We'll return to Besadal once we've formed a plan. As I understand it, this shapeshifting man plans to remove the governing body by force. As it stands, there is no safe place to hide since they know of us. Quite right. Your people will be able to return to how things once were. *Turning away, he chose a nice solid wall and stood before it. With a slow wave of his hand, a massive vortex appeared on the wall. For a moment, it was nothing but a swirling expanse of black. Just then, it connected with the other side, and the image of the facility bunkers appeared within*For all of those coming to Gaia, please step through this portal. It leads to the safety of my facility, and you will travel from here to there in the blink of an eye. ~MK

Several of the resistance looked slightly hesitant. They stepped forwards anyway, as Kelissa was giving any stragglers the evil eye. She turned to her daughter, and motioned to the portal, signalling for her to go first.

*He seemed hesitant as well, seeing MK not as an Akumoni, but as a human in a labcoat. He had this sensation as if they had all become lab rats, though he shook it off and left through the portal with a good half of the resistance in tow* *MK waited behind, as once he went through the portal would close*Those who have not passed through by the time I do will remain behind, so please exit now. ~MK

Ushering the last of the stragglers through, Kelissa followed them into the portal, and out of Besadal.

*With all 37 of the resistance having gone through, including Gaertim, Kellissa, and Asphyxia, MK himself followed after, the sounds of shouting guardians trailing behind. The Portal in Besadal closed, just as the resistance base was overtaken*

*A time-space portal opened within a grotto, just beneath a hill that overlooked the southern plains; A vast ice field covered in shadows, where in the distance loomed a tall tower built of what appeared black ice. MK stepped out first, and surveyed what was before them*That there in the distance... Could that be it? *Leucosia came forth from the portal, also looking beyond*
Maybe. What do I know though, I've never been near here. Too dark.

'Worth checking out all the same though,' Evza added, as she exited the portal.

*The portal clapped shut behind them, and MK looked back, then forward again*Well, there is one positive side to this... It's that you're out here alone with two women, right?

Oh come now, this one isn't even one of us. But he does look strong~ ... What I was going to say, is that we're not a group of hobbits. Reminds me of a story I once read. *MK climbed out of the little hole and started down the hill*

Oh don't worry Eevee, more of you for me then. *She giggled and pet the fox on her shoulder, then descended the hill after the other two*

Garters hmm? I think that's a good place to reside. ... Right then. Seems to be a twisting ridge that goes about halfway, but once we get that far we'll need to get crafty.

'I don't even have any garters. We should probably keep an eye out for guards from here onwards,' Evza suggested.
