Era

Era's eyes opened once more as she felt Alfred's position adjust, felt his hands reach for her paws to which she complied by letting him take the appendages despite the pain that shot through her broken arm as she moved it. She offered him a reassuring look before glancing back out through the haze with her bleary eyes to try and find the familiar figure she was anticipating. It didn't take too long before the person in question made an appearance himself, and Era's relief was readily visible. Although her paws were still held by Alfred her stiffened position relaxed ever so slightly and a smile as bright as the sun itself lit up her features in response to the Scyther's own. She was speechless, struck momentarily silent by a breath of smoke that forced her to cough slightly in response to his question before anything else. Still though, the Electric Type was unperturbed just pleased beyond measure that he was here, that it would be alright now.

Alfred, on the other hand, had a reaction unlike she would have expected, when she looked back the tears were still there and intensified, a look of horror and intense pain in his eyes. Her own expression turned to confusion, last she'd known Tolin had been watching over the Gardevoir in the state that he was in now so why would he react this way. Her ears drooped slightly as the thought stuck her that perhaps he didn't remember even Tolin, something that caused her to shiver slightly in discontent. When he opened his mouth to speak, Era anticipated that it wouldn't be anything good, that it would be painful to hear, but she still couldn't prepare herself for the blow that was given by that one simple statement, followed quickly by hyperventialting. She stared at the Gardevoir with regret in her gaze, wanting to convince him otherwise but getting the feeling that it wouldn't make any difference. As he began to cough she jolted to attention but Alfred had already taken too much, his head falling to the floor before she could even get a word out.

"Alfred?" she managed to force out in a dry voice that was scarcely more than a whisper at all, worry darkening her gaze, "Alfred! Are you-" Her words dissolved into yet another coughing fit that left her gasping for air by the end of it, but still she didn't give up, stepping off of her vantage point on the Gardevoir to stand closer to his head, brushing his hair back to feel the Psychic's forehead and frowning at how clammy it was. "He needs to get out of here..." she said, looking up at Tolin, "He needs someone to stay with him until he wakes up. He's in so much pain Tolin...more than just on the outside, his heart is in pain too..." Looking at the unconscious Gardevoir once more, she trailed off to silence for just a moment. "He needs to know that he deserves to live too," she said quietly. Her eyes returned to Tolin at last, a weak attempt at a smile on her face, "As for me, I'm alri-" Contrary to what she was attempting to say, the coughing hit her once more, almost painful by this point. Clearly she wasn't as fine as she'd want the Scyther to think.

Tolin

Well... he couldn't exactly smile after that, even if it was good to see that both of them were alright... at least physically. It didn't really... surprise him. He knew that something like this would come. Alfred was constantly wasting more and more away... the longer things went unresolved the more damage was done. It was just a little sad to see.
"He knows. He's just confused... his mind has taken him back to a time when everyone wanted him dead."
As it had been once incorrectly said, a martyr was needed. Someone who was to die at the hands of villains after doing some great deed.
"We're going to the infirmary. All of us. You two are getting check ups."
Tolin stood up slightly and flipped the table on it's side, allowing him easy access to the Gardevoir. In a second, he had Alfred slung over his shoulder and his other scythe resting on the Pikachu's head softly.
They'd both very clearly inhaled a great deal of smoke. Neither of them was getting home without at least a quick check up and a short rest, whether or not they want to.
Without so much as a word of any potential objection allowed, Tolin teleported off with the unconscious Gardevoir and Pikachu in tow.

Beatrice &&& Ailleen

The little team scurried into the library. It was as good a place as anywhere to look. There may be some books of great value in there. The team crept along the hallway looking for any signs of a thief. They stopped and turned at every little creek. Needless to say, they weren't making very good progress.

"Ailleen, this is creepy..." "I know..." "Did you hear that?!" "Hear what?" "That creeking sound!" "Beatrice, you're shouting..."

In spite of Team Wonderland's efforts to search the area and track down the thieves, they would find that the Library was empty. They would have to try searching somewhere else if they wanted their necklace back.

Eros + Lilith

Eros groaned in frustration as he floated into the library.
He usually avoided places such as this since it reminded him of studying, if there was one thing Eros didn't like, it was studying.

Lilith stayed attached to the Misdreavus also keeping a look out for the thieves, "Did vey steal vat oddly colored reddish Umbreon plushie you have in your upper drawer?"

Eros' eyes widened as he blushed, he had totally forgotten about that thing! He still wasn't sure where it's owner was though, "I-it's not mine!"
Oh how embarrassing this was...

It would be something small. Something out of the corner of Eros's eye. A brief flit of movement.
And then, nothing, not for a while anyways. As they looked through the library further, they would eventually come upon a Furret.
He seemed friendly enough. He lacked any sort of suspicious demeanor and there was no reason to suspect him. Solaris had never announced the species of the thieves, after all.
"Any luck yet?"
By all appearances, he was just another guild member searching for the thieves.

Eros + Lilith

Eros sighed as he continued searching the library, until eventually seeing a lone Furret, at the question the Pokemon asked Eros shook his head, "No..."
He then looked up, "I'm going to catch them though!"

Lilith just stared at the Furret, "...Hmm..."

Eros meanwhile grinned at the Furret, "You must be searching also, right?" He then giggled, "The thieves have to be complete and utter idiots for thinking they can escape the guild~"
He then smiled, "I mean it was an idiotic thing to do, don't you think so~?"
PostPosted: Thu Dec 15, 2011 5:03 pm

"Heh, yeah, sure. Anyways, I'm gonna get going. I've looked around but you might have more luck."
The Furret was rather quick to dismiss the conversation but neither of them would have very long to dwell on it as he quickly slipped past them and disappeared behind a bookshelf.
Well, whatever. Eros and Lilith could search more if they pleased or they could simply leave for the time being and look elsewhere.

