"There are two bedrooms, unless you don't need them of course, but one isn't furnished, from what we understand. We just got here about an hour ago ourselves." Daire said as he moved inside, to set their bags down, Kat following behind him. "Thank you for showing us up.." he said with a smile.

Bastian blinked, as if realizing someone was in the room again.
"Oh . . . . umm, yes, no problem."
He stood up, brushing his clothes off aimlessly and slipped out of the office, twitching his head to the side, indicating she should follow.
He smiled softly, leaning over to kiss Tristian on the cheek softly, murmuring,
"You're so talented, I had no idea."
He nuzzled his cheek and looked up at Yoshiko, grinning lazily.
"What can I say? I'm a dramatist at heart."
"My pleasure," Bianca beamed brightly, cocking her head, "Do you guys need anythign else while I'm here?"

Tristian smiled softly, but shook his head modestly. I'm not that talented...it's just something i've done since the day I was created...He smiled brightly to Lucius and kissed his cheek as well, before looking back to Yoshiko. Do you have something that you'd like to give a little life to?

as she hurried after him, her short height
resulting in the need for her to walk faster to
keep up with him.

"Okay, then, see you around!"
Bianca waved, dropping off the tenant set of keys on a table as she moved back out of the apartment and into the hall.
Bastian led the girl up the stairs, mentally calculating as he went for how much and when he could get a new set of keys. When he passed Bianca on the stairs, he lifted the keys from her.
"Go through the old tenant files and get them in order, neh?"
Bianca nodded, and smiled at the girl, before wisping past them down the stairs.
Bastian reached Heart's room and pushed the door open, holding it for her.

Tristian tilted his head slightly to Yoshiko, pondering a way to make it so she could have something animated whenever she wished. He smiled brightly after a moment, and held out a closed fist. How about this...he said softly, his bright smile reflecting in his voice. He opened his hand, and small orbs spilled to fill his palm. You can use these to animate a charm, whenever you want? He offered the small orbs to her, a rather childish excitement filling him. All you have to do is take one and hold it in your hand with the charm, and think about it being alive. When you open your hands, it'll be filled with life! His eyes sparkled as he looked to her, hoping she'd accept the small gift. And it'll stay animated until you decide that it's time to return it to normal...in which case just hold it in your hand and remember it as it was.

Lucius sat back and smiled, letting Tristian have a little fun and socializing without him in the picture, thinking about what Ashili had told him. He'd need help. A lot. Yoshiko could do that. But now, or any time soon, was not the time to bring it up.

Yoshiko's smile became, if possible, even brighter. "That's absolutely wonderful!" she said softly,genuinely touched. She accepted the orbs and held them up to inspect them, turning her hand this way and that. "You are an absolute miracle, tris-kun." she got up and rummaged around to find a jar to put them in, then placed them on the table. "May I hug you, tris-kun?"

He picked the keys up off the table and placed them in his pocket before he and Kat started to unpack their things and get settled in.

Yoshiko's question made Tristian's heart dance, and he nodded to her and moved his arms out, much like a child to his mother. Of course you can hug me! he laughed, cheeks just barely pink, his voice a light laugh.

After standing outside of the apartment complex for several minutes, Nikolaus smiled a wisp of a cruel smirk and made his way through the door. Ducking through the doorway as not to hit his head or horns, the tall man scanned the main floor of the building with his dark eyes. In a dark red and green three-piece suit that perfectly matched his wings, tail, and horns 'Laus liked to think he made an imposing figure. Of course, the shock of dark auburn afro didn't help any.
After making his way to the office door, he languidly relaxed against the inside office wall and waited for a landlord to appear.

room. She pulled her bag up in front of her
as she stepped by him through the door,
looking around the room before casting a

Bianca padded down the last few stairs and looked up, stopping dead in the doorway, eyes wide. She blinked, several times, curiously, and surprisedly, studying the lurker.
"C-can I help you?"
Bastian blinked, looking more than a little bit ineffectual, shifting from foot to foot.
"Uh, is it all right? D'ya need anything?"
