Lo's soft soled shoes made almost no noise as she walked down a wooden path way on the outside of the building. Observing the nature outside the dojo rather than venturing inside. 'Even though this is a place for fighting it's fairly pretty.' her thoughts steered momentarily from finding her Dawn Elf companion to observe the peaceful surroundings as she walked. Normally she would have found the entire place loud and annoying, but there didn't seem to be a lot of the normal meat heads running around.
Looking for her friend Adiel was turning into a much bigger task than she had bargained for. Lo had gone off to find new clothes that were better suited for her, but had forgotten where Adiel might have gone off too. The dojo seemed like a good place to start since the younger of the two liked to train with swords. 'Hm?' Stopping in her tracks Lo was happy to hear a voice somewhere on the grounds, but didn't exactly recognize it as Adiel. This voice seemed somewhat deeper and male.
Making her way towards the voice Lo found herself in a kind of outdoor training area. Hiding behind a pillar of the dojo she could see both Adiel and a human male. Lo's keen eyes narrowed slightly at the sight of the human. Humans had caused her much trouble in the past and while Lo didn't share the same burning hatred for the race of men like the rest of the Dark Elves, she couldn't say that she liked them. It was more like she could tolerate the race, but only from a distance. She didn't understand the reason to hate humans as a whole, but humans who practiced in combat were exactly the kind that got under her skin. 'Just...ignore him.'
Ignoring the human male for the time being Lo reached up to her earring and ran her hand over the smooth pale stone while closing her eyes for a second. 'Now, time for some fun.' Opening her eyes Lo vanished from prying eyes like a leaf in the wind. Twisting the light around herself, Lo made it almost impossible for the untrained to see her self clearly. Lo walked carefully closer to the blonde elf and old man wondering just how keen her companion was to her surroundings now.

This ability conjures her influence in the mana rather than his, allowing for a unique spell. Maghlya will allow you to twist the light around you, making you invisible to the enemy's eyes. Those with good hearing/smell can still sense you, but many people will be unable. Striking, casting or moving too quickly will break this ability. This means all you can really do is walk. It's useful when cornered, as it's a very potent hiding skill. It's also useful when trying to use a surprise attack, although the technique will end the moment you begin the attack. The most common use of Maghlya's shroud is waiting for the cooldown on the Veil (teleportation) to come off, so that you may make distance between you and the target. Whatever training sensei had for her, Adiel had no idea what to expect as, she admitted too, that she'd been taken aback by the sudden bark of 'behind you' tensed her muscles in more ways than one. Twirling on one foot, her left leg swirled right around into a counter clockwise reverse roundhouse in a complete one eighty. As her foot met nothing but air as her instinctive kick attack would have connected with someone's throat a prompt position to crush a man's wind pipe due to her advantage in height.
'Nothing here... maybe... No. He's testing me?
Astonished at nothing in sight, her righted her stance and immediately done the next best thing. Something was around and the feeling of being stalked like prey was not her ideal choice. As her hand made a strange seal that her fingers made another and another. Like voodoo, her body distorted into a bend of light with a flash. It only lasted a second but it revealed Adiel still standing there with the final seal made, unwavering still and silent.
It was a lie. Like a cicada shell, the image of her was fake as it faded out like static as it wasn't light based magic at all, but ninjutsu. The real Adiel was hidden, clinging to the rafters of the roofed ring like a spider as her body faded out of existence. In the confusion of the jutsu, she had jumped up high at a blinding speed and twisted the light around to mask where she had really gone, not far apparently but i had even thrown off her mentor.
The man chuckled aloud but didn't proceed to say anything else, only watching how she was going to react to his little test.

