed into pants, but with her powers she had a feeling that wearing a dress would be the least of her worries. If push came to shove, it wouldn't matter what she was doing- Tara was good at the shock and awe method of getting people to exit an area. Eventually, they pulled up in an emptier parking lot across from the mall, the scene one of complete and utter chaos. Cars smashed into each other, people were running and screaming - it was worse than she would have imagined. But, she didn't have time to dwell too long on what exactly could cause such chaos. Instead, the Alphas were instructed to stay in groups and jump into action, primarily to break up the chaos and get people away from the scene before the cops got there. Some of them were quicker to leap into the fray than others, some electing to use their powers, while others tried to break up fights the old fashioned way. Tara was definitely not one of the latter. Dimitri asked if she was ready to go, Tara returning his grin with one of her own as she tucked a lose strand of hair behind her ears. She double-checked that her comm link was set to the appropriate channel moving forward as fights raged all around them. The cars crashing into each other were starting to get too thick, Tara deciding that she would be most useful clearing a direct path to the door for the rest of the team, as well as encouraging others around them to get out of the way before real harm befell them. Holding her hands forward, the asphalt beneath two crashed cars swelled between them, pushing out to either direction to separate the cars, slowly enough that anyone in the way would be able to move so long as they were paying enough attention. One man in particular let out a yell as he saw what she was doing, picking up a rock and throwing it at her, as others behind him threw rocks at Lexi as she took to the air. Brown eyes darted from the cars to the approaching rock, a twitch of her wrist sending it back towards him with double the force he threw it at her with. It hit him in the stomach, knocking him to the ground as he coughed violently. At the same time, Lexi released a gust of wind towards another group of rock-throwers, knocking them to the ground. " You better get your friends and get the hell out of here," Tara threatened, several rocks from the area lifting to the air and moving towards her menacingly as she stood in a ready position.

Aʆєxaηdra Ӎaʀiʆèηє Agηèȿ My hearts longs for some peace! ❃❂❁❀✿✾✽✼✻✺✹✸✷ ✶✵✴❄❅❆❇❈❉❊❋❖❤❥❦❧ ☀ She had heard Lexi's question about her hair. If the higher ups hadn't shown up, Alex would have given her an answer. It is because I am curious to see what my hair would be like dyed. Also, Alex remembered the next comment. One that had made her giggle softly to herself earlier. I think I could easily do that. However, the sensory adaptor knew this was no time for reminiscing.
Admittedly, Alex wasn't sure how she could help the others. Her eyes moved across the scene in front of her. Lexi and a brown haired girl(Tara) were being attacked by people throwing rocks. A black haired girl(Raine) had been breaking up a mob with her electricity. Another black haired girl(Bianca) had already made it inside the mall. Should I follow her? She looked over at Eli before starting to make her way through the chaos. A brief sound of an explosion made her turn her head.
The French girl could see a different black-haired girl(Reggie) coming back towards the rest of the group. A small bit of concern went through her as she walked over to the girl(Reggie). "You alright? That was quite an explosion." Alex had never seen a car blow up before! The closest she had seen to such things were in the movies Americans had made in their 'Hollywood'. I actually feel like I'm in one of those movies right now.
Her eyes darted around quickly to make sure none of the mob had moved towards them. Once doing so, Alex turned back towards the girl(Reggie). "Hope you don't mind the short introduction. But name's Alex, and I'm a sensory adaptor. Codename is Flairer. French word for ‘to Sense’." She bit her lip to calm herself down a bit. ══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇═Flintlock═⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══ Location: Garage, then to Mall Power: Molecular Mimicry Alright, some action! ══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇═Reggie Lambchild═⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══ ══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══⋇══ Reggie blinked at the girl standing front of her. Such an odd thing to do in the midst of all this turmoil. But Reggie just shrugged, she was game, "Hey Alex, my name's Reggie. And yeah, I'm fine. A bit of the shrapnel hit me in the back, but it's covered so I'm good." She realized that Alex probably had no clue what she was talking about. She cleared her throat, "Uh, covered with steel." She held up her arm, which remained metal, "Molecular mimicry. My codename is Flintlock." She chuckled, "No English translation."
