(( Hello? I'd like to try joining in on this but I'm not going to read through 25 pages of small print as I currently have a headache. Finishing the first page took me a good half hour. Can I get a summary of where you guys are at and what's happened? ))

IMPORTANT STORY UPDATE (con't)  Kurzenko "Ah, my beautiful, Naet..." When he finally recovered from vomiting, Kurzenko slowly stood back up. His eyes found where the hologram had been.
There's...no way... he thought as he struggled to wrap his mind around what he had seen."Still in disbelief?" spoke an unusual voice.Kurzenko turned to see a clearly alien figure moving down the stairs towards him. He held up a hand preparing to use his alchemy if needed.
"What have you done?" he seethed.The figure stopped at the foot of the stairs and appeared to smile slightly.
"I think there has been enough violence already...don't you? Why don't I tell you what happened:
"You see, human, my race has been watching this planet for quite some time now. We were planning a mass invasion, but we wanted to catch your people in a time of peace. The humans' constant warring caused our plans to be continually delayed, however, the time shown by the hologram was the opportune moment, we decided, to strike.
"The battle was short-lived. I can't say who launched that powerful explosive you saw, but, needless to say, it did the trick. My people were intimidated by this newly discovered power we assumed you humans had created and so ceased our attack. From the way the humans acted, though, it appeared they thought it was we who launched the attack.
"Realizing this was our opportunity, we returned to launch another attack. Upon our arrival, however, we discovered these...humans coming up from the rubble of the decimated portion of the city. Suspecting that they might be some sort of weapon you humans had crafted, we abducted a few to study.
"This turned out to be our undoing. Ironic, isn't it? My race's unquenchable thirst for knowledge was what ultimately led to our demise. You see, human, a few of our specimens managed to get free in a moment of lapsed judgment on the part of my fellow operatives who took the creatures onboard. Without hesitation, the creatures attacked my people. We were caught offguard and quickly disposed of the wretches, but it took some time for us to realize the full scale of the harm that had been done.
"Those who were struck by the beasts became beasts themselves shortly thereafter. Only a few of my people escaped unscathed by the ensuing havoc. Our ships now lay scattered over the city from what those monsters did.
"I was one of the few who survived. After escaping the ship, I ran and didn't stop...until I found this place. It's strange, human. Now that I think about it, I haven't encountered anything-dead or alive-since arriving here. This tower...there's something special about it. The dead are kept away from this place. I suppose that is a mystery for you to figure out, though..."
At last the alien's monologue came to an eerie end. Kurzenko hadn't noticed until now but the alien's breathing had slowly declined to a slow rattling, gasp. Only now did he notice a steady drip from the creature's right hand.
"It's odd...my brothers turned much quicker after being attacked...Why do I only succumb now...?" said the alien in a delusional tone.
The alien fell to the floor, wincing in pain. The wincing progressed until its entire body was twitching and pulsing. Finally, parts of the body erupted as new appendages sprouted in random locations on the sides and back of the creature's torso.
Slowly, the alien rose to its feet and looked at Kurzenko, who in turn backed away. The alien no longer had signs of conscious thought. Gurgling sounds issued from it instead of the voice, as the creature raised its many appendages. Kurzenko raised his hands, prepared for anything.
Then the infected alien charged him. Kurzenko quickly produced hand signs...but nothing happened.
My alchemy won't work...! he thought frantically as he dodged the initial attack but was caught by the follow up.
He blasted through the hull of the tower and slid to a halt on the dirt ground outside. The creature climbed through the hole Kurzenko's body had created and gave chase. Having little time to react, the alchemist stumbled to his feet trying to use alchemy once again. Still nothing. Having no other alternative, Kurzenko started to run across the desert landscape, the infected alien hot on his trail."...My most perfect creation."( @Tormented Sage: I couldn't tell your for sure what everyone else has done, but if you go through the thread and read my posts, you can kinda get a feel for what the main story of the RP is doing.)

Merck Stone If you stand with me then you are my brother or sister, but if you stand against me, I will show you no mercy when I'm slowly killing you. Just smiling under his helmet, Merck so how much time was left and it was weird for him to be on the clock inside his own special armor. Letting a small laugh escape his mouth over the speakers when Demonia just growled at Lobo and it was just funny to him to see Lobo become more like a little puppy then a man. "I really don't mind someone opening up my body....its happen more then once you know." Merck said letting his eyes close for a second.
But his own words set off a firestorm of flashbacks of himself being strapped to a table and being slowly cut open. The pain was something no person or being should go threw, but he did and now that left for questions for himself to answer once this flashback is over. After a few seconds it was over and that left him to figure a few things put once he was alone. But right now Shadow was still in his arms like a sleeping princess in the arms of a armor clad knight.

