Oh right, I've been meaning to ask this, but say if two people from different houses wanted to get married and move in together, which RA would they move into, or would it be allowed?

Aging: Not sure what you mean, Tina. How do you think the aging should be (or lack of it)?
Housing: I think we’re all agreed. Those who graduated a while ago will immediately live in the RAs and those who are only just graduating will stay in the inn for a term. Who graduated a while ago, and who is just graduating? EDIT: I forgot to put in that summary the decision on knocking. I'll go add it.
Shops: Perhaps set the number at 5 for now, not including the inn? I think that’s a good compromise. I agree with Angil about the shop ideas, and also that perhaps we shouldn’t delete shops for inactivity at the moment, as there are so few grads.
I think I may have missed a couple things, but I'm really tired so I'll reply tomorrow.
EDIT: Angil, I really have no idea. We never thought about that.
Angil and Tina: Please read my next post (just below Tina's). Please read it all before responding to what I have said or what Tina has said about the matter at the end of her post.

Aging: I meant that I think we should keep the aging the way it is.
Housing: Yes, I think we all agree.
Shops: That sounds like a good idea to me. Yeah, for now in-activeness is going to be a problem so, we shouldn't delete anything just yet.
About Husband/Wife married from a different House: I think that will be far and few between because, there are only a handful of guys throughout the guild but, even if they are made up (i.e. a husband or child), I think we could let them choose. I mean they are Grads so, we should give them a little slack.
Also, we kind of have a problem. I said a long time ago that I was going to call the Inn the Three Broomsticks and Angil you made it before I had a chance to say anything. I said a long time ago when I made came up with the idea that that's what I would base it on and what I would name it.

So I kind of missed your two posts just above, Angil. (I replied to the second one in the post above.)
Angil and Tina:
I think we've got an issue here. Hear me out, I've got a possible solution if you both agree to it.
Tina came up with the idea of an inn a while ago. She planned to make it both an inn and pub, like there are a few of in the books.
But now Angil has just made a pub.
I don't think we should have two pubs as that would spread the RP out. However, having the pub and the inn in one thread might make it confusing and cluttered. Also, it might be a bit unfair for Tina to run both the inn and pub by herself (as owner, with maybe a couple employees), as those are probably the two threads that are likely to get the most RP.
It would not be nice to take away the pub from Tina, but nor would it be nice to take it from Angil. How do you two feel about there being two separate threads, one for the inn, and one for the pub? Tina would own the inn, and you would be co-owners for the pub. That way, Tina still has the inn (I don't think there's any dispute over Tina running the inn), and neither of you have to give up the pub.
If you agree to this, I would actually suggest that you make a new thread for the pub, so that you can divide up posting the rules, menu, etc. It's not difficult at all if you just open two tabs and then cut and paste.

Should the posts we make in the Town Hall thread be in a whisper style, as the first two are?

That's fine with me, as long as Angil doesn't mind my future husband being a part of the Pub. I plan to make it so that, I ran the Inn and he ran the Pub (after I got married). It would still obviously go through me that way though, so there would seem like there was two people taking care of the Inn/Pub and it wouldn't get really confusing. Plus, I think that it wouldn't get extremely difficult out rp out both. I mean everyone would see what everyone else was doing but, it' like that in all the other r-p places too so.. Anyways, if Angil agrees to this and lets me have some input in on the decor, I would be happy to be co-owner of the Pub. The only other thing is, I think we should change the name just a bit to The Three Broomsticks Pub and then the Inn would be The Three Broomsticks Inn. That way it doesn't get confusing as Lyra suggested but, I get to keep my original name that I posted almost 10 pages ago. So, what do you say Angil, are you up to being a Co-owners?

That was the way I meant the names to be. One would be The Three Broomsticks Inn and the other would be The Three Broomsticks Pub.
The only issue I have with what you've said is that you plan on having two RP characters. I thought it was agreed early on that each person only has one RP character, the exception being when someone has a child. And then when that child graduates you must choose which character you wish to RP with, so that there is only one in the grads subforum. I still think we should keep it this way, which would mean you'd RP as your normal character in both the inn and the pub.

Probably, I would like it to be uniform. Or we could do one post in Document and one in Ornate and so on until we are done. But, I like staying with the Whisper idea better.
Also, I just talked to Jun and she said that she's waiting on DevilsDarkAngel to make the RA for Hufflepuff and if he doesn't answer her in a pm in the next couple days she's going to make it.

I didn't mean r-p as in a normal Grad would. I meant that my husband character, isn't just going to be sitting around the house all day, that would be no fun for his character. And I didn't mean that he would get to r-p in the guild just in this part of the sub-forum and it would only be done through tekteks not by making a whole new character on Gaia.

-I still thought we were only meant to have one main RP character (and then possibly a child). Why don't we see what everyone else says.
-Can mods edit all posts? ie, can Juni edit DDA's posts if needed, as DDA doesn't seem to be around much so he probably won't be able to keep the RA up to date. We'd like to get the subforum running so we don't want to wait too long for the Hufflepuff RA to be up. A day or maybe two would be ok though.
-I'll go reserve a post in the Town Hall thread, in whisper format.
-I think Juni should still post about the housing in the Town Hall thread though, even if she doesn't end up making the RA. We need to get the posts up since they're in a specific order, and we don't want to have to wait a few days for DDA to show up because Tina and Angil can't post before the housing one. Also, it's very likely she knows more about the system than DDA, who missed pretty much the entire grads discussion.
-We need some more opinions about the aging. Leave it as "age one year per term" or get rid of that part?

-We still would only have one main character, he would just be there to do small things, like a mule basically. Like he could be at the house opening the front door (if someone was home) or say they (the main character and the spouse) wanted to go out for the night, he'd have to say something. Or else, it would be a very one sided conversation.
-Mods can edit anything. I'm sure if we need anything Jun or Icee or any of the other Mods would be glad to update, as long as they had the correct info.
-Okay. As you said we have to wait on DDA or Jun to post so, I'll be waiting.
-Yeah, that's probably a good idea. As I said, I'll be waiting.
-Yes, please, people, put in your 2 cents.

Ok. Issue. We can fix it.
It was my understanding that Tina was going to open up an inn. I tried to read as far back in this thread as I could but I must have missed the part where she was planning to also have that inn function as a pub. I definitely missed the part where she was planning to call it the Three Broomsticks. It was my belief that it was just to be an inn, separate from anything else. Clearly, I misunderstood, and for that I would like to apologize.
Tina, I'm very sorry.
Now, if she finds it to be too unjust for me to be involved with the pub, well then by all means simply delete my thread, and I will find something else to do and be sure not to step on anyones toes. However, I agree with what Lyra said about someone owning two shops. Yes I was in the wrong but to be fair I was unaware of it. (Again really really sorry.) If Tina is cool with it then I would love to co-own the pub part of the three Broomsticks. Actually it makes much more sense to have the pub separate from the inn anyway. If we do that though, I don't want to delete the thread I made until the new one is completely finished. -I don't want to just throw out the work I put into it.
Tina, we can definitely work together to re-do the thread. Just let me know what you want to change and we can plan the new thread accordingly. The only thing I would ask then, since you would solely own the inn, and I would only be a partial owner of the pub, would be that I would want to make the first post, since you would have the entire inn thread to control.
Ideally for me I would want to keep the thread I made, and change it according to what we decide together, and put you in as co-owner. But we can compromise and decide on something together.

Should the posts we make in the Town Hall thread be in a whisper style, as the first two are? They're whisper style because Adonis really will never be in that subforum (hopefully)
