Namine Miss Memory Witch  Namine was barely listening to the conversation going on between Riku and Kairi, she knew Sora was the topic. One moment, the petite blonde was fine; walking into the gym and appearing a little bit out of it because she was lost in thought. But then that changed. A feeling of Darkness strongly hit Namine, literally causing her to gasp and double over. The girl's crystaline eyes widened, before she dropped to her knees -- her legs had been trembling and couldn't support her weight.
It was different than Heartless or Nobodies... It was more like the feeling she got when she was around somebody who was controlling the Darkness. The girl remained frozen on the ground, while other students cast her a curious look before walking around her and heading towards the bleachers inside the gym. There was someone who could control Darkness. Here, on Destiny Islands. Somebody more than a Nobody who could open portals like she could. No, this was somebody who seemed to enjoy using the Dark. Take pleasure in using it to harm others. It was the feeling she'd gotten whenever Xmenas had been around. Xmenas and someone else... A cloaked figure that he kept to his side -- someone he kept hidden from the Orginization. Namine had only seen the person because she had always kept to herself, something in the background that they only looked at once then forgot about. But she'd never seen that person's face.
The feeling of Darkness subsided slowly, yet Namine knew something was still wrong. She didn't know where Riku and Kairi were anymore, her mind couldn't register anything beyond the knowledge that in some form, the Darkness was back. The girl remained frozen on the ground, too shocked to move.

 “And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” "Namine-!" Riku's voice boomed out as the girl began towards the floor. He tried to catch her, but her knees hit the floor all too quick for his arms to react. The silvernette went to the ground after her and grabbed hold of her shoulders. What was wrong? She had seemed to be perfectly fine. As soon as Riku's fingertips touched her, he felt it too. The looming Darkness. Riku's head snapped up and his eyes quickly searched the entire gymnasium before the teal orbs focused back in on the doubled over Nobody.
"Namine. Namine! What's wrong?" Riku whispered angrily. Riku's voice was worried and angry, angered at whatever was causing the blonde to hurt this way. When the girl gave no response, Riku gave her shoulders a soft shake. He said her name again in a more forceful tone, almost ordering for some kind of reaction.

Namine Miss Memory Witch The petite blonde's crystaline eyes were staring at nothing. She was simply too shocked to do a thing. Her normally already pale, ivory skin was now a deathly white and she had to focus on keeping her breathing normal as she tried to regain her composure. Suddenly, Riku was there, his hands grasping her shoulder. The girl blinked and her eyes sought out his; her own were widened and fear flashed in them. She knew he was calling her name, but she couldn't hear his voice. And then he shook her gently and that was what snapped her back to reality.
"Riku!" She gasped, practically throwing herself at him as she moved closer to him. The petite blonde didn't care what others were thinking. Right now, she was pretty much scared out of her wits and very shocked. How could the Darkness be back? Sora and the others had gotten rid of practically everybody who'd been a part of the Darkness. All the bad people anyway. Who could it be now, then? "You sensed it. I know you did," she murmured quietly so no one could overhear. It would have been hard to hear anyways, seeing as how the loud babble of voices from the gym surrounded them as more students poured in for the pep rally.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” Riku jumped when the small girl called his name and before he could assess anything else she had thrown herself at him. Riku had caught the fear in her eyes, though, so when she came at him his arms enclosed around her. He wrapped one arm around her shoulders and used the other to pet through her hair. Riku's eyes glanced around for a moment before he realized he didn't care what other's thought and he leaned his head against Namine's. He began whispereding to her; telling her that it was alright and that he was here.
The silvernette glanced up at Kairi, knowing she was worried about her Other before he spoke again, whispering in the blonde's ear. "Namine, what happened? I'm scared over here...you gotta let me in. What's going on?"