She scowled and rubbed the back of her head when a rock hit her. She turned around and shouted, "Who the hell's throwing rocks?" She spotted a boy a little younger than her readying to throw another one. She glared at him and clapped her metal hands together, creating a booming, metallic ring. The boy paled and ran away, dropping his rocks. Reggie turned back to Alex with a smirk, "Excu....Excuse me, I don't appreciate being pelted by rocks." She had almost said, Excuse my French, but had stopped herself just in time. She hadn't known if that statement would go over well with the girl.
Reggie looked around, trying to decide which section of the chaos to attempt to tame first. She noticed a group of men fighting, but decided there were more important things. Like the charter bus blocking one of the doors to the mall. She examined closely, How in the world am I supposed to move that? She pointed to the bus, "You wouldn't happen to have some way to move that, would you? I tend to be strong when I'm steel, but not that strong." She tugged her earlobe in thought, "You know what, we'll just leave it there. As long as there isn't a fire near that exit, it'll be alright." Reggie looked towards the entrance to the mall, "Perhaps we should head inside?" She wasn't sure if it was such a great idea, but then, she wasn't sure about much right now. She knew she had to help, that much was certain.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Team ↠ AlphaxxLocation ↠ Riot! Eli watched everyone as they got into action. He was still frozen by the scene that stood before him. He felt hopeless, and looked it even more, standing there, not moving. Until a blunt pain spread across his left shoulder and knocked him forward.
Eli was on both knees, and one hand propped himself up as his other tried rubbing out the pain that slowly spread across his shoulder. He turned his head slightly and saw someone standing there, a wooden bat. Of course, it'd have been nice if it was a metal bat. But no, someone had to go the Louisville Slugger(c) route today.
Eli slowly got up not wanting to make any aggressive moves and have his attack charge him. They both locked eyes, the man's stare seemed like it could pierce anything. Eli's? Just like a hurt puppies.
Slowly sliding his hand into his pocket, Eli grabbed a three or four BB's. Only problem is, no legal force authorized, and Eli wasn't sure how he could slow someone down with just BB's.
"I'LL KILL YOU!" The man yelled. Eli's puppy dog gaze switched to confuse. What did he do to have this guy target him? Eli hadn't even used his powers yet, how could he know that Eli was a mutant? Or was he just so caught in his rage and the scene that he'd blindly attack anyone he chose?
Eli pointed his finger at the man, his hand in the shape of a gun, just as a child would on the playground while playing cops and robbers. Three BBs lined up along the top of his index finger.
The man let out a laugh; a large bald headed burly man with a baseball bat, standing in front of someone who wasn't even old enough to buy a six pack holding 'pretending' to have a gun. He hefted up the bat and charged Eli.
'No lethal force, no lethal force.' Eli thought, how to stop him? Eli aimed his hand down at the man's knee and fired them, making sure they were at a subsonic speed so they wouldn't break the sound barrier bringing more attention to him. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ In the blackest of blue, And if heaven and hell decide that they're both satisfied, then illuminate the No's on their vacancy sign. I am temperamental And I have imperfections And I am emotional I am unpredictable, I am naked I am vulnerable, I am a woman Code Name: Siren Team: Alpha Location: The Mall Ability: Sound Manipulation Singing: Nothing. Too upset, to sing. █║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║
“No kidding…”, Isabella replied quietly to Aurelie, her accent thick, showing her distraction. She was trying to take in the whole situation—The whole picture… There was so much anger, so much violence… Over one small brawl that was already handled and dealt with? Something had happened after she passed the guard line… Something, but she didn’t know what. Couldn’t postulate a guess… Her primary concern, would be to disable the mutants and humans hell bent on either hurting or killing the other.
