Again, like I tell everyone... jutsu don't jsut happen at a user's will. They REQUIRE hand seals, otherwise they don't work. Make sure that when you use a jutsu, that you are making reference to 'performing hand seals' or something to that effect.

Why do you want it: I have never use Sound jutsu before so I thought it would be good to better my RP skills.
What will you do with it: It will help me if I get an ANBU rank.
What you know about it: The user must be hearing or making a beat at all times. The beat effects the heart beat.
RP Sample:
Jakob sat against the tree outside of his house. He slowly strummed his guitar and examined how his heart beat reacted to it. He had gone outside to train but ended up relaxing. Jakob stood up to stretch his legs. He adjusted his Mp3 to play Mortal Kombat. He knew that it would effect his heart beat, making him energetic. Jakob reach down to his left thigh and retrieved a senbon.*I'm going to play a little trick on some neighbors* He smiled at his childish prank but went through with it. "What are you doing?!" He yelled into it. Jakob was glad that because he was using a clan jutsu there was no need for hand seals. He turned towards the house next to his. Jakob could see his friend happily relaxing in the sun. He flung his arm towards the house. The senbon hit the floor next to his friend. Jakob waited a minute for his friend to stand up. When he stood up he noticed the senbon about 3 feet away from him. Jakob quickly activated the jutsu. He could hear the senbon repeating exactly what he said. Jakob's friend jumped back, surprised. Jakob started laughing at his friends' reaction. He planned on telling him that he was the one who had thrown the senbon later. Jakob turn off his mp3 and stood next to a tree. He grabbed his guitar and started playing a fast beat. His heart sped up to match the guitar. Jakob placed his guitar on the ground but his heart still maintained the beat. He started to vibrate his hands at amazing speeds.*I can do it this time* Jakob reached out towards the tree slowly. As his hands touched the bark the vibrations were sent through it, shattering it. A loud cracking noise echoed throughout the area. Jakob quickly grabbed his guitar and started to back up slowly. He ran a fair distance from the tree, afraid it would've toppled over. His heart was racing but instead of turning on his Mp3 he grabbed his guitar. Jakob laid himself against a tree and played a song. The song his parents played for him when he was young.

I don't want to sound mean, especially since I'm sure you worked very hard to write this, but it is very difficult for me to read and comprehend what is going on. it took me 3 times reading through this paragraph to get an idea of what was going on and it has a lot of syntax, spelling and grammar problems.

You also used the 'Etch' ability completely incorrectly. Etch allows you to throw a shuriken with a special marking on it and then activate the etch, which causes the shuriken to scatter, just like your blade does.

You need to re-work the end of your post to change what you thought the etch ability was used for before I can approve this.

I will however warn you, that we are a literate role play and your writing seems to be below that level. I'm not trying to be cruel, or discourage you, but it's the truth, and I'm just warning you that some people may not like it.

Why do you want it: Because with it, I can be a great support ninja, which some of the unbalanced teams in the shinobi universe desperately need.
What will you do with it: Support team mates by revealing enemy positions, finding lost team-mates as well as just about anything.
What you know about it: I know that the bloodline is focused basically on vision, being able to zoom in and create an artificial eye to see for them. Aside from that, they are skilled in cartography, in which their true skill lies.
RP Sample:

He shuffled towards his target as he leaned in his cane, grasping the handle as he hunched over. He was still a couple hundred yards away, but one could easily see Cory's target from his own vantage point. Today was going to be a slow day, considering Cory was a skilled mercenary as well as support ninja, well rounded in all fields of combat.
"This is way too easy..." he whispered to himself as his mask covered his face, and robe his body and head. He took out a senbon, putting the needle in his mouth as he swiftly hid behind a tree. Cory started to perform handsigns, zooming his vision to 10x, and therefore get a better look at his target.
"Another day, another dollar, another death, and yet another paycheck." he murmered, looking at the man's neck, aiming for in between the vertbrae on his spinal cord. Cory spat his senbon from his mouth, using the technique known as [needle spitting technique?] while he performed handsigns and rushed his hand forward, creating a large breeze that would carry the senbon farther than it would have alone with the force of Cory's mouth. The silver needle dug itself into the man's spinal cord, killing him instantly as Cory came forth to recover the body, and claim his paycheck.