The white bat fluttered through the wooded portion of the dojo outside of the ring as a single man stood outside of it. How strange but Gogo was here to train its new weapon. Oh what fun it was! The bat flew up and a rainbow magical display came as its original robed form was taken up again, forming its humanoid shape while it held the newly purchased weapon, a chain and a giant ball of iron dangling over the shoulder. Taking it in one hand, Gogo held the excess chain in one hand and twirled the chain with the ball of iron in the other up and over the head, the metallic sound of the chain getting louder with the whoosh of the metal ball. Chucking it once, the metal ball slammed into a tree and crashed through the bark and splintered it heavily before it was pulled back and spun vertically by Gogo. The giddy mime was smiling its glowing red mouth and twirled around in a dance and spun the ball of iron multiple time, crushing the ground around it as it kicked the chain, abruptly stopping its swing and sending it veering off in a horizontal swing at the same tree once again and this time the ball of metal clashed harder and deeper into the tree, breaking it completely in two. As it was pulled back, the tree cracked and protested against itself as it toppled against the surrounding woods and landed like thunder until it was silent save for the metal chain spinning like the devil's nunchuck and Gogo dancing giddily on its two feet, hopping from side to side as if the tree's destruction amused it.

Lo's glasses slid down the bridge of her nose just slightly as a lethal looking kick just barely missed her head. A breeze followed right after that shifted her hair a little bit. 'One step closer and that would've sent me flying!' She took a full step backwards to get out of arm- and leg -reach of Adiel. As soon as Adiel was back on her own two feet, she was making some kind of hand seals. Lo cocked an eyebrow as the girl before her started to glow much like before. Lo shielded her eyes from the blinding light that vanished as quickly as it had come.
Lo was still hidden by her own spell as she walked around Adiel to stand in front of her to get a look of Ad's face. 'To bad casting a spell would break my illusion. It'd be funny to see if I can scare her.' Lo thought as she walked back towards the entrance of the little training area. She didn't want to be in reach of Adiel if this didn't go like she planned. She had momentarily forgotten about the human standing close to her friend, but the chuckle that came from him was loud and clear. 'Ugh, it would be great if this scared him.' Lo turned back around to look at Adiel and the human male as she raised a hand. All of a sudden the light she had bent around herself returned to normal to reveal herself. A bright red circle of energy formed in front of Lo. "Hey Ad, look what I figured out~" she said playfully as the circle expanded to around 10 feet in diameter. [Learning Animalia post 1 of 2]
A long scaly beast of legend seemed to walk out of the circle that Lo had conjured. It's large leathery wings were followed by a tail as long as it's body that wrapped itself along the floor around Lo. It's large diamond shaped head wheeled about to look at Adiel and the human and opened it's mouth to show rows of sharp pointy teeth. "Lookie, lookie~" Lo said from behind her big, vermilion colored dragon. "And that's not all." with a snap of her finger the dragon pulled it's head back slightly only to let out a fierce roar and a stream of flames from it's mouth.

12341234• Projection Rank: D Description: The user will make the image of anything they wish appear before, or near them. Be it a man, monster, or object. Although it makes now sound whatsoever.
Adiel dispelled her own phantom illusion that hid her form. Disruption of training was a serious matter to the kunoichi and now the mage would become a literal punching bag. Adiel furrowed her brow with such intensity, her blue eyes even appeared to glow as she clung to the ceiling.
A great beast begun to manifest itself, a reptilian creature -- had she obtain a summon? No matter, Adiel had no choice as she released herself from the ceiling and dropped down. With no weapons but her shuriken, the ninja was at a disadvantage but proceeded to attack anyways as her arms uncrossed as a flurry of four-sided stars flew out to strike. Sixteen shuriken swirled through the manifestation as the wind energy extended from each blade, increasing their range and power.
Adiel touched ground and vanished once again into a flash of light. Her shuriken would have to deal with this creature, she would target Lo' herself. Within a moment of her vanish, the elf appeared behind the mage from her very shadow. Her blur would visible for a moment as her racial cloaking dispersed to reveal her. Right behind Lo' came a sharp knee aiming right for her left kidney to deliver a sharp stunning blow.
