Bradley chuckled at her warmth comment, finding it quite strange that she wouldn't just move the comforter. He passed it off with a simple 'everyone has their quirks'. But wait, it's too warm? I could eve-... no, stop being stupid. He thought, scolding himself mentally. He did, however go over and sit down ontop of the comforter beside her, his eyes scanning over the sloping form that was her body. He knew his body radiated cold, and he couldn't help but ask, "Still warm?" after he sat down.

Marie nodded her head slightly. "Yeah....all the body heat got trapped under the comforter....but I can't sleep well without it..." She stated, rolling over onto her stomach, resting her head on top of a hand. "Odd, I know..." She added, looking up at him after he had sat down. Marie could get used to seeing him every day, but that was unlikely, right? He was a nomad afterall. Even though he had said he wouldn't leave unless she ordered him away, that didn't mean he wouldn't want to roam about. She couldn't ask him to stay, just let him be there for as long as he wanted.

"Couldn't you move the comforter now that you're not sleeping?" Bradley asked, his words far from what he wanted to ask. He wanted to be under those sheets, his freezing skin paired with her burning skin, but of course, he wouldn't admit that. Hell, he really wanted to spend the rest of his existence with this girl as long as they travelled every so often, but he wouldn't admit that either. He wouldn't dare try to tie her in like that, with her free spirit and all.

Marie smirked up at him. "You know, I could...but I'm to lazy to do so....." She explained truthfully. It did seem, however, that there was something he wasn't saying. That was up to him, but she had a question to ask him. "Don't you ever miss being warm?" She asked curiously, wondering if he even realized how cold his body was. Extreme heat was all she knew, she had never been cold, not that she could remember.

With a wicked grin, Bradley chuckled at her laziness. "Well, you do look rather comfortable." He remarked, before mentally adding, 'but I bet you'd be more comfortable if you weren't as warm.' At Marie's question about his temperature, he was stuck for an answer for a moment as he sorted through memories of what real warmth was like. "I don't know, really. I guess living like this makes me forget how cold my skin must seem. I think I miss it, but I can't really remember." He answered, his answer as honest as he could manage. In reality, the only thing he had felt before that was hot enough to warm his freezing temperature was fire, which he tried to steer clear of as much as possible.

"Well, I can't remember ever being cold...." Marie stated. Yes, she was comfortable under the sheets, but she wished the temperature hadn't grown like that. She thought a moment. There was something she wanted to do, but wasn't sure how he'd react. She got the hand that was closest to him out from under the blankets. With that hand she reached over and grabbed his, lacing their fingers together. "This is what warmth feels like...." She said, giving him a smile. Her body heat should be warming up his hand. In return, the lack of heat from his hand was quite refreshing to her. Like a sensation she rarely felt. She liked it.

As their hands interlaced, Bradley let out a sigh of pleasure. "If this is warmth, then I certainly have missed it." He said quietly, his eyes closed as he enjoyed her warmth. Though he feared her response, he couldn't help but try his luck. With his free hand he moved the comforter slightly to the side, and slipped his lean body beneath the covers. He moved his body over within inches from hers, watching her face the whole time. "And this, this is cold." He said quietly, his eyes locked into hers.

Marie blushed at his reaction to her holding his hand, but she smiled at it too. The red tinge on her cheeks intensified as he slipped under the covers next to her, especially because her pajamas consisted of a tank top and shorts. She did roll over onto her side so she could face him better though. Marie took a deep breath before speaking. "If this is cold, than I'm sorry I've missed out on it. It's rather enjoyable....".

Bradley smiled softly, pushing away his instinct to grin wickedly as he came to realize she had a lot less clothes on than he originally had thought. He rolled from his back into his side to face her, in turn bringing their bodies closer, but not quite touching. "And I'm sorry I've missed out on warmth, I wasn't aware of what I was missing." He responded without missing a beat, pushing away the shortness of breath brought on by the current situation.

Marie was pretty sure her whole face was red at this point. She could be wrong, but she doubted it. When he rolled over on his side, the two of them were nearly touching. The tension was unimaginable, but in a good way. Kind of like the calm before the storm. Storms happened usually when a cold front met a warm front. By the looks of things, that's exactly what was happening. She didn't know what else to say, what to do, but she continued looking up at him.

Bradley watched her face, her blush only edging him on further. He wouldn't do anything compromising, but he certainly did enjoy the tension. While his eyes were focused on only her eyes, he moved a tentitive hand from his side to rest it upon her burning hip. He was worried he had taken it too far as his golden eyes watched her face for any sign of distress.

Marie gasped lightly when he placed his hand on her hip, out of suprise and enjoyment. She reached her hand up and caressed his face momentarily before wrapping her arm around his neck, inevitably pulling herself closer to him. Now they were quite literally face to face. She was looking at him with her curious dark brown eyes, as if challenging him to make the next move.

It seemed almost to him like she was challenging him, and a challenge he would accept. Bradley raised his eyebrows as if to ask if she was sure, but went along on his merry way. He sighed in surprise and pleasure as the gap between their bodies was lessened, then accepted her challenge. He slid his hand along the edge of her shirt from her hip to the small of her back, pressing his palm into her back as to bring them ever closer. His adventurous, gutsy side played through his eyes as he waited for her to make the next move.

Marie's face flushed red once more at the intake of breath she took when his cold hand was placed on the small of her back. The change in temperature was what stunned her as she was pulled closer to him. It wasn't a bad thing by any means. Her turn, was it not? She smirked as she shifted the both of them. Now he was laying on his back while she had him pinned. Not that it would last long if he didn't want it to. She knew he could overtake her in a second, which added to the mood of things. "Please....Kiss me Bradley...." She said, ever so softly, knowing he would hear her.

When he was pushed onto his back and pinned, a quiet, animalistic growl grew inside of his throat. He let her pin him down until her request, at which time he reversed their positions in a blur. He pinned her hands down beside her head with his hands, and anchored the rest of her body down with his own. Of course, if she wanted to dominate, he'd let her, but for the moment, he was overpowering her. He lowered his lips to hers, and paused for a second, as if to allow the tension to grow between them, before kissing her deeply.
