redface eek "No no no, nothing like that!" sweatdrop "He- he doesn't know and he doesn't need to know, really. It's just um... it's nothing, really. Just uh... forget I said anything!" She talked rushed and her face bright red, which she purposefully kept turned away from Nyxa.

OHMYGAWD she was a dummie. >_< That didn't make it obvious at all.

"N-nothing! Nothing! He's not even interested, I'm sure! He's completely unintrested!!" She squirmed and tried to inch away from Nyxa, turning even more vibrant shades of red than had ever befallen her features before. She wasn't just embarassed... she was mortified.

Oh gawd. Now it was her turn to hide her head in her hands. All that needed to happen now was Aly to walk in and Nyxa loudly proclaim this to him and the world and she would gladly sink into the abyss.

redface "Why... why don't you ask Ieyasu?" She blurted out and tried to regain her dignity, what was left of it, and her face started to very, very slowly return to normal. She of course had better come backs but she liked to keep her pity parties private.

Fae's new wooden sandals cluncked against the bottom of her bare feet as she trode along the grass right up to the Centre. Pueblo followed closely along, her fluffy tail swaying between her hind legs and her wings folded onto her back. In her beak she carried a small fish looking plushie, which she walked around with proudly. This was probably the only reason that she chose to walk instead of flight; to make sure everyone saw her new toy.

As Fae pushed the doors open into the Centre, she honestly had no reason to really be here. Perhaps she'd bump into a friend, or maybe she could do something culinary. Either way, Pueblo and her were there now, and they would pick out a pillow to rest upon.

Once they were seated, Fae reached out to tug at Pueblo's fish playfully and grinned. "May I see it?" She asked.

At first, Pueblo pulled it back, but being so leanient, her small beak opened to release. Her neck quickly dove down to nibble on her ankle to replace what was missing in her mouth, idly preening herself.

Fae smiled, somewhat dissapointedly. She could tell Pueblo wasn't going to be the tough Aerandir. Her hands kneeded the small plushie, watching out the window momentarily, then stared at Pueblo in a distant trance.

Fae tossed the little toy back to Pueblo who gracefully picked it back up, sat down, and begun to "nibble" on it. For a wolf with no muzzle, Pueblo sure seemed to still enjoy chewing.

Just as Alyosha seemed to troddle inside, Fae's eyes caught the movement. Once she saw who he was and how he had no shirt on, a faint tint grew in her cheeks and nervously looked down to Pueblo, then back up to Alyosha polietly. Not like she hasn't seen a guy without a shirt on, but she never really was so close before to one and hadn't any experience with guys. Soo modest. But hey! Maybe she could actually have a few words with him now. "Hey," she smiled from the corners of her lips. Something triggered in the back of her mind, however. Where had he just come from without a shirt? She merely wondered and didn't care to be nosey. "How have you been? Every time I tried to catch you, you'd run off," she said playfully, then stood up as Pueblo started pawing at the fish.

"Oh, how is Keanu and Kiiato?" She asked, remembering that was the last time they had left off. Fae hadn't remember meeting the new gryphon and she had only briefly met Kiiato. Pueblo probably still hasn'tmet half the inhabitants here still. She eyed Alyosha's pale skin, but quickly blinked and looked back to his face. She really hoped he hadn't seen her...'observing' him. <.<;

Fae's head leanedforward a little, her scarlet brown bangs shadowing her eyes in a soft smile. Her glasses slid down her nose somewhat as her index finger went to push them back up. Thoughtfully, as if she expected to see this new owner, her green eyes looked around the room momentarily. "No, I understand. I've been realitively busy myself. Making trips inland and arrangments with Rahujo..," he eyes flickered back to Aly. "That's sad news about Kiiato. I overheard she was just overwhelmed by the warm weather? It couldn't have been any contagious illness, possibly?" Fae just wanted to be certain.

Pueblo's head lifted, a tad delayed, as her name was mentioned by another voice. Her head swivled a little to the side and stared at him as the fin from where she held the fish dropped onto her forearms. He looked familiar and his demeaner felt reconizable. Quickly she stood up and started to walk forth. But, oh no! She forgot her fish! Ambivalent, she looked between Aly and her fish plushie, uncertain if she should go back to get it, or to continue goingup to the man. Oh, the irony!

Fae was glad to hear Keanu was in good hands. As Aly started to walk off to the kitchen in dire thirst, she followed along with him. "Ahh, sure. Something to drink sounds pleasing," she nodded. "I'll have whatever you're having." As she followed the shirtless-Alyosha into the kitchen, a question sprang up that she had been thristy to ask. "Oh," she quietly exclaied. "Do you have a pet cat?" A brow rose with the question, waiting for an answer before giving a reason.

Fae nodded. That was a logical enough answer for her. "Ah," she simply said to let him know she got that. He was, after all, making such a noise going through cabnets. So long as there wasn't anything going around on the island that could effect the Aerandir and their keepers, and herself.

As they exited the kitchen, she took the table they wandered to. "No?" She blinked and suddenly saw her glass being ready to fall off the edge of the table. Quickly, she dived for it without a second's thought and recovered the glass in her palm. What was that about? So..maybe it was her? Fae swallowed, staring off distantly and went quiet.

Fae's fingers curled around the cool glass of clear liquid. She eyed the substance with credence, then brought it to her own lips. Mmm, it was sweet. "Apple juice," she grinned and pipped childishly.

Another moment had gone by as she thought up an answer carefully. "Oh, I thought you would've known about a stray black cat wandering around the Centre? It, or possibly she, showed up right before the news about Kiiato." She took another sip, the sweet liquid satisfying.

It was obvious now Pueblo had chose the fish toy, but she wasn't one to snudge someone off. Briskfully, she clamped down onto its tail fin and sprinted over to the group. Spreading her wings, they lifted her up to the table where she could see everyone. "Peep," she trilled, dropping the toy at her feet.
