Felix"Solaris, my lovely little stupid!" A dark figure was perched upon one of the nearby spires of the palace. "You don' goofed!" The figured leaped down on all fours, landing gracefully on the slanted roof. Up close, it was quite obvious he was a Persian. "Alright, cut it out, lovebirds. Don't needa' be cleaning Espeon guts off the roof!" He hopped the railing, standing between Aire and Solaris and glaring at the Gardevoir.

 Solaris---Aire
Solaris cringed and ducked behind the convienently placed Persian, his ears flattened. He'd not meant any disrespect, if anything he was being completely sincere. Aire did not seem daunted by the Normal Type's presence and continued to advance forward until she hovered over the feline, her head inclined down to glare at him. "I do NOT cry." She hissed and behind Felix, Solaris gave a meek nod in agreement.

FelixThe matted feline squinted his eyes, looking back up at Aire. "No crying?" He asked, a deep purr resonating from his chest. "That there ain't a good thing. Not being able to show emotions, now that's a sign of weakness~" You just got out of the hospital, Felix. Please don't get yourself sent back. "Hell, I cry sometimes. I lost my daughter a few years ago, she was very dear to me. I think about her and cry. I ain't a weakling though, am I?~" The Persian's swirly tail curled around Solaris protectively, the bangles on it jingling like the tail of a rattlesnake. "Hell, you'd have to be pretty strong and brave to stand up to a crazy gal like you. Hell hath no fury like a Gardevoir scorned~"

 Solaris---Aire
Solaris continued his nod of submission, shrinking even further behind the Persian if that was possible. The Espeon was trying to will himself out of existence, which was also what Aire was trying to do with her steady glare in his direction. The Gardevoir didn't waver throughout Felix's words, but her expression did soften somewhat and she did stop trying to get to Solaris who nearly fainted with relief once he realized her was safe. "...weakness is letting others know you deep down..." She muttered with some contempt. Solaris would have given some comment about rainbows and sparkles had he not been SCARED OUT OF HIS MIND.

FelixWith a soft chuckle, Felix closed his eyes and shook his head. "You've got a twisted sense of strength, kid." Kid? "Weakness is shutting others out in fear they may tamper with something personal. Strength is being able to show exactly what you're thinking, and to trust someone to understand it." Felix wasn't exactly known for inspiring speeches, but he did speak his mind. And he wasn't about to let a Pokemon get beat up simply because he cared enough to worry. "Now then, if you really must beat the s**t out of something, let it be me and not Mr. Rogers behind me. I'm the one who'd dare to delve~"

 Solaris---Aire
The Gardevoir snorted, more towards the 'kid' comment than anything else. She didn't live through hell to be called such a thing, it was highly disrespectful and in her annoyance she ignored Felix in favor of teleporting off without a word. Solaris lifted his head to peer around the Persian and sighed. "I really don't know what I did that set her off." Though, now that he thought about it...something was...off...about that Gardevoir. Solaris wasn't quite sure what it was, but they DID have someone leaking information...maybe...maybe it was Aire? It couldn't be one of the guildmasters. It made less sense than his 'Lloyd' theory though so he brushed it away. He WOULD mention it to someone later though...just to be safe.

Felix"You did something that not even Darkrai himself would ever think of doing," Felix said with a smirk, turning around. The edge of his tail swayed across Solaris' chin. "You dared to suggest a gal like her has feelings." The Persian tilted his head to either side, cracking his neck a couple times. "Before I leave, you should probably be informed that I've been made second in command of the Guild of Blazing Fire. Let Lucinda know for me." Agilely, Felix hopped over the railing, then off the roof. He was a cat, he'll be fine.

  Solaris---???
Solaris sighed, turning to pad to the door. He had no reason to remain up here any longer. He'd forgotten why he'd walked up here to begin with. Probably for some peace and quiet, but that hadn't worked out so well anyways. "Solaris..." The Espeon's ears flicked upward at the voice and he turned to see the strangest Eevee he'd ever laid eyes on. It was huge, nearly the same size as himself which was no small task. Solaris was quite large for an Espeon. "Hello? How do you know me?" The Eevee said nothing immediately, but smiled pleasantly instead. The silence made the guildmaster's fur tingle in alarm. How did this damned thing even get up here?

AlbusThe rooftop. It was a place of peace. A place of quiet. A place few ever went, most choosing instead to find their pleasure and enjoyment in the more private rooms or the much more public stores, restaurants and the ilk that dotted the city. It was a place that, although he was had never visited, he was certain would be a place he could relax. A place that, even if held by another, would be someone else equally committed to solace. One who he could bear. Unfortunately, what he found was a place infected with a bad case of the stupids. " Dammit..." He brushed past the Espeon, briefly ignoring his entranced stare in favour of finding a bench to sit on. He idly glanced over, wondering just what it was that had consumed his attention prior. Damn... That Eevee was massive. Though, then again, after seeing Epitaph--what had she eaten to grow like that?--seeing a large Eevee was hardly a surprise. " Someone you know?"

