Man, when was everyone going to learn that his singing was so awesome and really they should just be enjoying the ride!
Possibly when he stopped screaming the lyrics.

ROUND 5: 1,550Even though they were sliding through an ice cavern, the environment continued to be as gratuitously colorful as it was back outside. The frozen surfaces they skated across had their own soft glow to them, and the colors that were produced may have given the likes of Captain Scheelite some incredibly bad ideas: it made it look like everyone was racing through a large tunnel carved out of rainbow sherbet. Trying to taste it wouldn't yield any interesting results, however. Besides, it would have been foolish to not start paying attention, because there was danger ahead! The cavern opened up into an enormous underground atrium, littered with countless ice stalagmites, each one impossibly huge. As lovely as they were, they looked like they would be awfully unpleasant to crash into. With a smattering of excited squawks, the penguins wove around them gracefully and effortlessly... you could only hope that you would be so lucky! Roll ONE 4-SIDED DIE to dodge the stalagmites!
If you roll a FOUR... your performance was flawless! You managed to go through without hitting a single obstacle, and earn 50 points!
If you roll a THREE or TWO... you do alright, but still run into a couple along the way. This will net you 30 points.
If you roll a ONE... let's just say you do completely terrible. Hopefully it doesn't end you up with a concussion. This will get you only FIVE points.
You have until 8PM CST to make your roll! That's about three hours!! ROUND 6 START!!

Scheelite was momentarily distracted from his screaming singing to stare in awe at the frozen surfaces. Man...if...if only this stuff wouldn't melt. It gave off it's own glow! They could be ETERNAL GLOWSTICKS. Oh man oh man, oh man that would be SO FRIGGIN COOL.
And, incapable of shutting up, Scheelite voiced how cool this was to everyone.
"GUYS, GUYS WHAT IF I COULD MAKE GLOWSTICKS OUT OF THIS STUFF?! HOW AWESOME WOULD THAT BE! THEY'D NEVER RUN OUT AND I'D HAVE GLOWSTICKS FOREVER AND EVER AND---where you going penguin dude?!"
The blonde stared after his penguin friend as he veered to the left---
Oh. Oh. That's where the penguin dude was going. Now for Scheelite to try and follow suit!

Hugbell giggled at the heart bubbles popping in her face. Normally things popping were often scary but it was hard to be scared of hearts! "How do you know it's a she?" She asked Cora blinking in confusion, she knew there was something about the males carrying the eggs between their feet from watching Happy Feet but other than that she didn't know how to tell them a part.
"Because it's pink? What if it's a guy, they can be pink too couldn't they?" She paused thinking about her pink elephant at home she'd named Gorge. Maybe that was an uh-oh on her part. She frowned slightly but oh well it was her pink elephant! "Huh, well I'm sure he or she, is just friendly and doesn't want you to fall." She assured Cora.
Then Hugbell grinned back at Sheldon "The bubbles tickle when they pop!" She called back to him, "You should try to catch one!"

Scylla really couldn't do much dodging of the stalagmites, so she kind of wibbled around as though she were in a cocoon. It was like being a caterpillar, actually, wish her arms tugging at her skirt, and her trying to use her body weight to fling herself from side to side. "Areeeees!" she shrieked. "ARES, HELP!"
How far behind her was Ares?
"MAIA! BOREAAAAAAAAAS!" They were closer. Right? "ANYBODYYYY!"
Her body hit the stalagmites, almost one at a time. The crunch was almost sickening when she hit the first one. At least she was still going kind of fast, right? Maybe it would get over with soon...

Bubbles? Sheldon blinked and looked up the little ruffled senshi in front of him. He maneuvered his body a little to see what she was referring to, only to see the pink penguin with the cat on it, with the penguin apparently blowing bubbles. "Um, okay?" He wasn't sure they would get to him, but it seemed like an interesting thing to experience [why not, he was going along with everything else].
But first, stalagmites. Of course there had to be stalagmites, "URG, bad things!" There WAS something dangerous here - aside from cliffs and well, people who stole your starseeds or those with crazy powers. Dodge! DOGDE! Sheldon needed to use some maneuvers here.

