Meteor Strike (I love how some of Zell's LB moves are similarly named after Tifa's LB moves. mrgreen )

Nope, only magic attacks from her inventory(although they don't get depleted). 3nodding

During Angel Wing, Rinoa is under a Magic Berserk and can only use magic as her only attack. So, the short answer would be, "No, during Rinoa's limit break Angel Wing, she can never use physical attacks." ninja

Well boys and girls, I hate to disappoint you but you are all incorrect.
During Rinoa's Limit Break Angel Wing, if she only has non-offensive magic or no magic at all, she will execute physical attacks.
Sorry. sweatdrop

On to the next question!
~~~~~~~~~~~
While in Dollet during the initial part of the SeeD exam, does every member of your party need to be almost dead in order to use their limit breaks?
Actually, no. Seifer doesn't need to lose much health at all to use his limit break.
Which is why I like killing Squall and Zell off and using Seifer up until the Dollet Comm tower. wink
No, not all of your party must be in Critical State in order to use Limit Breaks.
I've noticed that your HP doesn't always have to be in Yellow, or Critical State to use Limit Breaks. If your HP is low, but not in the yellow, you still have a chance of getting a Limit Break for your turn, just is much harder to get verses when in CS. ninja
Good job everyone. Not every member in the party has to be at critical health levels(in yellow) during the first part of the Dollet mission in order to use their limit breaks.
In particular, the answer I was hoping to get was Seifer. During the time he's in your party, he does not have to have low health in order to use his limit break. So good job Halo and Grims. smile
Alright, onto the next question.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When your main party(Squall, etc.) visits Winhill for the first time, how many times do you see the image of Raine around town?

I'm going to go with the answer of once, because I am guessing that the question is referring to when you see Raine's ghost behind the bar of the house she once lived in. ninja
