Gamabunta leaped as he detected her chakra and formed a seal as he spewed water bullets at her decimating the kunai in route before they even got close. "I hope you can use fire as you say so boy, I might need some matches in a second, Suiton: Teppoudama!" Again he released three bullets of water at Bast each targeted slightly in the direction she was inclined to dodge. But it wasnt just wanton fire, the sand which was usually quite dry was becoming thick and slimy around her feet as it absorbed the masses of water. Her moves would become slower on the ground now and if she landed too rough she might get stuck similar to quick sand.

Bast formed a hand sign faster than the two would notice, and just before the water bullets hit, it seemed that there were two of her. In that same moment, one of them disappeared.
The bullets hit--all six of them--where they had been aimed. As the mist began to clear, it became evident that her shadow still stood in the area, standing on top of the sand and apparently waiting. She looked bored, and even yawned before running for the massive beast before her. The sand nearby it had been disturbed slightly, even when compared to the upheaval created by the water bullets, but had been so before she started running. Meanwhile, a minute ripple, barely noticeable at ground level by the average Shinobi, made its way toward the massive toad.

Gamabunta smirked as he pulled out his Yakuza sword and drug it across the ground aiming for the attacker, though his sword ran along the same line at which the ripple was and collided with it soon as he swung upwards. "So thats her trick.." Howaido murmered as he made three seals and gathered chakra. Gamabunta jumped up after slashing at the attacking Bast and as he swung a massive tsunami of sand occurred being launched by his swing.

As the sword made contact with the ripple, nothing happened. The blade passed through it as if nothing were there, and the ripple kept going for another few meters before stopping. The attacking Bast disappeared, having been nothing but a normal Bunshin. Everything remained still, at least as far as the eye could see. Underground, there was the smallest of movements, the size of individual sand particles shifting. A pool of silvery sand was rising to the surface.

Gamabunta made another seal as he spewed an oil bullet,"Gamayudan!" Howaido had only caught the move because he had been watching carefully, but now he was at a loss of what she was doing rather than where she might be. He was curious what gambunta meant though, spraying so much steamy oil,"Get ready with that fire boy!"

The cloud of silvery sand formed a body, pressurized itself, and Bast shot out of the ground like a bullet, flying for the area next to Gamabunta on Howaido's side of the toad's body. She had avoided the oil completely and was making seals, preparing a technique to deal with anything that the toad might try with the oil. She still didn't bother noticing Howaido, choosing, rather, to treat the toad like an extremely stupid invader. She was wondering when the beast would realize this.

Silas was weary of the crevice and when he noted that there were no bandits in the area he sprinted off towards the desert in search of takumi the city of merchants!

Gamabunta turned to face her and did not make any sort of movement,"Now boy do it!" Howaido gathered his newly formed chakra and made the tiger seal, also a knew one and released a brandishing fire stream,"Dai Endan!" The fire ignited the oil as Howaido also ignited the stream of oil coming from Gamabuntas mouth at Bast,"Gamayu Endan!"

As soon as the oil caught fire, Bast held her palms out from her body in opposite directions. She activated Assassin's Rush, sending the mass of burning oil back at the toad, while the air coming from her other palm kept her in place. If the toad dodged the incoming wave of burning oil, he would soon have very few places to land, as the oil would splash against the outer walls of the Village and then spread outward over the desert.

"Quick use that water attack again." He growled as the boy suggested things to him,"I know that child... Teppodama!" The water bullets collided with the reversed attack to turn the oil into mere scattered steaming oil, it was still hot but no longer burning or reaching him. The oil fire on the ground though was beginning to stir up the sand around it into small glass pikes as the oil was denser than the initial sand.

In the last few moments of Assassin's Rush, Bast set the hand that had deflected the oil behind her and flew for the toad. The speed of the technique, combined with the vision-obscuring hot oil hanging in the air, would prevent any reasonable reaction to the woman's approach, as it would be nearly impossible to react between the time that the woman exited the oil cloud and the time that she was scheduled to hit the toad's skull. Jumping would prove to be too slow, dodging would take too long, and blinking or thought would slow the process down too much to make escaping a collision with the boiling hot, steel woman a possibility.

Howaido and Gamabunta would only get by with sheer luck as enacting their current plan would barely save them,"Hang on tight boy!" He yelled as Howaido released an electric slash as the Tepodama collided and braced as the electricity combined with the fire and glassy hot oil. The combination of the reaction happened instantly and as Bast came from the spread of oil splatter and a massive explosion occurred flinging Gamabunta and Howaido though not as hard compared to Bast who had a good set of momentum going. With the laws of inertia at work she would be rocketed way off in a slightly modified course with propulsion to boot and by the time he saw her Howaido had no idea how she would stop. So they took a second to recover and after a moment Gamabunta sighed,"Well kid its been fun, but I need a new pipe and Ive got no more time to play, you passed test one so good luck with your village stuff, I guess." With that a wide cloud of smoke exploded and the Oinin was left all by himself in the midst of a mess around him,"hmm..."

Bast dispersed in to dust as soon as she felt herself start slowing, and thus prevented being flung anywhere by the explosion. Immediately afterward, she noticed a lack of toad and hovered for a bit, observing at last the body of Howaido among the wreckage.
"Oi!" the cloud called down to the boy. "This is your mess, so you can take responsibility for it!"
The cloud swooped off, picking up the pipe along the way. Before she appeared anywhere else, the woman decided to drop the pipe off in her back yard.