“Ay dios mio…”, she murmured, more to herself than anyone else.
It was as if they had all degenerated into savages in the span of an hour. What Isabella didn’t know—What she, Aurelie, and Leonardo couldn’t have known… Was that life outside the Academy had grown exceedingly difficult for mutant kind. While the professors had tried not to shield them overly so…Just the difference between living under the expansive, well cared for roof of Professor X was a benefit that most mutants didn’t have.
Whether in their classes, or in their friends, they knew some form of tolerance—Their teachers treated them no differently at the Academy, or the nearby College. But since the elections were coming the politicians on both sides were still trying to curry favor… And for the moment, the human populace outnumbered mutants… And the hottest topic at the moment…Was indeed mutant-kind. The small fight between the bullies, mall security, Aurelie, Leo, and the Aquatic Mutant had been but the smallest of matches, taken to an overstuffed powder keg.
That… And a little meddling.
She moved, at first, ahead of her three companions by several feet—Unwilling to allow them to be ahead of her…Just incase something unfriendly got the jump on them. For the moment, she would know if something was coming up behind them it was quieter that way…But the mall was so loud…Filled with screaming, yelling, breaking glass, crying children, crying mothers—Frightened teenagers, eighty different songs blasting on overhead speakers in different stores… So much conversation, so many feet moving… It was giving the songstress a headache.
Normally she blocked things out, and only listened to what she needed to. Everything else became white noise…But in this situation, she couldn’t help but to everything…Take in every sound around them, for the entire span of the mall. It was delayed, by how long it took to bounce off of walls to get back to her… But she was aware of most things happening, all at once.
Aware, that the guard laying face down near the fountain was not the only one injured…Not the only one…Beyond helping. She was willing to bet that most people had been injured, or trampled in the crowd…But there was so much unchecked violence.. It could only get worse.
She nodded silently at Leo when he mentioned that the ‘strong man’ who seemed seriously intent on squishing cowering families, who’d taken refuge behind counters in the food court. She waited to see if he could hold his own against the ‘Big Guy’ before moving towards the ‘Spider-Woman’. Isabella was not above taking advice from her teammates… If they gave good suggestions—Why not run with it? It would be pig headed not to.
“It’s not just the mutants we have to worry about…”, she trailed off slowly, her voice deliberately carrying effortlessly to those in her group without trying…She nodded her head towards Aurelie, and then towards an area a little further past he fountain—On the other side of Leo and the Big Guy. There were two older boys shoving a younger girl with multicolored hair. She was crying, afraid—Harmless little glittery sparkles coming out of her hands in droves… It seemed that the more nervous she got, more injured she got, the more sparkles she released.
One of them shoved the girl into a concrete piece of a storefront, laughing and high fiving the other one as she slid to the ground whimpering—Isabella moved to go towards the Spider-Woman, trusting that Aurelie wouldn’t want to see a kid getting abused anymore than she did… When she heard something familiar, far away—A voice with a southern drawl. Ah, Rogue—Relief flooded her. Focusing for a brief second, she heard other Alpha’s she knew…Wolverine. They’d arrived, just in the nick of time.
And not long after that a she heard the sound of metal grinding smoothly…Soft… At first she couldn’t place it, but as gun fire sounded in the air, she swore under her breath—Body ducking down, only to moments later hear and feel an explosion go off. Bianca, she'd heard her voice...Her heart raced again..
~Rogue… We’re inside the mall, by the fountain. Is everyone all right? I heard an explosion.~
Her heart clenched, seeing Leonardo get tossed by the Big Man—Why was it that somehow, he was always three steps from being severely injured? Was he trying to give her gray hairs at an early age? Isabella was going to ground him to the Infirmary for a week, if she had her way.
But there was less and less time to fret about her teammates… Only action would help those in the mall. Wood shattered from someone throwing something in her direction, and her hand raised reflexively—Throwing a short lived super-sonic sound wave to keep the splinters from herself and the Aquatic Mutant, who had taken to cowering behind a sign. Not a coward, just afraid—As rightly well he should be. “Hey! You’re one of them mutie’s aren’t cha?”, a man asked her, sneering—Holding a nine iron golf club. She took several steps back, immediately realizing that his reach with the club doubled her own.
