'That was a good question... even Akatsuki wouldn't send one person to attack an entire village... would they?' Nodd thought to himself, running his hand through his hair to help clear his head. "Don't you think we should help?" He asked, not really meaning to say it since he was still thinking.

Leto shrugged. "I guess you can help. But you have to remember who is fighting. Kage class vs Kage class. I don't think a chuunin, even jounin will help much." He said. He had to focus on other things. He didn't feel like baby sitting right now.

"Yeah, I guess you're right..." Nodd said, almost disappointed but Leto was right. He would just get in the way in a fight of that caliber. "Well... since you seem to be busy do you think you could point me in the right direction to get some good training?" He asked, hoping that he wasn't being too pushy.

Leto looked over the chuunin, or was it genin.. oh it didn't matter. He liked how straight forward he was being. "Training huh... what kind do you want? I might be able to help you a little..."

Nodd was a little excited at the opportunity. "Well I want to work on various things, but I wanted to improve my sword skills and hopefully learn the Stolen Salvation style eventually." A small glint of purpose flashed across his eyes, it was gone as fast as it had appeared.

Leto stepped forward, only an inch between Nodd and Leto now. He looked at Nodd, examining the chuunin. "You want to learn the Stolen Salcation? Why would you want it?" He asked.

Nodd felt a sense of being tested by the question, so he didn't break eye contact. "A hunter-nin was the thing I desired most to become, and what better way to defeat an opponent than in a single quick, decisive strike." It was true in his opinion, when killing it should be as quick and efficient as possible. And he had always held some respect for swordsmen, the possibility of a combination was like a dream to him.

Leto grinned widely. He liked this chuunin. "Glad you are honest. Power is the only reason to follow this path." He answered. "So you have no idea how lucky you are." Leto bit his thumb, letting the blood flow, he reached into his pocket. He pulled out the scroll for the Stolen Salvation: Art of the Drawing Sword. "I know it."

Nodd was surprised at Leto as he pulled out the scroll. He honestly didn't expect Leto to have it, a smile slowly grew on his face. "I really am lucky, but what's the blood for?" A curious expression passed his face as he saw the blood drip. 'Wonder if he's going to do some kind of summoning.' He thought to himself as his expression returned to normal.

Nodd looked at the Chihana, he should have known right away. "Ah... a blood seal? Smart... and your Chihana, would you say it's better than a Setsuka?" It was an honest question, since he wasn't sure which one he would want to use in the future.

Nodd lifted his arms. "This is all I have with me." He said with a chuckle, showing that he had no weapons other than a few kunai in their holder. "So I'll use anything you advise me to use." In all honesty, Nodd was hoping to one day have his own custom variant of a setsuka. But that would be much further down the road.

Leto nodded. "Hmm... then hold on." He said, disappearing into Kaze Shunshin no Jutsu (Wind Instantaneous Body Skill). He still had his old setsuka, maybe Nodd would want it. He soon returned holding the setsuka out for Nodd. "Do you want this one?"