A small feeling in the back of Lo's mind sparked as she was finally able to sense some magic coming from Adiel. Lo was starting to think she should have waited for her friend to finish training with the human. Whipping her head around at the right time to see her shadow turning into Adiel. Or rather a blurry version of the elf trying to kick her in the back. 'Oh no you don't.' The dragon vanished quickly, like it was never there to start with, as the shuriken attempted to harm the beast.
Darkness covered Lo as she pictured the area close to the human trainer and without a trace, Lo was gone. With a bright white flash of light though, Lo re-appeared about twenty feet away from the angry looking Dawn elf. "Okay, maybe I shouldn't have bothered you, but that didn't mean you could kick at me." Lo muttered. "But look at this way. Now you have a more interesting opponent." as she spoke a silvery, almost green-ish, wave of energy flowed through her left hand, which she had pointed at Lo. "And I've picked up a thing or two since our last spar~"
A strange silver staff took form in her hand. It was about as long as her, an inch wide and looked like a smoothed branch, except for the spiky end that was pointed at Adiel. She drew a large circle in mid-air with her new staff. From the circle a cold chill came just before a hundred dagger-sharp shards of ice flew out towards Adiel. At the same time a vermilion circle appeared at Lo's feet and covered her in a coat of red energy.

Upon disappearing, your location is wrapped in a dusk-colored shroud, and re-appearing is animated by a bright white flash. Of course, this is a very useful spell, but it may only be done once every other post. You can only teleport up to twenty feet away. It should be noted that you only project your [magical conscious] here, meaning you don't go blank or lose concentration while using this. 12341234• Exuo Rank: C Description: The arcanist creates what seems to be a blade of energy from his hand, wand or staff and shoots it at the target. It can easily cut clean through organic objects like it was a blade but strangely shatters on inorganic materials. 12341234• Energy Coat Rank: D Description: Since Arcanists need lighter equipment because they would be focused on dodging their enemies rather than taking the hit they created this spell. They will create a magical circle around them and from that they will be covered with a coat of energy. 4 E rank or two D ranks will break the defensive coat anything stronger than D rank will go clean through it like it was not there. It lasts till it breaks or 5 posts, which ever comes sooner. Has a 4 post cooldown period after it breaks or fades away.
Swish into all but air and no gain, the knee kick was all but wasted energy. Adiel brought her leg back down as her shuriken fell all around herself as the energy based dragon was no more. Illusions. Lo' was dipping into Adiel's territory of magic. Inwardly she smiled at this, maybe she would be a harder target after all. Still with no reply, she only awaited to see where her opponent shifted too and would act accordingly, already flicking a shuriken into her fingers just from sheer instinct.
Magic. Trust no anomalies, assume all is dangerous. She thought to herself as she caught sight of her reappearance in a veil of magic, her reply was childish but Adiel could care less -- her training had been interrupted and now she was the dummy. If a few bones were to be broken so what? Carefully observing each move she made, Adiel made a few notes mentally as energy emitted from the girl's hand, spell bad. Next was distance, roughly ten to fifteen feet, give or take and there was no real cover except for up above in the rafters and she would need to avoid mass scaled attacks -- sensei was right there.
In a span of only seconds, magic came to life and the all too familiar ice dagger spell became alive and well as they went straight for her. Next was something she had not seen before, better to not test it now. In a starting run, she went to the right to begin her counterattack and to outrun the incoming wall of ice. Flinging one shuriken, it was infused with energy as it came within contact of the ice daggers that were prone to hitting her towards the edge of this barrage. That single shuriken had then erupted into a five foot explosion of wind, its power counteracting the deadly ice as Adiel used this ruse as cover for her next movement for she was gone in moments as the crystal-like dust of the ice dispersed.
She had shadow jumped with daywalk, becoming all but a blur as the elf went airborne and vanished with her shroud to become difficult to see until her attack was executed. Instead of a full on strike, she was where she wanted to be -- her left flank. More shuriken were thrown but they would not reveal their deadly presence until within three feet of their target destination, a neat trick of illusion courtesy of her kunoichi training. These blades were only a distraction for regardless if they would hit or not, Adiel had the coup de grace already in place.