“I don’t want any trouble sir. I just want to help. I don’t want anymore people getting hurt.”, Isabella explained diplomatically…Hoping to talk the man down. She couldn’t just keep putting people to sleep like that… It was draining, to find the right level that would disrupt the chemicals in the brain enough for them to obey her…It was a form of hypnotic suggestion… One of the worst pieces of her ability… Most, morally questionable.
Also, the most difficult to use… Especially after she’d just used it earlier, on numerous members of he crowd and the guards—Just to get in peacefully… “I guess you wouldn’t mind getting hurt, cause you ain’t people, are ya?”He swung the club head nine iron with all his might, and Isabella frowned sadly as the edges of her form blurred like a bad movie. Her seemingly delicate form blurred completely—Moving faster than human eye could follow in short burst. Under the nine iron, a step closer—Under again. Out of the way. It was quick dance that felt like it took forever—But really happened in the blink of an eye as she jammed the heal of her palm up and into the mans nose. Not hard enough to be mortal, but certainly enough to break his nose.
He screamed and bright red blood spurted. Against her better judgment she walked up to him and firmly took his shoulders—looking him in his furious eyes before he could slap her away. “You fell. Go home, and tend to your nose… Relax. Otherwise, you had a good day.”
Her words didn’t translate exactly, for the most part. Somethings, like sleep—That was easy. But whole mood changes like that? Difficult. He would simply have a sense, of having fallen… A sense that his day had been good—Not that a little Latina had socked him good.
Releasing him, she again headed towards the ‘Spider-Woman’—“Hola!”, she called to her, trying to get her attention from a distance.
“You should go. The police are coming. They’re almost here… I’m sure they’ll lock up any mutant on sight.”, she called to the woman…Not needing to use her ability for that, to sway them. These words were true. “ I’m not going. –They- should go—Their police, should arrest them!”, the woman called, her short cropped, spiked her giving her the appearance of someone that may or may not have been unstable. “It doesn’t matter—It’ll be you behind bars!”, Isabella called to her again, trying to use reason.
This apparently, didn’t matter to the spider woman, because she shot a string of something. Exceedingly gross and sticky looking towards Isabella—Who dropped and rolled out of the way, wincing as her shoulder hit a piece of loose concrete. No way, did she want odd foreign substances touching her. She’d met mutants that spat acid before. “We stay. We stand strong—He said we’ll rule like Kings, if we stand our ground. This is our city too. We have rights!” Isabella opened her mouth to say something further—When the light bulb dawned on her.
The spider woman said ‘He’.
He—Who?

Name: Leonardo "Renaissance Man" Rossi Team: Alphas Location: At The Mall With Bella And Aurelie... And Then Everyone Else How Ominous... As Leo had emerged from the McDonald’s and saw that Bella and Aurelie were busy with their own pursuits, Leo looked outside to see if he could see anymore Alphas. He did: the first thing he saw was a lightning ball arc across the parking lot and land in a group of fighting patrons. His mind flashed back to the music room, only hours ago. Raine… he thought to himself. Next he saw two figures approaching a group of humans who had resorted to throwing rocks. One was airborne, the other seemingly manipulating other rocks. Lexi and Tara, Leonardo reminded himself. It seemed that most of the Alphas were here… and that the parking lot was almost just as chaotic as the inside of the mall. Although, it seemed that the new Alphas were already working well together despite barely knowing each other; Lexi and Tara, a blond girl (Alex) and Reggie. He spotted Eli getting hit with a baseball bat. Ouch. Hopefully the Alphas could finish outside so that they could get inside of the mall as Bianca had; this was where the hotspot was.
