I like Ren pairings actually...I do my best to not incorporate myself in the anime, even though I love Ren to death and back.
But so far, my favorite Ren pairing so far has proven to be a tie between RenxAnna and RenxMari... I personally hate RenxPirika. I don't like Ren with any part of the Usui family... Oh! Another random idea! Hao and -enter name of Ren's creepy cousin from the anime-. Actually... why not Lyserg and Pirika? =D
....My brain got scrambled somewhere in the middle of this post, ignore me please.

So far as I can say, Yoh x Anna is the best couple.
My reason for saying this; they're pretty much the only cannon couple actually noticed in the series x___x Which makes them the best xD

Why? It's random, but I'd have to say because of orange. I personally think they wouldn't be too shabby either. What with Macchi being all hyperactive and Yoh's such a slacker.

Mari works for Hao. Hao doesn't care for Mari too much. That's how all Hao's ServantxHao pairings tend to even out.
And as I said before,
MarixRen.

Huh, out of those three, I'd say I like MarixRen the best. xD
None of these couples are actually serious opinions, they're just random pairings I came up with but am actually growing fonder to. They're basically crack couples. ^-^

You know, writing and reading LysergxPirika is very fun! :3 It's nice to read that when you've read too much of RenxPirika. xD It's because it's easy to picture those two together because Lyserg is such a gentleman and Pirika would like to be spoiled. So they can get along really well. In RenxPirika, they argue a lot and are really different. But it's really cute in the end~. <333 I can't get enough of it!