  Solaris---???
"No. Not at all." Solaris commented, turning back to glance at his cousin with a frown. How was everyone sneaking up on him? He was having an off day it seemed. The Eevee turned his red gaze over to Albus with a cheerful smile, or at least it was suppose to be cheerful. It came across more like a slasher smile. "-and Albus! It's a familiy reunion!" The Espeon blinked rapidly a few times at this declaration. "I'm sorry? What?" "Don't tell me you don't recognize me? I'm Orion's brother, Eridanus! We're family!" Solaris' fur stood on end. Eridanus. Grandfather's brother? His lavender eyes turned to the necklace swinging around the Eevee's throat freely, tauntingly. An Elite. THE Elite. The Arc'damned leader of the Elite. Right there. On the roof to his guild. Solaris barred his teeth and hissed. "Looks like someone caught on..." Eridanus replied, still perched on the railing with a grin. "Now, now....don't growl at me. It's rude..." Sparks begin to flicker from the Eevee's mouth.

Albus" We aren't family." Albus looked out, over the railing and made the simple statement as a matter of fact. " Don't confuse me as a part of the idiot cadre." He stared up at Eridanus with a steely, neutral gaze. Just a hint of contempt was present. " Your worthless rat took that away from me. I can't use Judgment." He returned his gaze to where it had been prior. Judgment was his connection to the family... in essence, it was the proof and the existence of his lineage. Through Judgment, he was an Eclipse. But he had realized something, over time. Although he had had judgment, it was irrelevant. His father had never used it. And, in fact, everyone else in the entirety of the royal family was a worthless idiot who acted either borderline retarded or like a psychopath. When he really thought about it, he really didn't have any respect for anyone in the entirety of the family with the exception of those who had married in and his father. Zori and Adonis were both plenty intelligent, and Glacia had been fine prior to her death. His mother was, as well, of course. Though, none of that was on his mind, then. The only thing on his mind was maintaining the facade; the bravado. Tolin had told him two things and two things only, though he obviously knew much more. First of all, he regurgitated the worthless line of "the pendants". The other thing he said was " A lot of people are going to die. If the guild is attacked, you aren't to respond. If they lose, run. And if you ever meet an Eevee named Eridanus... consider yourself lucky if you live." Tolin feared very little. Tolin was strong, he was smart, and he was fast... Albus had a great deal of respect for him, even if he didn't show it. To hear the Scyther afraid was enough to put him on edge, though he was excellent at hiding it. Perhaps it was a silly thing to do, but as a child he had always practiced... "masking" himself. His mother had once explained the importance of hiding your feelings, goals and desires from other people, so he had spent months learning the obvious signs. He had forgotten much of it, but the ability to force a neutral expression and still his own body remained... to some extent.

  Solaris---Eridanus
Eridanus completely disregarded Albus' attitude. He took it all in stride, ignoring the implied insult and accusation. The Normal Type hopped down from his perch, easily meeting both the other Eclipse family member's eyes. He didn't seem bothered in the least by either of the obvious reactions. One was angry, the other seemed to be indifferent though Eri saw that as a front. "You should practice kneeling..." The Eevee said slowly, white electricity sputtering in his open maw before he opened it wide to blast out a mild Judgement towards Albus. In all honest, he preferred anger to uncaring. He'd force a reaction. The Godly attack lashed forward only to be intercepted by a sudden flash of lavender-colored light. "Leave." Solaris hissed, eyes still glowing with their psychic aura. "Leave now of the whole of the guilds will fall down on your fool head. I've already sent a message to the other leaders..."The comment seemed to only annoy Eri, as though he'd had his fun ruined and the Eevee huffed once before returning to his perch on the railing. "Then I'll see you later~" With that he vanished into thin air. Solaris exhaled after having held his breath the entire time. The call for help had been a bluff, but it had worked. Or at least Eri had used it as his means to leave...he doubted the Eevee cared one way or another as to whether or not the guilds were converging on him. "...that's...problematic."

Albus" Well, that basically ruined the mood. Probably forever, at least in this place. If Solaris had come up here, chances are Albus wasn't coming back up... ever. Without so much as another word, the Flareon hopped off the bench and went to leave.

 Solaris
Solaris quietly watched the place the Eevee had stood before turning to step in front of Albus before the Flareon could leave. The Psychic frowned, making sure he had his cousins attention before stating simply, "Tell your father." and then vanishing in a teleport of his own.

& ) ( Blue & Vertigo )Vertigo tugged on Blue's fur as they stepped onto the roof, "You can put me down now" she told him, loosening her hold on him. He looked down, "Ok, okay..." he mumbled, bending over so she could step onto the ground.
The Scraggy took hold of his paw/hand, holding onto him tightly as she pulled him along as if he were a big blue balloon on a fleshy string. "It's so cool up here!" she remarked, going over to the garden. "Look at all the pretty flowers!"
Blue let out a breath of relief. At least she wasn't crying, she wasn't scared. She liked it here, that's what he had hoped for. Thats all he wanted. He relaxed, pointing over to the edge. "You can see everything from here" he said, and she looked over, squinting. "All the stuffs so tiny! I feel like a giant!" She lifted her arms over her head, slowly stomping around. "RAWR! I'M A BIG, SCARY MONSTER! IM GONNA EAT YOU!"
