Zoey was back in her human form and she was kept in a confined room. She was pretty much locked inside. Of course there was a little cot in the room. It was more like a jail cell without being one. She sat in the corner of the cot with her knees up to her chest waiting for the scientist to come.
No longer when she was beginning to wonder when he would get there he walked through the technical door. The light on the outside of it turned green and it slid to the side letting him in. Zoey looked up at him and stood up from the cot. He walked up to her and raised his hand again. There was a loud smack and then a pause. "You disappoint me," he said to her.
Zoey's head was still turned to the side from where he had hit her. She was lucky, though she hardly got the punishment others got. Some were eletrified, some killed, some starved and so on. Zoe had been loyal to them for a long time and learned if she did things right her punishments would not be so harsh. Her cheek now red again she turned to face him. "I'm sorry sir," she said "It won't happen again," she said.
"It better not! What has gotten into you!! you were able to catch experiments before and now of all times when I need that boy!! You can't get him! You will get that experiment or I'll have to send David out to do your mission!" he snapped at her. Zoey said nothing and looked at him. David was the number one experiment he was always at the scientists side. Though David was a Tiger and she a werewolf and that not in play they hardly ever got along.
The scientist had been trying to figure out how to swap their experimental DNA so that Zoey would be the Tiger and David the werewolf. Though they had never succeeded yet. Zoey looked up hearing a beeping noise meaning someone came into the facility. "Come," the scientist said and she went with him to the front of the facility. The person who had come in was David. He was carrying a small male on his shoulder. David stood taller than Zoey and a bit bulky though he was built.
"Ah David you've caught one good take it to the store room where the others are," the scientist said. "And take 101008467 with you," he said. The scientist said David's name yet not Zoey's he must have been really upset with her. David smirked his canines a bit longer than a normal humans. "Sure," he simply said and started walking and Zoey turned and followed.
