His dreams were murky, confused. He struggled to escape- and did.

He sat up, the sheet over him falling away as he rubbed his back, and found the shrapnel had been removed. His healing factor had taken care of most of the damage, but he still moved carefully,as he felt the wounds pull when he moved.

He looked around- this wasn't the Gate-Ship, so it must be the other vessel. He rose, and waked through the ship, following the voices and mechanical sounds to the cargo bay. He looked at the Anthros in the bay, then his attention turned to the 'bots hovering around a Erinyes. He tensed, until he realized the things paws were strapped to a tabe- examination of some kind. He didn't care, so long as it stayed restrained. He saw a white and blue furred Anthro lying on a bench- the one who had saved him. He wondered what his name was... and decided he'd get it when his savior was awake. He turned his attention to the Anthro's again, one of whom seemed to have a shadow carrying him.

"All right....whats going on here? And does anyone have any valid ideas for getting us out of here?"

Lasten paced the cargo hold, wondering how to answer. The whirrs of the drones as they scanned the Erinyes strapped to the table was...distracting. He came to a stop, and pivoted around.
" first off. You are correct, I am not human... precisely. My kind call ourselves Lanteans. We are the first evolution of humans; they are our descendants."

He resumed pacing, and a glint of light off something on a table drew his eye. He stepped over, and uncovered...

-Ah. Looks like our white furred friend has been collecting trophies....-

He hefted one of the Dragon's Claws, then set it back down.

" My name is Lasten. just Lasten; I don't know you, so I see no reason to share my family name"

He pulled out one of his swords and looked it over, and saw a series of nicks and scratches from Erinyes scales marring the otherwise flawless surfaces of the blade, and rummaged around until he had found a cleaning kit, then proceeded to wipe and repair the blemishes. He looked up from his work to look Rocky in the eye.

" as for what I am doing here....I have no idea.My crewmates on my ship have been dead for millenia, and I cannot return home. So....I have no reason to be here, other than you are the only life on this planet so far that doesn't want to kill me"

Rocky sat down again and pulled his kiseru out, lighting it and taking a few drags. "Rocky LaRouge, son of the goddess Amaterasu... Seeing as you're evolved from humans, you've got to be crap-ton's smarter than they are, right? Because the humans back on Earth.. I loathe 'em." He continued. "If you've been here for so long, how come you haven't explored the place or anything? ...Have you?"

"Well nice to know that he's ok..." Todd said as he sweatdroped before hearing Rocky making an introduction. He walked over to Lasten and held out his hand "Hi I'm Todd." he said smiling a bit "Nice to meet ya."

(about damn time....wonder why Ren didn't send a message or post here saying she was locking it....)

Dimitris was sitting outside the ship his eyes returning to normal after his craving had subsided. He sensed the creature approaching and fished his glasses from his pocket getting a good look at it. "Uh... um. I had no idea that you could talk." He kept a hand on the side of the ship in the sudden change that an attack would ensue. "Well then... please come in." He pushed off from the ship to his feet. The fox turned about and led the centaur inside to the midst of the ship where everyone was collected into the seating room.

Shadow sensing the revert in Dimitris made his way back into place without a word in seeing the centaur in the door way.
