In my opinion, FAR better than an array
IIRC, avenger needs a good high charisma, wisdom, and str, depending. So having a 17, 15, and 14 when you're going to have a +5 bonus to your skill bonus (half level and all) really isn't that bad.

So having a 17, 15, and 14 when you're going to have a +5 bonus to your skill bonus (half level and all) really isn't that bad. It really depends on how you're building the Avenger, though. I'd personally choose between Wis and Cha for your primary, and have Str be your secondary. 13s to work with are hellsa good, so your options are pretty open in regard to things you want pushed by the wayside.

Avengers need Wisdom, Dexterity, and Intelligence.

oops. IIRC - emphasis on the C xDDD Did a brief test build. If you leave the racial bonus at wisdom and boost Wisdom to 20, Dex to 16, and Int to 17, most of the checks you'll need to make should do fine ... But i suggest getting STR to at least +6 for Mod+1/2lvl If you use what i did after bonuses: 14 str 13 con 16 dex 17 int 20 wis 13 cha HP would be 81, speed 6, 8 init, 21 ac, 18 fort, 19 ref, and 21 will. You'll need the armor and feat bonuses that you can afford.
