I'm going to go with alein and enemy. An enemy that seems like an ally at first, all pleasant and welcoming. But it's all a trick to decieve your enemies.

Good or evil? Unclear. Maybe you'll start out distrusting, and enemy-like, but then form an alliance with the Doctor for some odd reason.
