Sonya hugged Madlen and Anayah tightly. "I don't suppose this is a nightmare either?" she said, even though she wished desperately that it was. Why them? Why were they the ones who had to get hurt? "Who is he and what happened to him?" she asked, wanting to know who she hated for over a year and who had made her and her sister's life a living hell. She was pretty sure she had run out of tears to cry. I'm dreaming in colors, no boundaries are there

"Who else did he hurt?" Sonya demanded. It was a pretty safe bet that he did hurt others, she wanted to know who though. Who out of all her friends and family had he gotten to besides her and Anayah. There were a lot of people she cared about and she would not wish this type of pain on any of them. I'm dreaming in colors, no boundaries are there

Sonya got what Madlen was saying, though she was unsure exactly how she felt about it. On the one hand, he never would be able to hurt them for real again. He was not a problem for them anymore. On the other hand, that meant that someone else had taken a life, no matter how horrible of a life it was. She nodded slowly and felt relieved. "I'm sorry we brought him to the circus," she said. Sonya, despite what Madlen said, still felt responsible. Sonya shook her head and said, "Ian took care of it; I'm fine now. We both want to know more about what happened though. Didn't you?" She did not like reminding her mother of what had happened to her, because no matter how you looked at it, ever being subjected to that was horrible. They still needed answers though, something that they would get much easier if their mother agreed that they should know. I'm dreaming in colors, no boundaries are there

Asmodeus walked into the infirmary after some searching. He walked over and kissed Anayah and Sonya on their foreheads before standing beside Madlen, one arm around her waist. He had walked in at an awkward point in he conversation, but given the determined looks on their daughters' faces, they were doing a pretty good job of wringing information out of Madlen.

Sonya felt horrible for making Madlen cry. "I'm sorry, Mum," she said, not wanting to stay on the subject anymore. The last thing Madlen said bugged her slightly however. "Do you mean caught as in, like, in the act?" she asked, her skin crawling. I'm dreaming in colors, no boundaries are there
