Do the Cavaliers spheres follow the senshi's as in they need to be "old" ideas??
rosemilk: Cavalier spheres are still dictated by the GMs.

Hi there. A question about the cavalier sphere/senshi sphere thing. It's a little personal issue. If it's a problem, sorry.I PMed in last winter to the shop mule and asked is the forest sphere out of limits because it's Cavalier Terra's element. I got following answer: Space Cauldron Not out of limits at all! Cavaliers don't really use magic, per se, and thus as long as it doesn't conflict with already standing senshi, canon or shop, you can go for it. We have senshis of autumn and winter and summer and spring, so there's already a precedent of these things being allowed! Now, there is said that "You cannot quest a senshi sphere that is a Cavalier sphere.". I'm a little bit confused. Does this mean that I can no longer quest for the forest sphere? I'm just wanting to clear things up so I can either continue questing this sphere or forget the sphere and move on. SO! I have a question about the new announcement <3
I know its been said before that all senshi have an inner want/need/feeling to find their princess. How does this new announcement effect that, since Sailor Moon/Serenity won't be showing up? Will they just always have that little feeling that won't be satisfied? Or will it be filled in by the introduction of new princess stages?
Its totally cool if you guys don't want to answer this yet because of meta reasons, its just something I thought of <3

I've got a question about senshi and negaverse leveling up.
Okay, I'm not entirely sure if I have this right; I want to make sure I have my facts correct. As far as I am aware, when senshi and negas are awakened... they gain 'supernatural' strength/speed/whathaveyou in their powered up forms (this being the reason lieutenants and senshi can... run over roof tops, and drop down from heights that normal humans would not be able to, etc).
When they level up to Super senshi and Captain, aside from getting a boost of their magical attack (Senshi), and a boost in weapon (Nega), I've been told they also get a boost in physical power. Like, in fight where a Captain nega is fighting fist to fist with a normal senshi... the Captain has the 'advantage' (even though, obviously, it doesn't guarantee their win). Likewise, a Super senshi would have the advantage over a Lieutenant, in actual combat.
So on so forth for Generals/Eternal senshi.
Is this correct?
I was also wondering where Corrupted Senshi stand in this whole ordeal, if I am correct in my assumptions/have the right info. Are Corrupted senshi more powerful, physically-wise than normal senshi? Or the same?
Shazari: Fielding this one first! Corrupted senshi are at the same power level as they would be if they weren't corrupted. A corrupted senshi's not intrinsically more powerful than a non-corrupted one.

Can we submit a request for attack revision. I've been told Castor's eternal attack is not as badass as it should/can be can actually use MORE power.

At the risk of sounding silly, I've been told DC is both near and not near a general coastline. How far away is Destiny City from any given ocean?

I know there's a thread correction thread for civilians, but I haven't seen one for powered-up characters. I was wondering if it'd be alright to request a small change to the cert info? Since Alcyone's super art stage is done, I was hoping to have her challenge "by my sisters the pleiades I shall strike you!" by changed to "I shall strike you!", since her new pleiades sisters aren't actually uh. female.

Silverah If your character's growth art is posted while they're in Tartaros, will changes be reflected in future RPs in Tartaros, or will IC powering up not occur until after the event concludes? codalion: I'd say changes will not be reflected in Tartaros, but other GMs can feel free to contradict. <3Shazari: Totally agree. <3Just as I suspected! Will you guys start taking questions from here and start making a general FAQ from them, (senshi ages, what x is, ect ect), at any point?
rosemilk: We might try to index this eventually -- honestly, flipping through this Q&A is recommended reading for anyone.
codalion: It's a great idea and we'd love to -- actually, the main reason we haven't already has more to do with time constraints than lack of agreement that the information should be indexed in a more searchable format. To that end, if anyone would like to volunteer to work on indexing the MQ&A, feel free to PM us about it! Otherwise we'll try to get to it as soon as is practical.

After being inactive for a bit, I noticed a raffle that was held in my absence -- then found Sailor Ceres lounging around in the diaries! OMFG! So, are the Asteroid-based characters Lunars/canon Senshi or are they not supposed to be? And am I correct in my belief that the "Zirconia" that was auctioned off is Kitty Zirconia?

So, curiosity.
Question One:
Senshi outfits vary in both complexity, design, and layering. Canonly, SM would rarely remark about the cold she doubtlessly felt in her skimpy uniform. But when she arrived at the negaverse, which was located at the north pole, well below freezing temperatures, she did remark on the chill, yet remained mostly unaffected by it. She also remarked on a few magical occasions where the area was effected by chill/cold/heat/ect.
So, here, the question is: Do uniforms offer a layer of protection against weather? Or, can negatively affect a person in weather? Like Quasar is summer is fine, but when winter hit he'd be like WTF COLD. Boras in winter is fine but on a hot summer day he is melting, (ignore the fact he is senshi of winter and base off of costume >w>; )
Shazari: They have a bit of a buffer in terms of weather endurance, yep -- which is why though Thuban went patrolling in winter, he didn't have to have his toes amputated or anything!
Second question:
Can season affect the strength of a senshi attack. Here, canon wise, Flora and the seasons are affected by the changes, but what of regular senshi? If Castor calls down hail on particularly hot day, to the ice chucks just turn into rain?
Shazari: This is at your discretion as a player, as far as how much you'd like his powers to fluctuate!

Bit random, but,
If Senshi 1 calls Senshi 2 on their special senshi-cellphone whilst Senshi 2 is in Tartaros, what happens? Does it go through to voicemail, or...?

For the Outside Tartaros event, would the youmas we create be unable to be used again? I'm asking since I've had ideas for youmas before and wondered if the one I wanted for Wolframite's Captain stage would have to be kept out of the youma idea process.
Cuter: If it's for Wolframite's Captain stage, I suggest you keep it out of this event since each youma in the OT Event will die in their designated battle.
Each youma consists of star seeds and no two star seeds are the same - thus the unique combination of seeds creates a unique youma every time! Like snowflakes, no two will be the same!