Leo saw that Bella was walking in the general direction of the Spider-Woman, and the animal mimic assumed that the songstress was leaving the Big Guy to him. Maybe. Aurelie had seemed to be directed in the direction of two teenage boys harassing a female mutant… so that really did leave Big Guy all to him. Well, he was going to have at the b*****d… it could be one of the full times he could use his ant strength on another person and not have to hold back. He started out running, dodging and moving past different aggressive humans and mutants in order to reach Big Guy. The strong man had already gotten back to terrorizing the others; swinging at them with his large fists. However strong he was, he seemed to be a bit on the slow side. Perhaps his body hadn’t fully adapted to his mutation? Whatever it was, the strong man spotted Leo coming from a ways off, and proceeded to through a table and a chair at him, the projectiles moving with break-neck speed. Moving his left hand out, the table splintered against his fist, hopefully not harming anyone in the way. His right hand swung out about a moment later, knocking away the resin-composite chair with a resounding plunk.
As he reached the strong man, the mutant had swung his arms as if to clap them together… on Leo’s head. Not wanting to have his head violently smashed like a pumpkin, Leo remembered one of the basic principles in Krav Maga: when someone is trying to choke you, explode out. These were a bit different circumstances, but the same rules applied. Leo shoved his arms out, forcefully intercepting and pushing away the other man’s arms while jumping into the air. Coming back down, he smashed his elbow into the Big Guy’s left collarbone as hard as he could, breaking it. At least one of his arms was useless now. Landing back on the ground only briefly, Leonardo used the counter as a jumping off-point as he pushed off of it with his right, then left leg, rearing his right back. Gaining enough air, Leo gave a smooth kick at the strong man’s head, incapacitating him for the time being. Landing once again, Leonardo took a deep breath. Target neutralized… he said to himself, looking around at the crowd that was approaching him. Really? Really? He just helped these people against a mad man… and now they were menacingly looking at him.
Taking slower breaths as his eyes darted in between the various people surrounding him, Leo switched to fly reflexes, feeling that familiar tingle of electricity course through his body. He didn’t want to accidentally knock someone’s head off… literally. Now he could see when things were coming and he could react to them accordingly. The surrounding mob seemed to be hesitant; after all, they had just witnessed the animal mimic take down someone who reminded them of the Biblical Goliath. Finally someone charged Leo with a baseball mat, screaming some sort of battle cry that would apparently help him. It didn’t. In a swift motion, Leo grabbed the base of the bat above were the man’s hands were positioned and twisted, ripping the instrument from his grasp. Coming back around in the same twist, Leo swung low with the bat and took the man’s legs out from under him, causing him to fall onto the floor. With an extremely calm look on his face, Leonardo looked back at the others, who had stopped their advance. Sighing and shaking his head, Leonardo threw the bat into the far reaches of the restaurant he was standing beside. He walked casually towards the group that was surrounding him moments before, now parting like the Red Sea.
Leonardo began to make his way back towards Bella, taking down a man who had made a very crude Molotov cocktail (you’re supposed to wrap the cloth around the bottle…). Breaking the man’s arm and taking the bottle from him, Leo tossed it into the fountain were it was diffused. He came back to his leader’s side just in time to see her dodge the sticky, fluid substance that had come from the Spider-Woman. She said something that was rather typical of mutant terrorists… ruling as kings over the humans… but there was something else in there that made it different. The statement had been aforementioned by a ‘He’… but who was this? That didn’t settle right with Leo, and he shared the same concerned look that his leader had upon her face.
“Who said that, exactly?” Leonardo asked, expressing the same question upon his mind and his leader’s.

Aʆєxaηdra Ӎaʀiʆèηє Agηèȿ My hearts longs for some peace! ❃❂❁❀✿✾✽✼✻✺✹✸✷ ✶✵✴❄❅❆❇❈❉❊❋❖❤❥❦❧ ☀ The French girl did grow a puzzled expression at how Reggie could be ok. But, when Reggie showed her the metal on her arm, it made a bit more sense. It made some more sense after she told Alex her power. "That is pretty cool that you can mimic materials like that." Admittedly, the eighteen-year felt no jealously. She knew her power had its uses. It just may not be the uses necessary for putting down a riot. Maybe my enhanced sight could spot things others cannot see. Her mind worked through an idea involving her eyes.