Namine Miss Memory Witch The girl's slender frame was shuddering, even though she was in Riku's arms and safe. She pressed her face against his chest, taking comfort in him being there. One of his arms was wrapped around her shoulder, and he was stroking her hair softly with her other hand. The boy leaned his head against her's and his voice slowly helped calm her down as he whispered he was here and that it was alright.
He paused and Namine didn't move to see what he was doing. The petite blonde kept her head turned against his chest, her face hidden by her gold hair. Riku's voice went on again, asking what was going on and he admitted that he was scared. Well, that made both of them then. The girl still didn't turn to look at him as she responded. "The Darkness. The feeling was so strong so overpowering. It's close, Riku. But it's not the Darkness itself. It's somebody who is using it."

Kairi  Kairi giggled at Riku's comment about Sora then said, I was with him during second period in Biology, and was going to have third period gym with him as well. But at the end of Biology the teacher told him he needed to report to the principal's office. I haven't seen him since then. I hope he didn't get into too much trouble." Kairi's laughter and smile soon vanished. It was instead replaced with a stab of fear and shock. "Naminé!" Kairi shrieked as she saw her Nobody double over onto the gym floor. Kairi rushed forward and dropped to her knees beside her. Naminé was deathly pale and when Kairi took her hand in her own it felt very cold. Riku called her name, but the petite blonde gave no response. He then grabbed her shoulders and shook her gently, and and this time Naminé responded. Kairi let go of Naminé's hand as she entered Riku calming embrace. She sat beside them, concern carved into her face. Kairi put her hand over her heart. She had no idea what had happened to Naminé, but she could feel her Nobody's fear inside her. Her voice full of worry Kairi asked "Naminé, are you all right? Is there anything I can do to help?" First Lakayna, then that girl in the gym, and now Naminé. Kairi was quite ready for school to be over already. She didn't want anyone else getting hurt.

The two stuttered sentences were more to himself than anyone else. With Namine still in his arms, the pep rally began. Although, he would not be joining. He was going to be leaving school altogether today. He was going to find the Darkness that seemed to be present on Destiny Islands. Riku spoke to Namine, encouraging her to get up and helped her ease her way to standing. He smiled softly at her. She still looked terrible. Although, the nurse would probably do nothing for her, it wouldn't hurt to get her out of the gym.
"Namine, we'll talk about this later, okay?" Riku sighed. He held her up with one arm securely wrapped around her waist and his eyes were glued to her. "Let's get you to the nurse where you can lie down for a bit, okay?"

 Axel barely took notice as another girl walked into the room. He kept his eyes on Lakayna, before walking over and pulling the blanked up to just under her chin. Then he fluffed her pillow, and positioned her for utmost comfortableness. Looking her in the eyes, he said, "Please, get some sleep. I will be right by you until school ends, then after school I'll walk you home. I'm not going anywhere. I promise."

Kairi Riku helped Naminé to her feet and helped steady her by keeping his arms around her. When he said that they should take Naminé to the nurse Kairi nodded in agreement and said, "Mmm good idea Riku. I'll come too." Kairi picked up Naminé's school bag (which the blonde had dropped) and shouldered it, carrying it for her. The three of them then made their way out of the gym and up to the nurse's office.

Lakayna's ind finally began to register how tired she really was. She didn't want to sleep, afraia that Axel might somehow dissappear. Her body told her otherwise. Though the young girl fought against it, her eyelids grew heavy and her muscles relaxed as her breathing slowly became deep and even. Lakayna fell asleep against her will, not even knowing that Namine had come into the nurse's office with Riku and Kairi.

