It was quite nice, being carried. And bundled up in as many layers as she now had on, quite warm. Safely curled within Braum's arms the marid had even dozed for a short while as they flew from the icy heights of the mountains down towards the brightly colored houses of Christmas town. It hadn't been a long flight, perhaps half an hour, but at this point any few minutes of shut eye the poor girl could manage was not only amazing, but well needed. Within the last five days she'd managed no more then an hour of two, and it was really starting to take it's effect. Leaving the water djinn distracted and slow to react. As if her world was consumed by a sound muffling fog.
She hardly noticed when they touched down, despite staring out over the increasingly growing buildings as they descended. The shock of the landing made thin fingers tighten where they curled within the soft fabric of the Raum's shirt, swimming blues widening gently before falling back into their half lidded state.
A pat to his arm let him know she wanted down, but she stayed close to his side as he placed her carefully on her feet. She hated the cold of the snow engulfing her feet and ankles, but the shock of it helped her stay a little more focused, and she honestly needed all the help she could get right now.
She didn't intermediately see anyone, but she could hear voices deeper within the tangle of buildings. Too far and too intermingled to pick out anyone in particular, but no doubt other students. "We should maybe catch up with everyone, Braum." Small hands wrapped aorund his arm.
((I got permissions to godmod Braum a little. He's not OFFICIALLY here though until Ruri posts. She shall be posting later today.))

Iolanthe smiled as the large serpent contorted her tail to make 'stairs' for her. She was finding it surprising how often people did something to help her (and others) during this awful, awful field trip. Then again, Quarria was supposedly being selfish at the same time - not that she could blame her. She knew first hand what it was like to be incapable of creating body heat.
"I'm Iolanthe, Gabrian's sister," she said politely, placing a foot carefully on the first of the 'stairs' and reaching out to steady herself with the provided wing-rail. Upon seeing that it was sturdy and seemingly easy enough, she made her hobbling way up onto Quarria's back. Once there, she sat down with a deep, pleased sigh, shoving her bookbag off her shoulder and setting it carefully beside her.
"Thank you for the ride, I am definitely grateful for not having to trudge through that awful snow anymore." She glanced down over Quarria's side and made a waving motion to Gabe. "Hurry up, slow poke, we do have a job to do you know."

Stepping in, Raziel was caught by a sudden aroma, it was like nothing he'd ever sensed, and it disgusted him. It must be the JOY he concluded, making the place stink like rotting flesh. That is, until Raziel looked closer at the ground and all and saw all the small dwarf bodies and disfigured deer that seemed to be laying all over the place in some form of DEAD.
"Ew." was all he managed to mutter out.

Draven laughed as Eracs chose their next direction. "That works!" The scarecrow's method was as good as any, as far as he was concerned. As he began to move in that direction, he looked around. Students and battles everywhere-and mystery up ahead. It was a little fascinating, and a bit fun. One could forget the cold in all of this excitement.
"Onward!" he laughed to his friends. He hoped luck would be on their side.

Malodore stood up after finishing its examination, tucking away its samples with the rest. The maze itself was going to take some time... and, as its focus on the dissection had been enough that it hadn't heard Israfel's calls for help, the plague doctor had no idea about Jericho and Riley.
It was probably best to move on - perhaps the dragon had even flown them over the maze! That would be a singular advantage.

AnimeChickie Some snow had gotten stuck in Alcie's shoe somehow so she had stopped to remove it. Falling behind a little, she picked up her pace to catch up to the ever growing group and when she saw Quarria, a smile appeared on her face. "Hello Quarria! I'm glad to see that you made it through the icy path alright." The other student had been very kind to her, Junko, and Sin while they were in the forest and she was grateful that Quarria had let them ride on her back. "I'm alright for now. Thanks for the offer. We don't want you to overexert yourself. There's probably still a long way to go."
Alcie was pretty content at the moment and she had the strong urge to whistle. Not wanting to attract any elves or reindeer, Alcie resorted to softly humming to herself. There was nothing like a good festive carol to keep up the spirits. Quiet or not, this deer had some ears on them and was still attracted by the pretty song. Pretttyyyyy! HP: 6

demon_pachabel -Yasha Alchemist demon_pachabel -Yasha Alchemist Hazel walking in the crunching snow saw a reindeer come out of know where and attack a fellow student. She desperately wanted to get on the action, but it was everyones own battle to fight. And seeing as she was at full health she had to be thankful? But still, she wanted to fight soon. She grinned a toothy grin to think maybe she could actually go and take down mister Sandy Claws herself.
Trot.Trot. She followed the lead of foot prints. "Hello, little girl, would you like some cannddyyyy?" a nearby elf inquires. Though, their candy seems to be very...sharp. Not sure if you want to eat that... HP: 8 Hazel grinned, "...would you like a swift kick to the head?" She had her wreath by her side, but for not he was just going to well get kicked so hard his head will fall off...hopefully. The sound of delighted laughter at that inquiry was...creepy, to say the least. Oh man... it almost sounded like he would have really liked it if she kicked the snot out of him. Ew. HP: 7Her kick was whimpy at best, but she was blaming it on the creepy laughter...she lived in Halloween town...and found that creepy. HP::23

