"W-what the hell!" Six spluttered, staring wide-eyed at the mirror.

Suddenly she felt something strange trickling down into her hair and landing on her nose. A shimmering dusty substance blurring up her vision, she dropped the mirror in her haste to bat the stuff away and sneezed, stumbling back into the wall to cup her hands over her nose and mouth. It did little good and she began to feel rather woozy, slipping down the wall until finally losing consciousness and hitting the ground with a thud. Beside her the mirror began to shimmer and glow dimly.

Six looked around blearily, rubbing her eyes to make sure she hadn't just been seeing things.

'K-kami?' The girl called, her throat a little hoarse. With no response, she decided to get up and look for him. As she stood, a foreign clattering drew attention to the new attire she had on over her clothes from earlier today. She looked bewildered, holding up her arms and spinning around a bit. 'Huh...?'

The mirror caught her eye and she looked at it warily for a moment before spotting something else beside it. Walking over somewhat awkwardly, she leaned down and realized it was a bizarre sort of shield. She gave it a cautious poke before lifting it up, catching the glint of a sword underneath as well and reaching over to grab the hilt. Straightening up again with both in hand, she frowned and took another look around, the picture of confusion.

Six frowned at all of this, straightening up and having another look around. She nearly leapt out of her skin when the forest seemed to flicker. 'I am really confused right now...' She said aloud, half-wondering if this was a dream. If it was a dream it sure felt real. 'Alright, okay.' She said as if to mask her nervousness, turning around full-circle again as she reassured herself, 'Well, if it's a dream then who cares. Nothing scary that happens in dreams can--AAAH!'

Just as she'd stopped turning she saw something very strange--a particularly...luminescent...person? Coming right toward her. With a KNIFE? Throwing her sword up defensively, she yelped as whatever this thing was lunged at her, ramming into her weapon and knocking her back a little. Looking like she might completely lose her resolve, Six shakily held her sword out as if to stave off a second attack. The...man? Seemed to hunch over for a moment, and the forest flickered again. Then she noticed...he was human. Faltering a little, she stared wide-eyed. Did they all glow like this? What the hell had she gotten them into? Was it some horrible trap?

She sniffed the air before shuddering and stopping completely, her tail looking fluffier than normal. Whatever kind of human that was, it didn't have a distinct smell. She couldn't hear it pursuing though. Six turned again, looking around and gripping the sword tighter. Once satisfied that she was indeed not being followed, she spun back around. The dysadin jumped and gasped sharply. The mirror was now hovering in front of her. Wide-eyed, she took a few steps back and held the sword at the ready. There was a prolonged moment of tense silence.

'Hello Six,' It said aloud.
'AAH!'

She was about to ask what the hell it meant when she saw a dark lump obscured by the vine-trees. Leaning over to get a better view, she gasped a bit and yelled 'Kami!' before breaking into a full run toward the unconscious dysadin. Bumping into the rock, she looked him over frantically, finding he'd been wound up in vines but otherwise seemed to merely be asleep. She dropped the sword and shield. Beyond questions to adequately sum up the confusion she felt, the girl instead tried tugging on the vines, hoping to free him before any other humans showed up.

'That isn't going to work. You must know the right way to wake up a princess?'
Six stopped short, looking over at the mirror slowly.
'....Uhh...what?' She asked flatly.

'You're not really reacting like I'd hoped.' It admitted.
'You hoped I'd react like something else?'
'I've chosen a particularly dense one this time.' It seemed to tell itself.
'Hey--what? You're telling me--no no, hang on a second--you're telling me that Kami is a princess and I'm supposed to kiss him, and then he's going to wake up, and everything's hunky dory? And I'm the dense one?' She demanded hotly, playing into this stupidity if only long enough to question it.
'...Yes! You really haven't heard the story?'
'...Just tell me the stupid story.' She said flatly, losing patience.
'Certainly!' It said, hovering off to one side 'Once upon a time there was a queen who wanted to have a baby, and one day she wishes for one with skin as white as snow--is it ringing a bell yet?'

'Oh, great! Whatever that means!' She responded in exasperation.
'Anyway, you should know about it all. The girl runs off into the woods and finds a cottage, then she meets some dwarves. Yes?'
'Sure, why the hell not.'
'You are not a very enchanting person.' It remarked, 'Anyhow, the story goes on to say that she is around them for a while and then the queen finds out she's alive. She also meets a prince.'
'Okay?' She tried, finding none of this informative.
'Well, the queen poisons her! With an apple!'
She looked over at Kami, suddenly seeming gripped by dread.
'Well, they all thought she was dead! But then the prince comes along and kisses her and she wakes up!'
'...Wow. Because that makes sense.' She commented.
'You haven't heard of this story?'
'No! Okay! I've never heard something so stupid before!' She yelled, frustrated, 'Is Kami going to freaking die? Because I am going to have a really tough time explaining this to Mrs. Kudoa!'

'I have never met a human who didn't know the story of Snow White.' The mirror said.
'Well I--...wait a minute, what?' She demanded, staring at the blasted thing.
'It's a very well known tale.' It elaborated.
'You think that I'm a human.' She said flatly.
'Err. Yes?'
'...And you think Kami is a princess.'
'H-He has very long hair! It's most disconcerting!'
She could do little more than stare, dumbstruck.
'...Either way! Best to hurry, now, these stories are supposed to have happy endings.'
'I'm not kissing him.' Her tone remained flat.
She jumped, noticing the forest flicker again out of the corner of her eye. Looking back at Kami and the vines, she saw them do the same for a split-second.
'...I--' She started, looking back up, only to find the mirror was gone.