Flickering in from the midst of from just about nothing, eight perfect copies of the elven ninja appeared on the eight directional sides of Lo'. Each perfectly replicating a different move and each clone a phantom image besides one, the real Lo' off to her right. Each 'Adiel' continued forth with a kick or a punch but when attacked or they land their attack, they would disperse into a flash. The real Adiel commenced the Trimoon technique, her leg arcing in a deadly arc that would first strike true and hard toward the stomach. Should it connect, regardless of a barrier, it would further lift the mage a few inches off the ground and thus become vulnerable to the incoming shuriken while also being subjected to two additional crescent kicks, each aimed for the shoulder and neck respectively.
Elemental Star Rank: D The user focuses energy around the edges of the shuriken. It then alights with the primary elemental focus of the user. -Fire: A small rim of flames covers the edge of the shuriken. -Water: A thin coat of water covers the shuriken, adding to the length of the shuriken slightly. -Wind: Wind spirals around the shuriken, doubling its cutting capability. -Earth: Stone gathers appears the shuriken, making a blunt crush.
Shadow Jump Rank: E Description: By focusing the energy within the feet of the ninja he or she is capable of a sudden feat of speed. This is primarily used in hiding. The focusing time will make it useless for a dodge thus this is commonly seen used after a ninja throws a weapon while hidden. The hidden ninja just jumps into a different piece of cover.
Flash Throw Rank: E Description: By focusing the energy in the thrown object may it be kunai or shuriken you supress it from sight. Though it does not travel faster it cannot be seen until it has traveled a meters distance.
Mirror Image Rank:C Requires: Vanishing Description: After enough mastery of the previous skill the ninja is actually capable of maintaining the Mirror Image. He or she may use up to five images to attack the enemy, though purely for distraction purposes they disperse into mist when attacked. The mist created from these things are quite thick and can actually block the line of sight creating a much better opportunity to attack.
Trimoon Rank: D Description: A speedy combination where the figher uses a barrage of three sweeping continuous crescent kicks to batter an opponent's head and upper body. Even a single kick has the power to push an opponent's body at least a few inches off of the ground to leave the opponent helpless against the next attack. Sharp claws or toenails on the foot will also give these kicks a cutting edge, and could potentially slice open an opponent's face and throat if hit.
Take this! B[ Edit: Few skills may be missing from list. Daywalk is one and a B Rank shuriken was another from countering the magic attack -- they would cancel out respectively.
Lo blinked as an explosion of ice and wind erupted from a shuriken colliding with her ice dagger. The blast did more than stop a few ice shards from hitting Ad, it also seemed to provide her with a chance to escape again. 'Always disappearing in a flash.' she thought carefully looking around her as numerous thuds hit the opposite wall as the rest of the ice shards came to a stop. Focusing some energy into the palm of her hand Lo almost missed Adiel's next attack.
It was the whizzing sound, like an arrow flying through the air, that caught her attention. A handful of shuriken appeared out of nowhere on her left side. Lo quickly pointed at the shurikens and sent a stream of energy to the nearest ones just as Adiel appeared in several places all around her at once. Moving her right hand from left to right, Lo forced the shurikens to redirect their path and fly off towards two of the Ad's coming at her with a simple punch and kick. Both of the Adiel's vanished with a flash as the metal stars went right through them. 'Fakes.' A dark shroud began to form around her again as an Adiel on her right came at her stomach with a kick. As soon as the two in front of her had disappeared Lo ignored the rest. Almost flinching as one attacked her, but not feeling anything from the image.
The shroud wrapped around Lo completely, but instead of disappearing like last time, she stayed where she was. Catching the kick to her stomach Lo winced and was a little shocked by the force that threw her off the ground. 'There!' the real Adiel was the one on the right. Lo pointed at this Adiel and hoped that the fact that she felt that kick meant it was indeed the real dawn elf.