However, a spike of pain caused Alex to cease thinking. She rubbed her upper arm and realized she had been hit by a rock. Who did that? Reggie had already beaten her to the question, and found out it was a boy who had thrown the rocks. The French girl couldn't tell whether to be offended, or find it funny. Some boys do tend to throw stuff at people. I just hope that this boy is not actually trying to hurt us. If that was the case, then I hope his parents teach him not to do that. Just like the others, Alex had no idea just how bad mutant-human relations actually were.
When Reggie responded back to the boy, a small giggle left her lips. "You do not have to worry. I do not mind if you say excuse my French. I know you are not being offensive when you say that." She had heard the saying had come from the English, who thought the French were vulgar people. Thus, when they said excuse my French; they were saying they were going to behave like a Frenchman. However, Alex was sure most people didn't actually mean it in that way. After all, I am sure we have put aside such petty differences...right?
Her mind focused on the task at hand again, when Reggie mentioned a bus. She shook her head slightly. "No. I do not have anything that can move the bus. My powers can only enhance my five senses. Nothing more. However..." Alex turned to try and find Eli in the crowd. "I did meet someone just before we got here...That said he was had the power to manipulate magnetokinetic. He might be able to move it." Due to the chaos, her blue-green eyes could not find him. Maybe I should enhance my eyes like I planned on doing earlier? However, Reggie's comment about it being fine to leave it caused her not to do so.
Alex turned to face the mall at Reggie's suggestion. The girl felt there was much to take care of outside. But, if the riot had started inside the building and gone outwards, then the hotspot would be inside. "We probably should go inside. Most of the rioting is probably going on inside, since I am assuming that is where it all started." Her hands clasped themselves together, trying to ease her nervousness. "So I guess um...you can lead the way..." Due to her weak immune system, she rarely left the Academy. Not that she liked being stuck inside. However, this meant Alex would probably get lost in a mall this big. And that would not be good to do on the first mission, and definitely would not leave a good first impression. Thus, I better leave the leading to her. ❃❂❁❀✿✾✽✼✻✺✹✸✷ ✶✵✴❄❅❆❇❈❉❊❋❖❤❥❦❧ ☀ "We will drink our fill of Alpha Then, of golden sunshine that spills into the mall Till our brains intertwine with Reggie"

Alphas, the winning team: Busting a mission The Playboy was ready along with his poker partner Tara as they went out of the van ready to party. The majority of the people that were on the Alpha's introduced themselves with their special talents. Lexi literally blew people away thanks to her power of wind after getting gut checked from a rock while Raine had intimidation on her side with her electricity. Tara had the power of earth make room for a quick and unique entrace towards the mall. Dimitri was impressed with her powers; grouping up with Chameleon and Roland most of the time in halloween town made him unable to see what she pulled off first hand. This would be the first time seeing it with his eyes. Right after Tara was ready to deliver more pain if the people didn't learn their lesson already, Dimitri was ready to go inside to reach Bella and Leo. So far the only person to make it in was Bianca. As far as Dimitri knew she was the only one in there at the moment. Following what Rogue said he decided to go in to group up with her. Tara had Lexi as company so it was not like he was leaving the geokinetic on her own.
"Im going in the mall with Bianca. I think she went in alone." he told her before he ran past the group that seemed to be thinking whether or not to attack Tara.