Sin jerked to a stop as she realized Alcie was facing a deer attack, damn those glow-nosed freaks! She ran over and then grinned when she saw Alcie pull out the sack.
"Show em who's boss Alcie!" She called out encouraging her friend and then clutching the bells a bit tighter. She would patch Alcie up as soon as this deer got what was coming to it.
"Make it dinner!" She could really go for something more substantial then peanuts right about now.

Gabrian tilted his head a little at Alessa, watching as she hesitated to take the offer (in fact, he was distinctly sure she'd been about ready to decline until he'd spoken up - how interesting!), "Aw, come on, Alessa. You can't tell me you wouldn't like a small breather after that trek through the icy path. You were carrying a large portion of my weight for a long time there until I felt better," this was not entirely untrue - it'd taken him a while to manage to... slowly pull his weight off the smaller ghoul. Though it'd been more because he hadn't wanted to give away that he wasn't as bad off as she'd thought he was than anything else, "That aside, if poor Quarria is feeling anywhere near as bad as I was feeling after that snowman was defeated... I'm pretty sure she's going to appreciate the extra warmth!" That said, he made his way towards the by now familiar dragon's frame. Unfortunately for him, when he was half way there, he felt the transformation slowly take place, tugging at the pit of his stomach. The shift happened before he reached Quarria's side and he suddenly found himself in serpentform on the ground. He blinked a couple of times and then huffed out in irritation before making his way up Quarria's frame, "I hate this place so very much," as he said that though, his golden gaze landed once more on the strange little houses, and he allowed his tongue to slip out and in several times, tasting the air, "Though I have to admit, the houses look delicious..." after all... trick or treating candy had to be similar to this candy, right? As his sister climbed up the dragon's side, Gabrian hissed at her, scowling as much as a large, python like snake ever could, wibbling his small fins for effect, "I wish I were much smaller! If I were smaller, I could have been comfortably curled up inside someone's clothes! Instead I have to suffer this horrible cold," another huff, "I'm most handy in my own environment, Io! It's hardly my fault I can't swim in this stupid snow," despite his words, when the demoness climbed up, he curled himself partially over her lap, nuzzling her side. Then he turned to look up at Quarria, offering her a smile of his own, "What a nice cousin that was, then," he had to chuckle, finding it impossible not to at the mental image of a yeti as the larger serpent's cousin. As Junko accepted the offer, Gabrian shifted his position to greet her, rubbing his head eagerly against her side before squeezing himself between the two ghouls, hoping to absorb as much body heat as possible, "Pink elephants?" he paused, "I'm not sure if I'd have preferred that to the snowmen and yeti actually..." ah, but yes, the larger serpent-dragon WAS of a huge help, as far as he was concerned. His ear fins lifted slightly as Alcie began humming a carol, and he arched a brow, "Musically inclined, Alcie?" he managed a small smirk, though he decided against commenting on her choice of song.

After eating a small chunk off the side of the gingerbread cottage, Deacon and his tinier companion were occupied grooming their fur contentedly with newly filled bellies. Okay, so even if he wasn't dead perhaps this trip wasn't all bad. Back in Halloween there'd have been something dreadful in anything Ginger tried to bake, ruining the simple sweetness of it.
When he decided it was time to move on, Deacon stood and shook the snow from himself. The Torterror ripped away a couple more pieces of gingerbread hastily and stuffed them into its cheeks for later before scurrying over and climbing onto Deacon's back.

Alerick was thrilled to not have to worry about his pack, and tripping due to it. He had his little loot bundle in his mouth as he bowed his head to Draven, the best he'd do for a thank you for now. Following Eracs, who had decided where they would go, he glanced about at all the fighting students before pawing at Draven and giving a questioning look, silently asking if he'd been involved in any fight yet.
He hadn't seen him attacked, so he doubted it, but they weren't together this whole trip so maybe he had been. Ears flickered, picking up the sounds of talking and fighting his tail swayed behind him lazily.
Looking at the little lanes and the small homes the werewolf was interested in t all, and if he had the time he might very well stick around for a short while and sniff at everything and inspect it all - get to know this place.