Now whie Lo did't want to seriously injure her friend, she didn't exactly like a bunch of Adiel's coming at her at all sides. Having the ability to cause an uncomfortable feeling was very handy Lo. Hopefully giving Ad a little scare would do well.

You can propel it, hold it in a certain fashion, and possibly manipulate it if it can be. This only forks for 10 Meters and 10 pound objects, and once it passes that mark, the objects falls victim to gravity again 12341234• The Veil Once More B An ability created by Empress Cirstec herself, this is probably one of the only defensive abilities of their blood. It can be casted faster than any known defensive spell, and lasts for only one post. It's as simple as being wrapped in the same shroud you use to teleport, but instead this shroud repels attacks of equal rank and weakens the damage of attacks ranking above (obviously, your natural boosts to magic power increase the Veil's power as well). Upon repelling the attack/spell, a smash of kinetic energy pushes outwards for about ten feet, and can possibly break the defenses of the enemy, or stun them for a moment.
12341234• Stone Breath C This is perhaps the most physically agonizing ability of all. Inhaling and exhaling will quite literally feel like swallowing and spitting out blocks of stone, smashing through your throat or crawling over your tongue. It's extremely uncomfortable, and will force the enemy to basically open their mouth as wide as they can, coughing and gagging constantly. The effects of this are obvious; reduced concentration by far, pain, as well as demoralization. This spell is often used against vampires to prevent them from using their fangs, or against cocky people who can't seem to shut their mouth anyway. It lasts for five posts.
Was each hit doomed to a vicious counter or a crafty displacement? Maybe mages were secret ninja trained just to annoy the ever loving day lights out of Adiel. Or just maybe the dark elf just had a streak of luck for once. Her kick and shuriken attack had been staunchly defended against rather than the lady zipping away like a bat outta hell. Met with her frustration and the sudden derailment of her plan, she felt her kick lessened by impact by an arcane presence and even her leg and body struck hard by it as it fluctuated outwards. Despite landing a blow, her attack was all but defended against as the shroud of magic was apparent and Adiel was forced back like an invisible hand sweeping her back like a ragdoll.
"$%#@!" Adiel wasn't about to let a barrier take her out for the count, not with sensei still observing as she let out an elvish curse. Despite being repelled by the magic, she regained control with a shroud of wind magic as a swirling dust cloud could be seen circling her legs like an air spout. It was there she was faced with a grey cloud billowing its way towards herself like a dark poison. Adiel touched solid ground as she ceased her spell to regain her composure and begun her seals.
Inching closer and closer by the second, the grey plume of untrusted smoke grew close and Adiel didn't move from her spot as she rose her joined hands up high above her head. The air pressure suddenly dropped as the wind had also ceased in the area. Tree leaves ceased movement and the sensation was like before a storm as a large magical pressure built up toward Adiel in just mere seconds. In the Angelica tongue, she cited words of power and her closed eyes shot open and the verses stopped. At this time the ominous cloud was inches from her as she pushed one arm forward with her palm forward and fingers curled in a side lung elongated stance with her left side leading.
''Air Vortex!" The stillness of the wind had went from a gentle calm to a raging windstorm in the form of a horizontal tornado, or a magical wind tunnel. Its churning winds kicked up violently and was quite abrupt as the winds easily dispersed the gas like a fart on a blustery day. Spiraling about in a clockwise manner, the wind tunnel pulled up boards of the arena floor, cracked the rafters above and even bowed the pillars that held the roof of the dojo as it would no doubt threaten to throw back Losidrenthennwen like a ragdoll and anything else without cover or the weight of an elephant to resist the intense winds. As powerful as the wind spell was, it would only last for a maximum of eight seconds, but more than long enough to cause visible damage on the surrounding area and hopefully a winded and battered dark elf amongst the carnage.