Making it past the first wave towards the entrance was the easy part for Playboy. Some were fighting against each other like they were before they got here, others tried to get their hands on them but Dimtiri yanked his arms away from them each time they tried. It was only when he stepped inside of the mall did he have his turn at being attacked. The playboy got tackled from his right side causing him to stumble before crashing into a wall. The pain was temporary for Dimitri, and so would the pain he would deliever to the one responsible. A man around Playboy's size in terms of height and weight went for another football style tackle towards Dimitri's frontal area. Playboy turned towards the person, his back against the wall now as he went towards the offensive. Dimitri ran towards the guy and faked a punch before he was close enough to where he quickly dropped to one knee and wrapped his arms around the man's upper thighs; also, having his head near his attacker's right quad. From there Dimitri brought his other knee back up and rose his attacker in the air by thrusting his hips up. After that, the playboy gave his attacker a mean slam onto the floor. A successful double leg takedown which left the man out of breath from the slam and caring for his back.
"Sorry."
With his attacker out of the fight, Dimitri rubbed his shoulder for a few seconds before he went to group with Bianca. It was later after she got grazed by a bullet where he arrived to her position. She didn't look like she was hurt; just minor damage.
"Sorry im late." he told her. "Traffic outside was a b***h and i got stopped by some football player. Any sign of Bella, i mean Siren?" (sry i took so long)

xxxxxxxxxx ➸ ▬▬▬ O m e g a ' s ☭ SIZE Shifting Native______________ Danger roomxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Dom had beat him out to the floor, which didn't surprise him, considering the Slovene had a head start, what with Narcissa demanding that he come collect some notes from her room – as though he'd be studying them any time soon. It was spring break... and he'd spent the first day studying... he'd spend the last day studying... and whatever happened in between... was supposed to be fun.
There were three new girls that Aren didn't recognize, along with the team members he did, as per usual, Aren did a one finger salute to the newer members as a way of introductions. A more formal greeting would be in order after their fun in the Danger room.
He'd walked in just as the doors were sealing, and Aren watched in amazement to see the landscape change to a ruined version of New York City. People dotted the background in the distance – no doubt their enemies for the round. For the first time today, the Native American listened intently to instructions. But he spaced out at some point, the green light flashing, and a laser already shooting towards him. There was no telling where his mind had actually gone, but Cissa jerked him down, telling him not to be so distracted by her.
To which of course, white teeth gleamed behind a lopsided grin. “Dice wouldn't know what to do with you.” He retorted without missing a beat, only to laugh as he somersaulted away from another beam. “You do look hot in leather...” Aren stated appreciatively, nodding sagely.
“But, I'd not listen to a word that Straw boy over there says.” Aren said, motioning with a flick of his head to Dominik. “He's the one that likes toes. Really odd when he's sleeping to hear him make mention of that.” He said in a deadpan tone.
As Narcissa explained the damage ratio, Aren pointed his weapon towards Dom, laughing as he shot a beam towards his back with a small chance he'd miss. “Watch out!” He said, just a few seconds too late to be considered an actual warning. It served the man right... for charging for those Doritos... with interest. And then the remarks about fetishes...
Aren grew larger, side-swiping a hologram's legs from underneath it before stomping on it's abdomen with a brute force. Quickly it dissipated, leaving nothing behind. One green beam got him in the leg, and his damage ratio went down a fraction – nothing too much to worry about.
Had he not tried to do Dom in, Aren would have also offered to help Knoxx, but staying away from the Slovene seemed the best approach. Instead, he remained near Cissa, laughing jovially at each maneuver. “Probably the best simulation we've had in a long time.” One made, just for fun.

Alpha: Location - Mall, Watching over three little orphans and talking to Dimitri.|1075|▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀
Bianca turned towards the kids leaning down and making sure each of them were alright and completely uninjured. Instructing them to stay near her so as to avoid being unnecessarily injured Bianca was unsure where exactly to take them. Was any place really safe right now? Out of the corner of her eyes she caught somebody rushing for the gun and turned around allowing darkness to form around her hand as she prepared to send a beam at the man and the gun only to stop. She vaguely recognized the man from seeing him leave the meeting place as she had arrived back at the academy. That meant he was friendly right? Putting her hand down the darkness absorbed back into her hand and she gave the man a nod of her head. "Cavalry...yeah.." Then there was an explosion from outside causing slight panic to build up in her chest. Had anyone been near that explosion? Had any of her allies been near the explosion and got injured?