Shihiro looked to a side and noticed Anatea had fainted and fallen to the ground "aaam what happened?" she asked trying to get the other attention and walking towards him and touching his cheek with her hand, "he is a bit cold"

 Uzumaki Kyujin Kyujin cocked his head when the man holding onto the demon's head mounted it but didn't speak. He turned away when he noticed the black form dropping from the sky at high speed and smiled faintly before he flickered out of sight, blurring as he leaped toward it, landing several yards away from it's impact point. His belt held a metal plate with a stylized leaf under an X within a circle, signifying where he'd recently been as he cocked his head at the man who identified himself as Nicolas and the woman he referred to as 'Captain'. "Seems that a virus has mutated the corpses around here," he said casually, his gaze flickering around as his special talent, the swirling with jagged deep golden bronze spines spiraling out from his pupil halfway to the edge of his now reddish orange iris. "Arashi Tsūga!!" he growled, whipping the large zanbatou off his shoulder as a crescent burst of multicolored energy slammed into a wall as several zombies, most sporting additional limbs and standing easily seven to eight feet tall, pushed up out of the rubble nearby. The detonation of his Severing Storm Slash sent a shockwave of energy through the air as it vaporized all but the lower halves of two of the zombies, the only sign of the wall's remains being little more than charred fragments of stone just above the glowing, half melted rubble. He shook his head fractionally as he sheathed the weapon with a hissing whisper, threads of silvery metal slipping to the surface of his skin like tendons over his hands, fingers and forearms. He felt and heard a low thud as if a giant footstep had happened nearby. He heard another a few moments later as he saw a purple lacquered steel arm push aside a wall that was almost about to fall already to reveal a large robot that stood ten feet tall. He smirked at the Sentinel as he clenched his fist, an aura of iridescent blue energy swirling around it.

++Cornelia ,Deavis++ what is there to the fates dealt to one that we can not change or fight with or with out help i wont give up till i have complete freedom so your with me or against me either way i'll end up alone ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The blood pooled around the bedsheets more as she stood up picking a key from the fresh corpse, and unlocking her shackles she then took some of his money and ,the knife she killed him with she was free the first thing she wished to do was smell the air. and be on the street again as she exited the room walked down the stairs some of the maids stared not sure what to think of her blood splattered appearance. but she did not care she smiled for the first time in years as she opened the door and walked outside . (( back sorry it was my man's days off so he's been playing rift ))

Luke The Gunslinger "If I am meant to die..." Luke now noticed that there was a second one with him. It seemed that the women was the suppior officer. Something behind him seemed to stir, it was a mutant. Not enough to kill it without get injered, he jumpes out of the window toward the two unkown millitary soilders. When hiting the ground he took out his lazer pistol and shot the mutant as it prepared to jumped out the window towards him. "...Willl I become a legend?"

Nicholas Days"Even Hell has a good spot to hide...I should know" Nicholas looked at her, was she telling the truth. Then he looked at his arm, there like she said, a blue rose sat calmly on his arm. He looked back at her, "Oh Captain, My Captain." He said as he rolled his sleeve back down and walked over to her, "Alfred Tennyson wrote that once, and like him, I'll mean every word of it. My S.I.G.M.A. life means nothing now. I now serve your forces, and the heavens." He said calmly, knowing that she probably wasn't lying, she hadn't stared him wrong yet. "One question," He said sarcastically in a tone, "Will I...uhhh...have to go through nano-nizing myself like you...or are we cool with how I am now?" He asked as he looked at her.

Uzumaki Kyujin
Kyujin flexed his arm, feeling the metal slip over the exposed skin of his body in interlocking scales not unlike a snake's, sharp claws tipping his fingers as he shrugged off the weighted jacket and flicking it toward the duo where it landed on the bare dirt with a heavy crunch, leaving a eight inch diameter crater that sank an inch deep at it's center a few feet behind the guy in black armor. He flung his arm upward, an iridescent blue beam of coherent energy firing from his palm and ramming through the large robot's chestplate in a shower of sparks before a blast of smoke exited its back along with the beam before he flicked his wrist upward, the beam rising and shearing through the robot's torso, throat and mouth before it terminated.
((See, this is why I end up dropping out of roleplays, when people don't see that my character is near theirs and interact... Epic_Shadows))