Air Vortex Rank B Requires: Air funnel Description: A spinning funnel of air of various sizes. This can be used to trap and disorient opponents or as a potent defense since it will deflect and repel any objects or even people and can even throw them back at an opponent. If it does not weigh more than an elephant you may toss it back. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Taking a hit wasn't high on Lo's list of things to do, but it was unavoidable at the moment. The black shroud that absorbed some of the force from Ad's kick, disappeared instantly as Lo fell over backwards and landed on the ground. "Owww." By no means could Lo take a punch, let alone a kick, and it was really starting to annoy her. 'That's the only problem with sparring against her. She always gets a hit in.' Lo thought as she pushed her glasses back up the bridge of her nose.
Lo ears perked up an elvish curse echoing through the training grounds. "Hey, watch the language!" she scolded while rubbing her stomach, which was sore from the kick she just took. Alarm bells were ringing in Lo's head as a pressure fell in the training area as energy began to gather around the Dawn elf. 'A spell?' Lo watched as her poisonous cloud seemed to succeed in getting Ad to do something, she just wasn't expecting such a big spell coming from Ad. "Wait a sec-" Lo was cut off as Adiel yelled out her spell.
The red coat of energy surrounding Lo blew away with the strong winds like a candle being blown out. 'Oh for the love of-' The wooden planks underneath Lo began to splinter and rip apart at the nails. Taking advantage of the earth beneath the wood, Lo reached under a splintered plank and touched the cool ground lightly. Almost instantly a large sheet of bedrock sprang up in front of Lo. Blocking the her from the strong winds, but not before a particularly strong gust blew the green ribbon from her hair. Lo's usually perfectly neat, long blue hair flew in pretty much all directions as she caught her breath.
Lo looked a little peeved at her hair not being up in a bun. She kept it that way so it wouldn't be in her way, get dirty, or get cut in a fight. Now it was down and in her face. "That's enough of this." Lo muttered while she pointed at the air above her. In the same second she stopped talking the large vermilion dragon appeared out of no where once again with a deafening roar. Lo was hoping that Adiel hadn't figured out that the dragon was a fake, but anything to get her point across was worth a try. "You've made your point already, so knock it off! Unless you want to blow away the building. Or that human for that matter." Lo spoke loudly over the roar of her mirage dragon and Ad's tornado like winds.

Not only are their casting times reduced by one post, but their spells are increased in size and range (and speed... slightly). This can also be performed as a slab or sheet of bedrock thrust out of the earth's surface. The shield can be hurled at the opponent for a quick retaliation.

From the entrails of Kusana, creeped a large energy force approaching the two young woman. The trees creaked eerily as they whispered in Old Entish of a promising fight going on. The King's stepped roared like thunder among the leaves. An aura of Despair would commence overtaking the area and obscuring all other forces nearby, but that was not his purpose. He was there to be a witness to their strength and perhaps to train them if need be.
The thundering steps continued. His hands kept their straightness like a march until the very end. There was no contact between him and the branches that stood in his way because they moved all by themselves for his arrival. When the leaves stopped their whispering, the figure of the King had arrived, and then he stood still just looking at the dojo, but standing outside. He didn't talk, just watched carefully. These young ones had great power within them, and he sought for that same power to restore the strength of his nation.
Equipment: Longsword of the Forest, and Shadow of the Forest's Armor. No passive effects.
Forgive the mess, sensei. But this has gotten personal.
Winding down as the mage effectively defended herself, the winds would become the least of the problems for once as the tornado slowly had ceased over its span of eight seconds. The Dawn Elf stood motionless as she muttered in her elvish tongue at the mere image of the bellowing dragon illusion once again. There her voice carried over the winds that had since ceased and now a headache inducing roar commenced but the elf raised her hands, one doing a single seal and the other aimed at the dark elf from afar.
Channeling great energy in the redirected shuriken that had fallen and struck her mirror images, they were still located all around Lo' and active with the minuscule energy that had not left their metal. A thin webbing of energy shot forth, almost invisible to the naked eye unlike to Lo' to whom could sense such energies, it phased through the phantasm dragon and clutched itself to the bedrock wall. The elf pulled back with a forceful nature as the barrier would break apart from this net from the spell hands of intrigue with the full intention of turning her barrier into a shrapnel weapon. With the rocks aiming to disperse the dragon illusion, Adiel freed her hand as a golden light circled her once more as she ran forth at full speed. The large chunks of the wall were still mid-flight as the woman shoved her hand forward, this time a concave forcewave of raw energy shot out and intercepted these flying chunks and would thus repel them back at her in the mean time like an earth spell. It was her very own creation and spectral opposite of the net spell, hands of repulsion.