Eros + Lilith

Eros watched the Furret vanish behind a bookshelf and waved, "Bye then random Furret~"
The Misdreavus said with a wave goodbye.

Lilith however frowned, something didn't seem right...not right at all, "Vet's search more."

Eros blinked, "Eh? Why would we do that?"
The Furret person seemed pretty swag, so...

Lilith sighed, "Vink about it. Didn't he seem pretty...vell...suspicious?"
At Eros' tilt of his head Lilith frowned, "...He just...doesn't seem like he's part of this guild, he sort of went away rather quickly." She reasoned.

Eros thought about this for a moment, "...Maybe...Fine...let's search this room again." He then sighed, "..."
He DID want to find those two Dusk Stones after all...not to mention Iris' box o' shiny rocks they were in.

...Who would steal a box o' rocks anyway?

As the pair continued to search, they would eventually find a bag, most likely full of stolen goods, resting in the corner.
Though they might try to do something about it, they wouldn't get the chance; the Furret had silently doubled back to the scene and was ready.
The Misdreavus wasn't an issue, really, neither was... whatever the hell it was. He'd toss it out a window just to be sure.
No way in hell was he giving up the stuff he'd gotten that easily.

Eros + Lilith

Eros frowned as he continued to search, this was getting nowhere!
What if the thieves had already escaped?
Worriedly Eros then noticed Lilith staring at something and at where she was 'pointing' at, pushing some piles of books out of the way he gasped as he found a bag, "We found the stolen things?"
He then smiled, "That was easy~"

Lilith nodded, before feeling someone staring at them as she turned around seeing the Furret from earlier, if it was the same one, "So you are the thief!" She said getting Eros' attention who turned around.

"You actually snuck in here to steal this stuff?" The Misdreavus then giggled some, at Lilith's look he coughed, "Anyway. This stuff belongs to or guild most likely. So we are taking it back~"

Lilith meanwhile had just fin palmed.

The Furret shrugged. Like that was happening.
"Yeah, sure, whatever kid."
Honestly, he wasn't quite sure why the pair was standing up to him at all. He'd heard that the guild members often had all sorts of strange attacks and abilities at their disposal, but that was pretty much irrelevant. A Magikarp was hardly a threat even with abnormal powers and, well, a Misdreavus wouldn't even be able to hurt him. Not without using an attack that would barely work, anyways. Meanwhile, of course, the cocky Furret had a specific plan to knock the kid into the ground.
Fortunately for the pair, help came from an unexpected place in an unexpected form.
With a hop and a pounce, down came a rather large guildmaster on top of the Furret.
Solaris quickly turned the Furret's face to meet his own and after a brief flash of psychic energy, the Furret had fallen asleep.
The Espeon hopped off the larger creature carefully before walking over to the bag with a confident stride and a swagger in his step.
"I knew I'd find one of them in the library! It's the perfect place to hide--no one ever goes to the library!"
Yes, Solaris. No one ever goes to the Library.
The Espeon quickly shoved his paws into the bag carelessly before a brief spark lit up the inside of the bag and Solaris's paws came back in a sudden jolt. The next moment, a simple metal box rose out of the bag through psychic and Solaris carefully reached forward with one finger to tap it again, this time without consequence.
"Guess it's broken, whatever. You two..." Solaris looked over at Eros and Lilith and gave them significant acknowledgment for the first time since they saw one another. "Take that bag into the main hall. I'll send someone to deal with the thief."
With a sudden crack, the Espeon disappeared.

( Purple )

Purple looked at all the shelves in awe, steps silent as he quietly walked through the library. Not like he was capable of making much noise, as small as he was, anyways. He'd come in search of a good book, he'd read all the ones they had back at the room ten times over, and now...well, he was in heaven!

He'd heard there were a lot of books, but he never imagined this many. Ah, but now...he didn't know what he wanted. Maybe he should have thought about this beforehand. Well, no matter! He'd just...pick...something. Ah, what was that up there? Sticking out, all the way on the top shelf, it looked aged. How peculiar

Purple looked down at his paws, This wasn't the first time he'd climbed something so massive. He just had to be careful not to leave a scratch. Well, he wasn't as agile as he used to be...though he was sure he still had some left in him. The bipedal Rattata ran up the sides, up until he got to the very top. The books up there were old and dusty, probably left untouched due to how high up it was. And...right there! A piece of old paper sticking out!

He went up to the book it was sticking out of, it was...quite odd. The spine had no title, and it seemed like most of the paper inside was loose, either fallen off or just never a part of the book originally. He took the book and held on to it, jumping from shelf to shelf until he got to the bottom.

He sat down in one of the chairs, passing his paw over the cover. No title, either, just dust that came off when his paw brushed over it. how curious. The elderly Rattata carefully opened it up, positioning the book on his lap so it wouldn't fall off.

Emily

The team had been in chaos since the mission at Algendars Castle. She had been sent on lots of missions to get food and other stuff... "Finally! A chance to get away..."
Emily strolled into the grand library. Her team had been in bad shape since the mission.

It wasn't that she didn't like living in an exploration team. On the contrary, she quite liked it. It was filled with excitement and danger, she knew. All the same it offered a chance to see the world and protect pokemon.

She pulled a book of the shelves. A Chronicle of the Tales of Jupiter Eclipse "Sounds interesting..." The small Rattata sat on a couch next to the shelves and absentmindedly began chewing on her pendant. Only when she looked up, did she see the other Rattata