Namine Miss Memory Witch Kairi's voice cut through the shock just like Riku's had, and it caught Namine's attention. The concern in the Somebody's voice caused her to look over at the red head. Namine's crystaline eyes were the exact same shade as Kairi's and it was startling to see the same color in another's face. "I'll be fine, Kairi." The petite blonde assured her in a calming, reassuring tone. At least she managed to keep the fear out of her voice.
Riku murmured something, and then the pep rally began, silencing almost any other noise. Yet she was still able to hear Riku encouraging her to get to her feet and he helped ease her up so she was standing. The silvernette then said they'd talk about it later and her eyes flashed to her face. The girl knew what he was going to do. Riku would leave to go search for the source, to confront it. That was just how the boy was. Namine didn't speak, but her eyes gazed in to his and she was silently begging, "Don't." He didn't have to go alone. She'd promised before that they would face the Darkness together... and she knew that they all would stand by Riku. Her, Sora, Kairi... Whatever the threat was, they wouldn't find any of the group alone. Riku then spoke about getting her to a nurse so she could lie down for a bit and the petite blonde looked away from him, turning her eyes to the ground. She gave a nod and with Riku's arm securely around her waist, she couldn't help but to slightly lean against him as they walked. Kairi had come too, and had taken up Namine's bag. The girl hadn't even realized she'd dropped it.
'Thanks, Kairi.' The girl thought, speaking to the other through their link, her voice a mere whisper in the other's mind. Namine was completely exhausted; she'd used a large amount of energy to zap the minds of everyone in the lunchroom earlier, she hadn't eaten after so that hadn't helped and then the wave of Darkness she'd felt seemed to have literally taken away some of her strength. As they entered the Nurse's office, she was surprised to see Axel with Lakayna, and even more surprised to see the silver haired girl. Riku helped Namine over to a bed and the girl sat on the edge, reaching up with a hand to weakly grasp the sleeve of his top. She didn't want him running off to face whatever it was alone. He could get hurt. The petite blonde's gaze shifted from the ground over to the silver haired girl and a feeling of recogniton pulsed through her once more. She looked away, and glanced between Riku and Kairi.
Her friends were the best in the world. She could see the concern in their eyes; their concern for her. A soft smile played on her lips though she was still very pale and shaken. "Thank you. Both of you." She murmured quietly.

Kairi  "You're welcome Naminé," Kairi thought calmly back to her Nobody as they walked to the nurse's. She could feel Naminé's exhaustion, so she was sure the blonde would need to lie down and rest soon. When they entered the nurse's office Kairi looked up in surprise when she saw Lakayna, Axel, and the silver haired girl. It clearly wasn't a good pep rally for any of her friends. Kairi walked over to Axel and asked him worriedly, "Is Lakayna going to be okay?" Riku helped Naminé over to a bed and Naminé sat down motioning for Riku not to go. Then Naminé looked at Kairi and Riku and murmured her thanks to them. "Don't mention it," Kairi smiled, "You're our friend, and we'd do anything for you. Speaking of which, would you like me to get you something? Food, water, anything?" Kairi wished she could be more helpful like Riku was.

Namine Miss Memory Witch Namine gazed up at Kairi as the red head waved away her thanks, saying that she was their friend and they'd do anything for her. The petite blonde liked the way that sounded. She had friends. People who cared about her just as much as she cared about them. Her Somebody went on, asking if she needed anything. At first, the petite blonde opened her mouth to say no, and she was about to give a light shake of her head. But she hesitated for a moment and then said quietly, "Water would be great, Kairi. Thank you."
Namine smiled up at the red head, and she felt a fleeting thought go through her head. It was a thought of Kairi's; the girl wished she could help more like Riku did. 'Kairi, you're helping me much more than you know.' The slender blonde assured her through their link. Just by being near, Kairi helped. The crimsonette was like a sister to Namine, and her presence always calmed the blonde and comforted her as well./:/ OOC /:/

When they reached there he held the blonde onto one of the beds with a soft sigh. His eyes flickered across the room. First to Axel and then Lakayna, the girl Kairi had IDed, and then to the silver-haired girl. Riku stared at her for a moment before namine grasped his sleeve. He looked dow at her. The Nobody obviously knew what was going on in his head. He wrapped his hand around her and removed her delicate fingers from his shirt. He sighed and placed her hand into her lap as he leaned down to her eye level.
"Namine, I'll be back soon. Kairi will take care of you until then," the teen whispered. "Stay here." With that and without another word the Somebody turned and bussled out of the office. He knew that namine would have something to say about it later but for now the only thing on his mind was trying to find the Darkness. Upon reaching outside, he lit a cigarette and began his relentless search. O l O l C l No, I don't mind.