With Adiel in a head-long charge and the rock sharpnel attack heading straight for the dark elf, the kunoichi sought to bring the match much more close and personal. This was no longer training, it was her pure-blind rage of annoyance even if this woman was her long-life friend and she was her vassal regardless. But she had to perfect her skills against a mage and it was in a nutshell, training. She had disturbed her original training to begin with, and Adiel already decided for her to be a punching bag. Literally.
"I have not, Losidrenthenwen. I have just begun to learn. Fight me like I am your enemy!" She yelled out, her eyes focusing energy as she prepared her next skill that were specifically augmented with her eyesight alone. At a glance the woman would be seen with an enraged look, ready to slaughter a victim who may have insulted her or Solonor.
It only took a few seconds before the wind died down and Lo could stand up without the fear of being blown over. Lo felt the familiar pressure of a spell being cast from behind the safety of her rock wall. 'Oh now what.' she thought and brushed her hair out of her face. Being able to feel a spell was helpful, but being able to see through a rock wall would have come in handy right then. A sharper twinge went through her as she felt a smaller source of energy attach itself to the rock wall in front of her. Lo held out her hands, palms facing outwards, as her shield became a weapon for Adiel.
Lo frowned as the web like strings of energy caused the rocks to basically squish her dragon like a bug. The creature was nothing more than phantom of the real thing, but Lo still liked it and was annoyed that it was so easily destroyed. Being able to see Adiel clearly was a blessing and a curse to Lo as two large magic circles appeared at her fingers. Lo's eye brow twitched in annoyance at the sound of her full name being used. It wasn't like she didn't like the name, but it reminded her of being scolded by her mother when she was younger. "You are so stubborn! Fine!"
Lo stepped towards the charging Dawn Elf and moved her hands into the magical circles. Five silvery-white crescent shaped blades shot of the circle in her left hand straight at shards of bedrock. Much like Ad's earlier move to block or ice shards, Lo's crescent shaped blades hit the shards with a much greater force. Shattering the earth into harmless pebbles.
She knew that Adiel didn't like to be interrupted when training, but this was going overboard and while Lo didn't like to be fighting for the sake of fighting, being called by her full name was a big no-no. Especially when there was a human within ear shot. She moved her right hand slightly within the circle and sent three crescent blades flying at Adiel.

The arcanist creates two circles of magical energy beside him/her and then he/she will drive their hands into it and move their arms to throw it forward. The circles will not move but launch crescent shaped blades of energy that can slice easily through anything weaker than itself. Like a quick footed samurai warrior hacking away at a man in numerous cuts, the boulder chunks were quickly disposed of by the mage. It was at no surprise for Adiel, considering this was her 'sister by name' that she had been fighting. For it would be no greater than to actually have a fight to be in danger with for once, but Adiel would not hold back at all. The shuriken around Lo' now glowed a bright white as a magical power would swirl around her, each one ready to become a great detonation.
Thinking ahead with her tactic, Lo' would either block or teleport herself out of danger knowing the danger of the shuriken. But she would not release their facade as of yet for she was in danger herself. Three of the blade storms were well on their way toward her, ready to make an elven to go meal for the hounds that lurked in the woods. Yet she had to close the distance and now. But unlike before, she felt off, taken aback by a change. It was subtle at first and then it grew like an icy chill down the spine. Was it Lo' and her magic? No. It was something unholy.
The elf didn't think too much on it as her perception of magic wasn't the best. But did the dark elf also sense this unusual presence? It was not sensei, the old man was well beyond his days of any true power.
