Darius held her hand gently. "Oh..yeah, he was just in her room saying goodnight since she had checked on him and all. Nothing happened." He said thinking that was what she wanted to talk about.

Angel shook her head, "No Darius. I mean about Gabe AND Jenny." She thought of a way to say it to him, "They are a little afraid to tell you."

"Afraid to tell me? Tell me what? Jenny knows she can tell us anything. What's going on Angel?" Angel could probably feel him slowly tensing up.

"Listen to me Darius." She sighed and kissed him, feeling how tense he was "They are a little like us, just not to all extremes. They asked me if they could date each other. I said okay. She might be our little girl...but she is growing up."

Darius kissed her back, then growled as he heard her. "They're what? No. She's only 13. And he LIVES here. No Angel."

Angel let go of his hand then stood up. "Darius you sound like my mother now! How old were we when we started going out to when I found out that I was pregnant with Aiden. Baby I was still young at that."

Darius sighed. "We were still older than she was by quite a few years. You were 19 not 13. Plus the boy LIVES here with us. I just don't think I approve. If it were some other little boy at school that was her age...i don't think it would be such a big deal."
