Sora nodded and went to the end of the tree that wasn't being held. With a light grunt, the girl picked up her half of the weight and slowly moved the tree into position with her partner.

Nagisa nodded to Sora "Wow! I admit i had underestimated you! you are doing this fairly easy!" it was partly flattery, and partly true. She had expected Sora to be struggling more. She was showing some signs of strain, but so was Nagisa. Once tthey got to position, she called out. "okay, you lower your end now, and ill lift it into position." She raised positioned herself between the branches, so she could lift it without complication.

Sora nodded again. She was doing a really good job of hiding the strain of lifting the tree. Slowly, she lowered her half, resisting the temptation to simply drop it and be done with it. Simply dropping the tree wasn't going to help it survive. Trying to remain as relaxed as possible as her arms involuntarily tensed up under the weight, the girl continued to lower the bottom of the tree.

-------------- Arcus walked around and looked at the trees to find the best angle to cover all of the tree with dirt. Tsuchi Tou Tou! he said has he ran through some handseals he'd practiced a few times. He placed his hands on the ground. He channeled his chakra into the ground and covered the tree. Holding it in place and effectively planting it. Quote: Tsuchi Tou Tou (Swift Earth) Description: When performing this jutsu the shinobi places his/her hands on the ground and causes it to move rapidly away as if it were a conveyor belt. don't need to recite jutsu names out loud.
Can do 2 jutsu per post.
Move, dodge, and attack as if they were one rank higher,
hard for anyone below Jounnin to even track
----------------------------- ((we need a faster way to do this. one post at a time will take too long, plus it would count as different jutsus on Arcus' part... so i guess well have to bring the bugs back. Also, if the clone thing is illegal, then let me know. i dont remember seeing any limit to how many you can create with one jutsu. Considering my rpc is a speed ninja it doesnt matter in this instance though)) Nagisa let go of the tree and pushed it a little to make sure it was comfy. She then called her bugs, who were resting after finishing with the seed, and lifted two trees and held them in place with them. She performed a series of seals, and called out. "Raiku bunshin no jutsu!" creating two clones who then split up and started working on the larger of the remaining trees. The real Nagisa then motioned towards Sora. "I need more bugs to hold against that kinda jutsu, so the fourth we both get to plant." She walked towards the smallest tree. She should be able to lift this without having to fake at all... and lifted her end. "and if you think you can, we can make this even faster if you send some clones to set up another tree" ((i'm cheating and assuming Sora grabs her end... if she decides not to i can come back and edit this part)) Once Sora grabbed her end Nagisa walked with her to a new spot, and prepared to push it up like the previous one. ----------------------------- ((ooc: )) Chakra 27/31 (adding the cost for all clones) Current quest

-------------- Arcus frowned. At this rate, It would take forever to lift and cover each tree. He preformed a few more handsigns and focused his chakra. Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu He called out. A bunshin appeared before him. The bunshin walked over and started positioning the trees in rows. He glanced at his companions. Make clones, It'll make things faster. Position these trees in rows. Close together. I'll lift them all at the same time. He sat down and concentrated. He was going to have to go through the jutsu fairly quickly in order to get this right. Quote: Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Clone Skill) Description: This jutsu creates one single clone out of the ground. ((lol, you beat me to it with the clones it seems. did you not see that i was editing my post? I made it say so before i changed it. though, wouldnt they need to hold it since it isnt yet in any kind of hole? It isnt really stable until its buried))

Sora nodded and formed the seals for clones, creating about ten of them. All ten and Sora herself went to a single tree and started to put it into place. While the clones were a big help, each of them only had about a tenth of her power. In short, they were weaker than the already weak Sora. With a heave-ho, the group of Sora's managed to position the tree properly and waited for Arcus.

The trees that were being held by everybody were all covered by the sliding earth. He wiped his forehead and walked over to the last few. -------------- Arcus knelt to the remaining trees his bunshin had positioned next to each other. He knelt down to the ground and his bunshin walked over to one side to help stabilize the trees. Arcus pushed up his glasses and ran through more handseals suddenly happy to be so useful. [color-indigo]Doton: Doroku Gaeshi, he called out placing his hands gently on the ground and slowly pouring chakra into the earth. A shield began to rise out from under the trees, slowly lifting them as it rose. His bunshin ran around making sure none of the trees got off balance or slipped. Arcus continue pouring chakra until all of the trees were in upright positions. He then walked around with his bunshin, inspecting them all and making sure they weren't gonna fall over at random. Ok, Just hold these trees in place with your clones, and I'll cover them all with dirt. He said, finally, happy to be nearly done with this draining task.