The first silver magic blade came close and the nimble kunoichi had all but evaded its silvery death with a twirl on her heel. It all but whiffed through her hair as her speed was great enough for such a feat as the next two came. Twisting her body almost unnaturally, they too were avoided with a graceful display of an acrobatic performance. Normally Adiel would not be capable of such maneuvers but with a very close look at her body, her eyes, she was under the influence of the god solonor with its graceful enchantment with the glow of her eyes a golden sheen but came to an easy blue. It was also how she was able to sense the new presence of the aura that slowly crept in the dojo.
Her senses, movement and holy magic were all at its peak as this was her very trump card to use. The elf ran in close to close the distance once and for all, her speed suddenly jumping to all but a sudden blur as daywalk propelled her forward within just four feet of the dark elf. Not only that but her gaze, fixated to Lo', would inflict its curse upon the dark elf as the light of Solonor would threaten to heat her body much like the woman's own cursed magic. A wide array of aliments would befall her unholy blood from nasuea and dizziness if she did not counter there and now as the elf was right in her face, rearing back her arm for a single slash aimed to deck the mage across the jaw with the tanto she had drawn from the folds of her kimono. At the same time, the shuriken that laid all around them glowed even more brightly and would commence into a large multi-scale chain-explosion to cover a thirteen foot radius threatening to engulf the both of them into its wind infused fury aimed in a desperation attack to overcome the dark elf's magic.
"Flurry of Styx, Ending of the Seven Hells! Commence!" Adiel's voiced echoed with her dagger swinging as it was her one and true trump card attack.
Lo looked off to her sides, momentarily taking her sharp yellow eyes off her dear sister to look at another threat. The shurriken that were laying on the floor glowed to life in the same holy light that Adiel normally gave off in a fight. It was always flashy, bright, and much so warm that it literally burnt her if she got to close.
Looking back at Adiel, who was getting uncomfortable close to her magic blades, Lo felt something underneath the brightness around her. It was the exact opposite of what Adiel's Holy energy was like. It something darker, much darker than the shroud she covered herself in before. 'What...' Lo momentarily let her guard down, letting her arms fall just enough to break the circles that caused the blades to materialize in the first place. The shattering of the circles caused Lo to snap her attention to the Holy elf making great work of dodging her crescent blades.
Lo narrowed her eyes to look at Adiel closely as she dodged the weapons. Although she had avert her glance almost instantly because of the burning effect the Dawn Elf giving off. 'More Holy Magic.' taking a step back and towards the right to avoid Adiel, Lo could feel her whole body being burnt by whatever spell Adiel was casting. Sweeping her left arm from her right shoulder, just as Ad's sharp tanto cut across her face, a familiar dark shroud was pulled over Lo's body like a cloak. It dampened the effect of the holy magic, but not entirely. At the same time Lo reached up with her right hand as if to grab at the dagger Adiel was bringing down at her.
Lo couldn't help but smile a little as Adiel had succeeded in getting into a close range fight with her finally. It was what her friend seemed to be doing from the start after all. Lo quickly let the smile fade and pushed a large amount of energy out of the palm of her right hand to force Adiel's dagger to a complete stop. Lo couldn't look Adiel directly in the eyes at the moment, but luckily the dozen or so exploding shurrikens surrounding them were a good distraction.

It can be casted faster than any known defensive spell, and lasts for only one post. It's as simple as being wrapped in the same shroud you use to teleport, but instead this shroud repels attacks of equal rank and weakens the damage of attacks ranking above (obviously, your natural boosts to magic power increase the Veil's power as well). Upon repelling the attack/spell, a smash of kinetic energy pushes outwards for about ten feet, and can possibly break the defenses of the enemy, or stun them for a moment. 12341234• Ascendare Rank: C Description: Its basically a version of Acsio but a push this time. It has more power enough to push a human being a meter back. This is usually used to keep a target far from the user thus avoiding getting attacked. It can be used on enemies weapons but not the bullets or arrows because they are too small and fast. 12341234 12341234
