I walk up to the skeleton and look for a nice bone to break. Perhaps the neck...I think to my self. I reach over breaking the neck, wrist and fibula. I get my wand out and point it at the skeletons neck, concentrating deeply. Healing a neck isn't easy.
I whisper "Episkey" and watch as the bone knits itself back.
I move onto the wrist "Episkey" I wave my wand. Nothing happened.
I tried again this time keeping the wand still.
"Episkey" I grin in satisfaction as the bone re-knits. I kneel to heal the fibula.
"That was easier than I remember..." I trail off making my way towards the cat.
I break the same three places. The only trouble I had was with the wrist, again. I kept waving my wand. I held my wand still and it healed at once.
I let a brief sigh escape my lips before taking a seat in the corner.

Meiko smiled warmly as she spotted a new face in the room. She approaches LeBookworm and says serenely. "Don't worry, you're in the right room. Welcome to Hogwarts, I'm Meiko."

With Aludra pressed up against me part of me wanted to cave in and tell her, but if I told her the surprise would not be as great, so would just have to learn to be patient with somethings."I'm sorry I can't it would just ruin the surprise later, you are just going to have to be patient, but I promise you this, that patience will be well rewarded later."

Ravenclaw, 2nd Year
Over-hearing Daemon's advice to Wolf, Nam tried to apply it himself. He broke off the arm he'd accidentally mended on backwards and turned it around right. He imagined a seamless bone, truly wishing for it to heal properly. "Episkey." The bone resealed itself instantly. Not believing it, Nam jostled the arm around, but it didn't break again. Holy --- this must be the first time I've properly done a spell! His heart fluttered as he enthusiastically went on to the finger, beaming like a moron.

 Dorian, 1st year. Dorian walked into the room and saw his fellow students practising what seemed mending charms. His eyes sparkled with anticipation and excitement as he took out his wand... he walked over to the skeleton dummies. He went up and snapped the arm at the wrist with precision " episkey" His face held an expression of utter concentration as he uttered the incantation and the bone mended itself almost immediately. Dorian was thrilled at the effect of the charm. He moved onto the leg and caused it to splinter rather suddenly. He pointed at the fissure and louder this time he said"episkey!" to have the bone appear as though it had never been broken.

Okay everyone your doing great, now those of you who have healed the bones of the skeleton and cat, try the gerbil. *conjurs a fake gerbil skeleton* These are some of the smallest bones, so try on healing these ones, try at least 5-10 times, to make sure you have it down.

Alex walks in the class and some people up trying to practice the spell "Episkey" on a skeleton. she walks over to one and starts breaking his arm she then says "Episkey" and it mends itself

Kima started on the task set to her. She broke the tiny bones and began mending them. After a few attempts, she finally got the hang of the healing charm.
