Mitsuki turned when she heard Deil come back to the training grounds. She then noticed Zero and the Kazekage "..." She said nothing to them and turned back to Havik waiting for him to reply

"Well then, how would I use such a thing?" he asked. "Does it just happen, or do I have to do something to perform a jutsu?" His loose clothing would eventually ruffle with the rising winds and hug his well build muscles.

"You passed the Academy right?Then you should know what chakra is.Chakra is the Energy is every single cell of your body,combined with the Spiritual Energy of yours...Will,Anger or High Emotion.You can use Chakra to do a lot of things,but to better utilize chakra you need Hand Seals.So you'll have to train a technique before you learn it.But first,you'll have to learn to perform the hand seals,control your jutsu and then the Nature and Shape transformation,which you will need to perform 'real' jutsus."the Sannin explained,in a sleepy and bored voice.

"You just told me." He said. "So now I get the concept, but what is a jutsu that I could practice?" he asked, with excitement in his voice. Deil sat down on a nearby rock in the arena and leaned his elbows on his knees.

(I think you messed it up.I'm sorry Deil but I will have to take your headband and you will have to start as an Academy Student then.And yes you should.)

[Well, academy takes all of ten posts anyway, and I don't mind doing it. But who will teach it?] Deil's heart plummeted as he heard this. Slowly he took off his head band and held it out for the kazekage. This sucks, not knowing anything. Why is fist and foot not good enough? Silently he groaned to himself inside.
