Can my character have a seal on his hand where he keeps his weapon? If so, does he need to learn a jutsu that puts the seal there?

Could you train a jutsu while sparring with another RPC? To be more specific, what if you assume that your RPC already know the technique that you wanted to learn, and just have them remember the basics of how they trained the jutsu in their post while sparring, would that be valid training post? confused

Thats a negative brother. You cant just say he knows a technique then suddenly remembers how to use it. That would be FAR to easy.

How do I learn Taijutsu styles that aren't village styles? Like the Drunken Fist (forget the real name) and the like?

You learn every Taijutsu style the same way.

Yups. The village title in each style is just explaining where it comes from. Same as all the rest, you just roleplay that you got the scroll or whatever from the dojo.

No. I know how to learn them. How do you get the scrolls?

To better clarify; you simply roleplay that your character is taking the scroll / instructions from a scroll rack / shelf / etc.