Tanzanite was speeding down the chute after Scylla, the singing arm outstretched and snapping at her ankles.
"YOU'RE GONNA DIIIIE TODAY. I'M GONNA EEEEAT YOUR FACE!" it sang enthusiastically as Tanzanite tried to twist around the stalagmites.
She sailed past the first few, the next one catching her arm and snapping off one thin black spine. It was, thankfully, enough to shut the thing up.

Nope, not even hitting a few stalagmites could silence the blonde. Though there were a couple of "OOFS" in there as he ran into things. But mostly he was trying to break off a piece of one to have a forever glowstick.

"I'm surrounded by idiots," Ganymede decided as he continued to slide through the cavern, listening to the happenings around him and still wishing he could be anywhere but here. What a complete waste of a perfectly good evening. Why had he even bothered to go to sleep? Watching paint dry might have been more productive than this... this completely insane... completely ridiculous... frighteningly bright and chipper place he'd found himself in.
This definitely wasn't what he'd been expecting. Seriously, these were the people who were supposed to be fighting over the Earth? Then again, a repetition of the last two battles wouldn't have been any more preferable, so he figured he shouldn't complain. Well... not too much.
The stalagmites up ahead didn't look any more appealing, but as he was sliding on ice he had very little control over which direction he slid in. He tried. He supposed leaning to one side or the other might help, or maybe he could dig a heel into the ice to stop himself from hitting one if he got a little too close to it. It wasn't like he could bring himself to much of a stop otherwise.

Scylla was in trouble, and Tanzanite's singing arm was after her. Ares could not really rationalize that in her brain, but she was lucid enough to know that it was her job to try to help. "I'm coming!" she shouted, twisting in her spin so that she was now rocketing feet-first down the slope.
A penguin or two flipped and flopped around her, but she kept her eyes locked on Tanzanite. When she was finally close enough, Ares attempted to kick her in the back of the head.
Oh.
And dodge the stalagmites too.
She was only moderately successful in it.

"SCHEE im unsure if you should be afraid more of Tanzanites threat or the fact arm is singing about BRAINS!" Maybe it wanted to eat schees brain...
but then again.. Schee was probably too thick skulled for even Arm to get through.
"CRAP!" Fayalite screamed out a momebt before she was FLUNG at the pilars of ice. "Ohgod i dont want to be a Fancake!"

Oh s**t and sliding. Okay yeah, he was sure this dream was brough on by space radiation and he might have some kind of brain cancer but that was okay. It was okay because this was ******** sweet

Zircon didn't know which feeling was more overwhelming, the exhilaration of flying down an ice cavern at top speeds or the abject terror that came from the listening to General Tanzanite's arm sing with Captain Scheelite.
She decided that either way she chose, getting hit by a giant frozen stalactite was going to feel worse.
Seeing as how they were the most knowledgeable in these types of climes, the lieutenant looked to the fluorescent penguins for an instant of guidance, and in a last ditch effort tried to push herself out of the way of an impending wall of ice. She seemed to catch a path that one of her fellow racers had previously carved, for she slid right out of harm's way in the nick of time. She could have reached out and touched the stalactite, it had been so close, but as she continued to rush downhill she realized that she had made it through just fine, and was picking up speed to boot.
Although tiny slivers of ice scratched at her face and hands and her ears felt like they were going to fall off, she nevertheless felt revitalized and let out a resounding whoop of victory to add to the strange motley of singers. At least with leather pants on, her a** wasn't getting wet from all the ice.

Hugbell almost let out a startled cry as she saw the spikes of ice coming from the floor. This was dangerous and the whole place looked like Rainbow Sherbet, it was making the chibi senshi very hungry.
She tried her best to slide around them hoping not to hit any. "Ohhhh.... these look like they hurttt" She grabbed Barnaby by the ear in case she needed him to cushion any accidents.