Wanting nothing more than to go check she realized she couldn't very well leave the kids unattended and undefended. Sighing Bianca bit her lip and turned back towards Leo only to see him head in the direction of a rather large mutant holding a table in his hands. Debating going and helping him it would mean leaving the kids as well and therefore something she couldn't do unless absolutely necessary. Watching him get tossed into a nearby McDonald's rather forcibly Bianca winced hoping he was okay. Her feet prepared to take her in that direction when she spotted him appear again moments later. Turning back around to the assembled children behind her Bianca bent down again to address them in a kind voice. Oddly they didn't seem to be scared of her displays of her mutation. Maybe because she was defending them? "Where are your parents? If you don't know where they are maybe you can tell me what they look like and I can help you find them?"
The obvious braver of the three a small little girl with brown hair and brilliant blue eyes spoke up first. "We don't have parents miss. We are orphans. Our parents died when we were younger. Miss Patty brought us here then she told us to wait here and left. That was a long time ago before this even started." Bianca sighed as she stood back up straight unaware she was rubbing her injured arm. "Are you alright miss? You aren't going to die or anything are you?" Bianca looked down at the brown haired and blue eyed boy who had spoken up shaking her head no. "I'm alright it just barely scratched me." Looking at the smallest child of the three she noticed he was either very quiet or mute as he simply pointed behind them. Turning away from the three nearly identical siblings Bianca looked to where he was pointing only to see a man rushing towards them. Screaming something about a filthy mutant and wielding a knife his intentions were clearly none to noble. Sending a beam of darkness towards him it caught him in the chest and caused him to tumble backwards.
Watching as he started to rise up Bianca watched carefully to make sure he would not be continuing forward. As with the man with the gun the man took one look at her after being knocked back and glared before taking off in the opposite direction obviously realizing this was not a battle he would be winning. Catching another approaching form of a man Bianca turned her gaze to him and recognized him as Dimitri a fellow Alpha or rather Playboy as he was to be called on the field. As he apologized Bianca gave a light shrug. "It's alright." Was she supposed to be expecting him? Or was he apologizing for not being present to 'protect' her? As he mentioned traffic being a b***h and something about a football player he finished by asking if Bella had been spotted. "No not yet but I did spot another Alpha that didn't arrive with us. He is right over there fighting some large mutant." Turning in time to see Leo leaving the scene he had created by taking down the mutant she looked just a little ahead to see where his destination was.
"Actually scratch that Siren is right over there with some other mutant." It would not be anytime soon that Bianca would be mistaking Bella's face for someone else's. It did make sense Leo would be looking to meet up with her as well. Feeling relief flood through her being Bianca was beyond glad to see Bella alright. Not being able to stop the small smile from forming on her lips at the sight of the raven haired woman Bianca turned back towards Dimitri. "These guys here are orphans and I have no idea where to take them for safety." Lowering her voice so the siblings didn't hear her she continued. "I think they were abandoned here by their caretaker. I don't know why though. Maybe the woman was simply cruel." Somehow Bianca doubted that and wondered if maybe these children were more than meets the eye? Could they be mutants and only just begun to show? The recent anti-mutant public opinion could certainly cause a woman to abandon three children.
"So that is the current situation. I rescued them form a man with a gun and then was afterward attacked by a man with a knife for showing my ability. This is no place for three children and certainly no place for mutants." Biting her lip lightly she didn't voice her thoughts that something was going to go wrong and that someone was going to get seriously injured. "You mentioned something about a football player?" Bianca questioned lightly. She probably would have been a lot quieter but there was something about protecting people that brought out the old her that was buried inside now. Hearing another battle cry nearby Bianca sighed and turned towards the culprit who was charging towards them. What was it about this situation that made these crazies want to hurt children?
