~ContessaLeandra~ Hermes the Herald ~ContessaLeandra~ Mmm, don't mention it. And, if his Pooka character was bouncing around in here, there would be chaos. Maybe we could stick one exclusively in Ares's thread?
Still with tormenting him? Aiya, Hermes. ;P
Why not? He's obviously planning something. Otherwise he'd be online right now...which he isn't. I've noticed he's almost always online around these hours of the day.

Oh, that I know. He said he was planning revenge on you. But this argument can't go on forever. Someone has to be mature.
*points at Akherontis* And as for you~! Are you even looking at the link I gave you?

Akherontis Hermes the Herald Akherontis Hermes the Herald Akherontis Not here. Pookas are faeries. Faeries do not belong in Greece. Faeries belong in Britain and Scandinavia. They sound cool though, so they should be! Hell, we already have some Norse mixed in around here, what with Sindavra around! Yeah, but that's in roleplay. Greek cosmology has nymphai and satyroi, theoi georgikoi and theoi nomioi, silenoi and halioi. No room for hobgoblins and elves. The Otherworld is no place for Olympians and Hellenes. It would be cool if we had a Pooka roleplayer too...the name itself compels me to want one around. emo You'll have to find a Celtic mythology guild. Or wait 'till I start one, which will likely not happen anytime soon. I like to keep my cosmologies divorced from each other. One explanation for how the world and mankind was created is enough. The name itself? Do you know much about Pookas? I have a fair idea of what they are, but not much more than the basics. What's wrong with the fact that I think their name is pretty cool?

A Pooka would push Ares a bit TOO far, methinks. I quote the Sandman:
CORINTHIAN: I just vanquished Loki himself. So do we fight now, Robin Goodfellow?
PUCK: A Puck is harder by far to hurt than some little lord of malice from the land of ice and snow. We Pucks are old and hard and wild. But no, I think I'll leave. I think I'll take my adieus of this dull sphere. I'll return to Faerie perhaps. For a short while. Vex my lord Auberon, plague Mab, Maeve, Titania, or one of the other facets of the Queen.
Creation is my playground, after all.
It was a delight to make your acquaintance, messire the Corinthian. And I shall restrain myself from enquiring whether you take your name from the letters, the pillar, the leather, the place, or the mode of behaviour.

By the way *whip-SH!* much? Where else do you get information on the layout of the universe? And by reading it, the physical appearance of the world in respect to the heavens and the Underworld is pretty laid out. If you read it carefully enough.
What? Even if I'm the thread it's like I'm not here.

Now if that was Thanatos behind her, it would have been 10 times more hilarious than with that weird skeleton-in-a-black-cloak thing, of course. rofl
